Good company to buy from, much better prices and warranty than other companies and dealers offering, I'm repeat customer here , so far had no problems with DRC. And yes I do recommend this company to anyone who is looking to buy a good quality product. Thank you very much for professional costumer service.

July 14th I ordered a high efficiency dimpled core radiator from Detroit Radiator Corporation. At the time they told me it would probably ship in about 6 days and they would send me tracking information when it did ship.On day 7, I called and asked about it, they said it would be another week or so.Long story short, I finally received my radiator today, 34 days after I ordered it. Not once did they call me to tell me what was going on, nor have they made any effort to make things somewhat right.My truck, my sole source of income, has been down for 34 days.Never again will I buy anything from them, and I will be sure to tell everyone I meet, not to buy anything from them.Apparently I can't respond to your reply.The only communication was when I called for updates. Never once was covid mentioned. I was told they ran out of material and I would have to wait. Your customer service is pathetic. And there is no excuse for it. I should have been notified immediately upon any delay and given an option for refund. 34 days with no income, thats a $25,000 hit to my bottom line due to your companies incompetence.

My rating is as neutral as my experience. I needed a couple of custom radiator pipes made up. Since DRC has good reviews and they advertise this service on their website, I called, only to be told they don't do that type of work anymore. The rub was the way the representative was unwilling to point me in the direction of someone who could help. I get it that we don't want to be redirecting business to a competitor, but in an effort to help the customer I have and will continue to do so if I can't or don't want to take on the work. Anyway, if you're in a similar predicament, give Southpointe Radiator in Romulus, MI a call. They still make custom pipes.

Order a radiator jennifer said it was in stock and would ship FedEx.A few day's later nothing no calls or tracking number so I called.It's coming out of TXSaid i would need to follow up on itGot a tracking number it was xpo logisticsAnd a nightmare show it delivering in 1 dayNo show called xpo They said they don't have time got it a week later

This saga started back in June of 2019, I ordered a radiator it was manufactured with the incorrect side rails. I called spoke to Brandon I was supposed to send them my side rails from my old radiator. Then they were supposed to send a new radiator, but then things got busy, now all the sudden they are saying that the radiator is correct and my application is one off and not there fault I told them I looked at there prints and they don t match the side rails, that I could take a picture and send it to them and Melissa refused and said I was wrong and they have never had this issue, and I told here I looked at 9 different trucks and they are all the same. My fan shroud does not bolt up, the upper support brackets to not bolt up, the air charger does not bolt up, and the Mack grill will not bolt up. But she insist that they are not wrong. That they would be willing to pay for the side rail to be shipped from Ohio to MEXICO where their radiators are produced to be remade and then I pay to ship the radiator to Detroit to have them installed. So I said I will pay a driver to bring the radiator up there and wait for it to be done for a couple of reasons including the overall turn around time. Mind you I am paying a driver to drive 6 hrs each way and a night in a hotel, to cut down the timeframe the truck is down. Then I get a email back telling me since I have someone bringing the radiator to them I have to pay the shipping of the side rails and it is only fair since they pay some 350.00 an hr to fix there mess up that person is making $728,000 a year fixing issue that they cause. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me no, and only after I told her I could find the info on LinkedIn did she transfer me. I left a message and still have not heard anything back. I spent 1400.00 on a radiator to have to pay for them to fix it YOU SHOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE ANYWHERE They way they want to resolve it is pass the extra charges onto the customer.

I purchased a radiator for a 379 Pete. Was i the truck for less than 3 years and is rotting. Bottom half of the radiator is rotted to the touch. Installing a new radiator now not from them.

Got a radiator for my Freightliner classic (4 core dimpled) the efficiency of this thing is crazy good. It's been about a year since install and it's been nothing but good

AWFUL!!DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE UNETHICAL RETARDS!!!They shipped part of the order to the wrong address.The radiators were 4 days late. Supposed to be shipped Monday or Tuesday, by Thursday the 7th of June, they were still not shipped. "Their factory had a fire, no one is answering emails or calls ".Really? When Melissa refused to come up with a solution, she resorted to, "Canceling your order ".Theft report will be filed in an hour.

Cooler heads prevail! The best radiator in a truck I have ever experienced hands down. Will be a repeat customer and send others to DRC. Very knowledgeable sales experts who know their products. Thank you Detroit Radiator Corp.

DO NOT DO IT!!Spent over 1600 dollars with these guys I purchased a radiator. Charge air cooler and Ac condenser. The charge air cooler started leaking not from road debris damage but from poor construction most likely made in China. Its only been on my truck about 7 mths called them and the rep was extremely condescending and rude. I could tell he really could care less about what I was going thru, all he kept saying was the warranty is almost up. I guess this is the state of America these days these companies are embellishing their products and want your blood sweat and tears of hard earned money but selling customers inferior products. They need to remove the name Detroit from their name as most of what they are selling is NOT made in America. Needless to say I just spent over $800 on a another new CAC from the Volvo dealer. Lesson learned stay OEM with parts as they actually honor warranty. I just hope the radiator that I purchased from them holds up. I will not buy from them again. Once bitten twice shy thx CHINA RADIATOR .....You have been warned truckers bite the bullet and buy the parts that are made for your trucks. As those parts are known to fit and work. I bought their products not because I was being cheap but because they advertised their Radiator and cooler products as being superior construction over the OE parts. Trust and believe not so. I ve served 22 yrs in the military and learned attributes such as Duty, Honor, respect, loyalty selfless service a few things these guys obviously know nothing about.

Put a New Detroit Radiator in 6-20-17 today is 12-13-17 truck was towed due to water leak. Are shop found all the bolts on top tank we lose. I called Detroit radiator and was told just tighten them up. And if its a Warranty they wouldn't be able to start building a new one until sometime next year. This is the 2nd bad one i had the last one they did ship out same day no problem but this time they could care less.Thanks

Bought a three core radiator two weeks starts leakingCalled them they asked me where it was leaking I told him the car so I pulled it out took it to radiator shopRadiator shop repaired it due to the fact when the radiator was put together The core and side didn t meet quite right due to poor quality had it soldered reinstalledIt s been one month later already started leaking again at a different spot junk never buy one again I ll be putting a factor remanufactured back in pager

Good service and management, but the produce quality is poor, in the last 6 months changed 4 radiators "on warranty of course"Poor gaskets and the bolts aren't torqued to the specs, they need to get better on quality not quantity.
