My friend is blind ask them to play the lottery for him they told him no he has to fill out slip. He told them he is blind they still refused to help him. So if you have a disability they are not kind to you and refuse to help. Also wanted to use his bridge card they took his cash refuse to refund him and use his bridge card.

Great group of honest fair mechanics when you need auto repair. They fixed our van in two hours and were conveniently open on Sunday when all other places were closed. We got our van back the same day which is also awesome compared to other places that don't prioritize customer's. I don't know why there's low stars on the reviews but for us we were completely satisfied! ~Darrell Rosales.

I dropped off my car here a year or two ago for break repair, had my male friend drop it off and everything went smoothly. A year later I brought my car to the auto repair to get it fixed by myself and it was problem after problem. I came in for clicking in my steering wheel they charged me 1100 to repair it. I pick it up and guess what? The steering is still clicking but now, nothing on my steering wheel works. I tried to speaking to manager about it and was told calm down, calm down WOMEN BEWARE! They will overcharge and talk over you. Bring a man if you want to be respected at all or better yet, find somewhere else. Bad location, Bad repair, Bad price. What else is there to say.

Recently had AAA tow service found out later it was from the afternoon crew at this station, Miguel is amazing 20 stars for him.Am shift has a Trash the bald head Arabic guy named Hussein lied told me his name is Mufasia like forreal this the best you could come up with? No where near a King, in the gas station is trash. Tried to tell me to leave cause he was talking to me disrespectful and I gave him the business I laughed in his face. Hes just a worker. This other Arabic guy there Ali called Me stupid and I called him a stupid with attached names back.Who do these clowns think they talking to? Who raised these so called men, they are very ghetto.The only decent worker there is Dave and he is a mechanic.Very unprofessional am shift and watch the pumps they change the gas prices to be higher and hope you don t pay attention. I would NEVER come here again in the AM.

Disappointed with the customer service of the cashier today. I've been very happy with their touchless carwash all spring and summer until 3 weeks ago when I used the carwash but noticed one of the sprayers wasn't working. I didn't have time to go in to let them know and there wasn't a phone number on the receipt. I stopped today for a fill up and carwash. The sprayer still was not working. My vehicle was still dirty and had soap left on it. The cashier refused to give me a refund. He offered another carwash. (Why would I want another carwash of it is not working properly?) He then proceeded to argue with me that the carwash did not have a broken sprayer...He refused to check my vehicle or the carwash and just pushed a ticket for another carwash at me, all while he was on the phone. He mansplained that it is a touchless carwash and doesn't get your car as clean as a regular carwash as if I didn't know the difference after using THIS carwash for 6 months.

On June 2nd, 2020 around 3:00pm I came here to make a quick purchase for a family member. At the counter I did business with the cashier, the bald guy, tan skin, chubby, and I believe he wears glasses (may be the owner). When I asked questions about the product I was purchasing (because I wanted to make sure that I got the correct kind of product for my family member) the clerk had an attitude and seemed very condescending. The questions I asked weren t even time consuming or difficult, very brief. My dad goes to this store all the time and he treats him with respect but when I go he always seems to have an attitude and speaks in a very condescending tone. I don t know this man nor did I ever in anyway act disrespectful to him. Judging by the comments I don t seem to be the only one who has experienced this from him.Needless to say I won t be going back here to spend my money, which sucks because it s the closest and most convenient gas station to go to right by my house.This place could be great but that owner or clerk definitely could use an attitude adjustment or just simply learn how to talk to people and be a lot more polite.

This place is a complete rip-off if you don't notice that for 89 octane gas they charge what you would pay for 93 octane everywhere else then you may at least notice that everything is up priced in that whole gas station and one day they actually ripped me off $12 because I paid in quarters 100% con artists. They will rip you off any way they can, their pumps are probably rigged to get you less gas than what you actually pay for.

Well, I had to get my truck towed and this was the place my insurance company got to come get me. The driver convinced me to have my truck towed to their shop as they have the "best Mechanics". Well 380 bucks later and a guarantee I drove off their lot. Fast forward 1 week and BOOM same issue with my truck. I called them and they said they would tow me back. I inquired if there was a tow for the charge and the said "We dont know because it may be a different issue" BULL its the same symptoms as before and a week later. DO NOT TRUST THEM ON THEIR "GUARANTEE" find a better place that honors their work.

Early this morning, around 7am, a friendly, professional driver named Bill rescued me from a crazy I-96 morning during rush hour. He took care to get me safely into his cab first and then proceeded to efficiently remove us safely off the highway to a local shop for repairs. Thanks Tel-Wick for being open early, on the job, and professional!! Highly recommended.

This gas station I'd never ever in my life time never going to ever again I don't care on if it's the last gas station standing I'd rather walk then to come here. They are rude they are scams stealing from people and there towing company are rude and disrespectful and non professional they discriminate all sorts of races regardless of what color you are.

I used to go to this Gas Station regularly when I lived closer. Very busy location and a convienent stop, never have to wait very long. Recently I ran out of gas in the middle of telegraph, a day before payday. I called AAA to have them bring gas but even after being a member for 10 years they wanted me to pay for the gas (which I couldn't, otherwise I would have never run out of gas!). After hanging up the phone with AAA, within one minute I received a call from this station - Tel-Wick, and they told me they would hate to leave someone stranded. They offered to pay for the gas, and bring it to me. At the time they had no idea who I was, didn't know that I frequented their station and out of the kindness of their hearts came and saved the day. I had no money and no one available to help me, I thought I was doomed. This is something I will never forget, thank you!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. First the mid grade was 3.45 are y'all paying attention! A dollar more than regular. I will never go there again. The couple times I went the "cee lo green" lookin dude behind counter is very disrespectful. He does not speak and I will spend my money where I am not valued.!!!!

These guys are on the ball. They were at my house to jump start my vehicle in 15 minutes on a very high demand day. Dan Morries was professional and gave me good advise to prevent this from happening again.

I will never be going to this gas station ever again. The daytime cashier was very rude and threw my debit card at me. I used to bring my company's fleet of cars there to get gas and now I will be finding a new gas station. Horrible service and very unprofessional!

The owner if you can him that when I tried to use my credit card didnt know how to work the register! Wow then told me to leave and spend my money elsewhere. Rude as hell .

This place is a complete scam!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! I will not let these people put free air in my tire let alone fix my car. Very rude, unprofessional and liars. AVOID!!

Like that it's up to date and the only reason theyre not getting a 1 star but the price difference between regular gas and premium is almost 1dollor. That's the most I've seen.

This place is falling apart. Air pump not working. A gas pump is out too without a notice to customers. Had to move my vehicle.

The only pit stop I need when travelling back and forth from IL and MI. Save some gas in Indiana before entering IL. Has a lot of surrounding restaurants.
