I had been having one bad used car hunting experience after another when I stumbled across a listing for a 2022 Lincoln Aviator with low miles at BrokersandSellers. My spouse and I drove 150 miles to look at the vehicle on a Monday. Unlike my recent experiences with used car dealers in Illinois and Indiana, Victor was accommodating out of the gate. He offered for us to test drive the vehicle for a couple of hours if needed and encouraged us to have our own mechanic look at it. Since we didn t know any mechanics in the area (we re from the Grand Rapids area), after test driving it, we asked for their on-site mechanic to do a diagnostic. The mechanic was likewise transparent, doing a multi-point inspection of the vehicle and completing all needed repairs. BrokersandSellers also promised to make some cosmetic repairs that we noticed. Because of the repairs and my need to secure independent financing (BrokersandSellers doesn t provide any financing options), we needed to make a second trip the following Saturday to pick up the vehicle. This is where, I believe, BrokersandSellers stands apart from other car dealers. During my drive to Taylor from West MI, I stopped at one of my bank branches to get a certified check for the payment of the Aviator. My particular bank, unbeknown to me, chooses to have several of its branches closed on Saturday. When I arrived at BrokersandSellers in a one-way rental car, I explained the situation of having the payment, but not being able to access it. After trying everything possible to get my funds released by the bank without success, Zain allowed me to take the vehicle that day anyway, and transfer to BrokersandSellers the funds when the bank opened on Monday. That was a great deal of trust to bestow upon someone who came onto the lot from the other side of the State. I cannot imagine that any other dealership, new, preowned, or used, would have extended that level of courtesy. For that reason, and the lovely vehicle that I m enjoying now, I would recommend BrokersandSellers to anyone anywhere.

Brokers and Sellers was my first experience buying a used car with a salvage title. All the staff we met and dealt with were friendly, helpful and entirely honest. They helped us negotiate a lower price after taking the vehicle to a nearby dealership for inspection, and all paperwork, titling and registration wad taken care of quickly, securely and accurately.I have, and will continue to, recommend Brokers and Sellers to anyone I know looking for a used vehicle at a great price. 100% recommend. Prepare yourself for an unconventional car buying experience - this team is honest, friendly and incredibly transparent. There s no bait-and-switch, no smoke and mirrors, no financing run-around - no BS. For anyone hesitating to buy a rebuilt or salvage vehicle, this place is legit. Insurance companies won t cover this type of title without a mechanic s review. Matt s Automotive is just up the street, and they will assess the car (we had two assessed) usually the same day and will make honest recommendations. Following their certified mechanic s glowing recommendation, we made the 3-hour drive to purchase the car. We test drove and were on the road with our new car within 30 minutes. Brokers and Sellers does all the work to get your registration, but they don t finance. So be sure to get your loan in advance. Thanks to Victor and Muhammad for making this a stress-free car buying experience from start to finish!

This is a great place to buy a used car. Everything is transparent and honest. The sales people are extremely helpful, they made the buying experience enjoyable. You can take as long as you need when checking out the cars to make sure you are happy with your purchase. They also offer warranties to give you peace of mind just incase. This was my second salvage car I bought. The first car (bought elsewhere) I drove for about 8 years and 110,000 miles and was still driving ok. They also took my old car for trade in value. The car I bought here drove like new and was expertly repaired. This car is honestly one of the nicest cars I have ever owned. I feel confident that I will get many year and miles with this car. Don't be afraid of salvage cars. This is the dealer to buy from!

This was our first experience buying a car at BrokersandSellers and I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a vehicle! I usually dread going to look at cars, but Victor made us feel extremely at ease. Their specialty is vehicles with salvage titles, so they are completely upfront with pre-repair photos and allow you to get a full inspection on the vehicle before purchasing. First things first, AMAZING SERVICE! Best service I have ever received at a dealership. My wife and I have been looking for a pick up truck for several months now and finally found a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 that was listed at a price we couldn t pass up. My wife stopped by to test drive it and there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed and they immediately took the listing off the website to ensure we were able to purchase this truck after it was serviced. They resolved the issues and had even driven it around for 2 weeks to make sure it was running perfect. Extremely pleased with my experience and will 1000% buy another car from Brokers and Sellers. Amazing staff who genuinely care about their customers. Great communication throughout the whole process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and have already suggested a few family members look for their next car here. THANK YOU!

Overall, a great experience. I received detailed photos, including underneath the vehicle, prior to making the 1,200 mile trip from out of state to purchase an SUV. Zain was great to work with, very responsive, and willing to make things right. The collision and repair shop incorrectly repaired a side impact airbag and Zain was able to remedy the error they made when the light appeared after driving the vehicle home. Definitely recommend them if you are interested in salvaged vehicles, especially considering they offer attractive warranty packages.

If you looking for a car with amazing customer service, look no further as this place has both. Could not believe the amount of support I received to understand the car I was interested in. They will go beyond to show you the detail of the car, from pictures before damage to car history just to give you an idea on what you are buying. They even allowed me to take the car for 3hrs and they recommended that I take it to the mechanics I deal with to get it fully inspected before I buy. Normally, dealers all they want is to sell you the car, but this place isn t like that at all. They will give you the space till you decide yourself that you are ready to buy. Highly recommend this place. They were all amazing.I left that place very satisfied, from the choice to the info I received on the car. They definitely earned themselves a returning customer. This place will always be my go to place for cars from here on forward.

My daughter stopped for traffic and the guy behind her didn't, so we were in the market for a good used car. I've had a good experience with a rebuilt title car, so that's what I went looking for this time. I was really happy to find Brokers and Sellers. Being a broker of rebuilt title vehicles, they have a really big selection of vehicles, all shapes and sizes. We were greeted soon after getting out of the car. Emanuel was very low-pressure, but extremely helpful. We checked out several cars and settled on a very nice Escape. We discussed price and warranties with Ali and came to a great deal. Although I chose to skip taking the car for an independent review, we were told several times we were welcome to take the car to be checked out. Next time I'm in the market for a car, I'm going back to see these guys.

BrokersandSellers is very knowledgeable and upfront regarding the condition of the vehicles. It was my first time going through the car buying process and Zain Bhatti along with the team were extremely helpful. I walked out with a vehicle close to brand new! The guys at Brokers and Sellers were awesome! Zane was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I live several hours from their place and they went above and beyond to make it as stress free as possible. The van had an issue that I noticed as I drove home.(6 hours) They allowed me to take it to my mechanic, and even said they would pay to have it shipped back and refund my money if the problem was significant. Fortunately, the problem was minor. They paid me half of what the repairs cost me. I felt like that was very fair. Used cars usually have no guarantee. They also paid for me to have a warranty even though it was technically to high of miles for the warranty. The van is beautiful and my wife loves it. Thank you, Brokers and Sellers!

Absolutely recommend Brokers and Sellers to anyone. This is a real review, I have searched diligently for 2 years for a truck and after test driving their 2015 ram 1500 I decided to buy from them and not from other places I ve visited. They made me comfortable, answered all of my questions, and their extremely low sales pressure allowed me to make my own decision. While purchasing my truck I saw them work with families on purchasing a vehicle with great care. They hide nothing from you, they show you pictures and reports and offer you to test drive the vehicle to a mechanic of your own choosing if you wish. Been driving my truck for weeks with no issues at all.

Excellent service! Went and test drove a truck and they were super friendly. They encourage you to take it to a mechanic to make sure everything looks good. When we did this the mechanic found a few minor things and Brokers and Sellers fixed these issues before I purchased the truck. Very easy to work with, great warranties and are easy to negotiate with. Would definitely buy from them again.

Purchased a 2018 Cadillac ATS. So far so good. They were fair and did their best to accommodate my requests. I had the car inspected before I purchased, it was a great deal. Super happy with it. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant to deal with. 5 stars

If I could give a higher rating, I would! Everyone is super professional and very kind-hearted. I purchased my first vehicle here, but my family has purchased 2 other vehicles from here as well! In addition, another family member is planning on purchasing a car from here within the next few months! That makes 4 cars from here total!! They are just that great!I am very pleased with my 2013 Ford Focus. It is an amazing car and I got it for an awesome price! What puts this place apart from other dealerships is that the salesmen are actually interested in helping their customers find the perfect car for them and they make the experience wonderful by giving their honest opinions and connecting with their customers. Other dealerships just "push" cars onto their customers and act like they don't care which is stressful. Brokers and Sellers is completely opposite from that and I felt stress-free and very pleased with my purchase/ all the interactions I had! I have so many great things to say about Brokers and Sellers! I plan on purchasing my future cars from them! Thank you so much for everything! (:

I have purchased two vehicles from here in the past 2 years. A 2017 Ford Taurus SEL with 33k miles and a 2018 Ford Taurus Limited with 22k miles. Considering both had rebuilt titles the damage through the pictures I was showing was minimal. Both vehicles were taken to a local body shop I was familiar with and inspected for me and both passed with flying colors. One car had some issues cosmetically that were minor and brokers and sellers was more than willing to address those issues. It's been almost 2 years for the first car in 9 months for the second car we couldn't be happier with the performance of these vehicles. I highly recommend you look into vehicles from brokers and sellers and deal with Zen.

I've had my vehicles serviced by Jay. He is an awesome mechanic who is honest and does phenomenal work at very reasonable prices. We recently purchased a new (used) Escape from their sales lot. The process was painless and one of the easiest auto purchases we've ever had. There was no pressure and everyone at Brokers and Sellers made us feel welcome. Thanks Ron, Zain and Ali. Patronized them before but never again. Sold a vehicle that was a cash deal to someone else without notifying me after I drove 45 minutes to pay for it. No apologies, gave them an opportunity to find TWO other vehicles for me both cash sales. I practically had to chase Ali down constantly to even get an update. To this day, I was never contacted. It's not my job to chase someone down. If you don't want to do business with me, say so. I'm just upset I ever did business with anyone here before and held some sort of loyalty which they only show their clientele of a particular demographic. If you don't fit the demographic good luck being treated with any sort of service or respect when it comes to the actual sale of a vehicle.10\10 DO NOT recommend this dealership based upon service. Perhaps if I dealt with other people I would have had a different experience but dealing with Ali is not recommended unless you want to be doing the leg work.*8-21-2020UPDATEEven on their reply no apology for the poor service AND they misspelled my name. I bought 2014 Ford Focus from broker and seller. It was an amazing experience and smooth process. The best dealer in MI for rebuilt cars. They are very professional and positive about sales.
