Took my car here for tires and they WRECKED MY CAR...they than tried to send me home with a wrecked car......so took it to a shop got a quote .....and wouldn't you know ...bell tire...refuse a bunch of damage saying they are not responsible for all the repairs.....do not go here. unless you want your vehicle hotroded and destroyed by them running it into a machine causing the machine to fall on top of your vehicle

Save yourself a ton of money and dont come here.I came here a few months ago to get a free test and quote on my car. They begged and begged me to get new tires but i told them that Id only just purchased the car from a family friend who had assured me the tired were new.They kept my car over the weekend and when i got it back i immediately knew they changed the tires and hubcaps. But my husband thought i was just delusional. Fast forward a couple months and this happens.Again, either spare yourself or pray you have a spare tire.

Bought a new set of tires and got a valve stem fixed they did a great job. Brian was the one out front that took care of me.

In and out in no time, for a flat tire and it's been more than once. For regular service like getting new tires, they give a very accurate time frame to be completed, usually done sooner (they know you need your vehicle to move around). My go to place for all my vehicles. Never disappointed. I can not say about other services they may provide here, but flats, tire rotation or getting new tires will definitely recommend. Good prices and excellent service.

If you want work done correctly and to be treated politely do not bring your vehicle to this location. They are very rude and disrespectful. When they make a mistake they will try to blame their mistakes on you and lie about causing the issue. i had to contact corporate last year for them to fix their mess up and went to get a tire rotation today and was treated very rude and disrespect soon as i walked in.

Thank you to Jake and staff, I went in with the assumption that I needed a new tire due to a slow leak. After the inspection, they found a bolt in the tire. They plug the tire free of charge!!!I was in and out in under an hour.Thank you!!

I thought the Belle Tire are a good companies, but I never knew it s sucks company and it is very awful services. I was replaced 4 wheel tires on Monday 08/28/2023 after done I was kept my truck in the car garage until Monday 09/05/2023 my one tire was flat because of they don t changes the stem cause the tire destroyed all inside when I brought it back to fixed, they replaced one tire back but they let me paid $ 57.84 for one new tire they re replacement of new protection plan again. I never heard that this policy is cheating ripped off people money !!!! I bought the protection plan 3 years for all 4 of tires it s supposed to cover for all my tires but it won t. Secondly, they screwed up the sensors during installed, and need to relearn. I disappointed with this company careless service. So never recommend to the Belle Tire to anyone bad service !!!!!! my experience to let s everyone know be careful when your guy go don t trust them .

I m a Canadian and my tire went flat across the street, Jake and Ryan got the job done an hour before close so that we would be able to get home to Canada, thank you Belle Tire!

Overall usually very pleasant experience here, cost of tires is Steep, but their prices are fair. Both times I went there, once for front, and once for back tires, The mechanics for very knowledgeable and considerate, and even if it's just for a tire job they look around your entire car to make sure everything's looking good as a courtesy. I have a high mileage vehicle with a decent amount of problems on it, I'm aware of most of them, but there's one or two problems they mentioned to me that I didn't even notice last time I went there.For the bad, There was one occasion after I get my tires worked on my hubcap was put on so tight I couldn't remove it, they couldn't get it back out and the bolt head had had to be cut off for the hubcap to be removed; leaving me stuck with a headless stem in my tire, so now I have a detached hubcap I can't put back on; I suspect loctite ride or J-B weld, not sure if the mechanic was angry at the tire or what, but other then that one experience I've had nothing but quality work from this place.

Apparently having an appointment doesn't mean anything I still had to wait 2 hours here. On top of that I waited just to find out the techs don't understand the difference between AWD and 4x4. They told me my 4x4 system is stuck on so they couldn't do an alignment and that I should take it to a dealership. My truck is AWD with a locking deferential which can essentially lock it into a 4x4 mode. The AWD system is active all the time and you can't turn it off. If my truck was stuck in 4x4 I would definitely notice as my truck would hesitate and hop at speed and during tight turns. I tired to tell them this but they wouldn't listen. I took it to another shop and they did the alignment with no issues.

I recently got my car aligned here. It immediately vibrated more. After having another shop look at it, they somehow had knocked off the tire weights.The car also pulled hard to the right. It did not pull after having another shop replace the front-end parts.When I took it for an alignment (the second time) and to rebalance the tires, it was rumbling something fierce and felt unsafe.I took it to another shop and the belle tire employees had taken loose the bottom shock bolt and left it loose. I attached several pictures of it.I have been trying to leave for a 500-mile trip and two times they screwed up my car and the second time it could have killed me. I am very upset with Belle tire.They tried to fix their first mistake which cost me a diagnostic fee and the cost to replace the lower bolt. Now I am delayed another day, and kinda freaking out about it.This is completely unacceptable. The car was returned unsafe to drive and if I hadn't been smart enough to realize something was wrong, I could have had an accident. The car still pulls to the right, which it never did before and I'm out money to the other shop to replace the shock bolt.2x alignments and money to fix their screw up = a car that still pulls and three days of vacation time wasted. Thank you, Belle Tire.

I've come here several times now and I have always had a great experience. The gentlemen are informative and helpful. With me doing Lyft/Uber, I have to come here several times for tire repairs/replacements. I've gotten towed to this specific location during my last incident and I couldn't believe what they pulled out of my tire which perfectly explains that flat tire

Please do not take you car here, especially for an alignment! I have been going to this specific location for a couple years for my alignments and the guy they had was amazing! They now have hired a different guy and he s the absolute worse! I have been charged a $30 fee because my GREASEABLE upper control arms were too greasy/dirty and he had to wipe them off! My most recent trip he claimed he couldn t do my rear alignment adjustments because the bolts were seized!? After taking it home to free/replace the bolts as I do most of my own work but can t with the alignment, I find out that he didn t even touch the back as the bolts came out and were able to be pushed out with just my finger and my alignment is still completely off, as not only I can feel the same concern when driving but the spec sheet is way off! So I was charged for a complete alignment but didn t get that! They really need to either retrain the guy to do proper work or give him a position up front where he won t get dirt/grease under his nails as that seems to be an issue for him!EDIT: In response to the owner responding, I have reached out several times and nothing has changed! When you do call you NEVER get a call back or are on hold for forever! Please avoid this place at all cost and go somewhere else!

This belle tire will steal things out of your car and pretend like it was never there. Had a wheel key and jump starter battery stolen out of the car by their mechanics. Whether it was the technician with my car assigned to him or not, it's the most unreassuring aspect out of any tire/mechanic shop and it's sad that I now have to add belle tire to that list.

I called to tell them to not work on my car so my insurance company could come and inspect it. They told me they were done so it was too late. Hours later I asked to pick my car up and they said the parts just arrived so they were working on it still. I had to pay out of pocket because they are Liars at this place. Would not recommend!

Every time I have a tire problem, I come to this location. The staff is amazing, super friendly and kind, and will give you all the options available. Came in today in a panic with a flat on a rental they got me taken care of fast and efficiently, plus with it being a rental (which I was worried about) the rental company is billed for the replacement. Highly recommend. The staff is competent, goes the extra mile with clients, and they definitely do their very best to service their clients needs! Bill, the store manager, is leading an exceptional staff!

Incredibly pleased with the service and staff! I needed a new tire after hitting a pothole and causing a bulge in the tire wall. I was able to get a same day appointment, reasonably priced tire and an oil change. The staff were professional and friendly. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Good work, decent prices, fairly quick. I had an alignment done only took about an hour. However, I wanted to purchase a set of four tires too but was told they didn't have time and to return in two days. I went to their competition and two hours later was on the road with fresh treads. Otherwise a very positive experience.

So I took my car there to oil change 10k miles $105 after it ran 5k miles start making noise on the engine.Then I took there again and they said will cost you $25 to check why it making noise,I said ok after 7 hours they give a list of 18 different parts i have to change and it s will cost me $4000 and I pay $25 and left.They didn t want to admit they were took my money wrongfully.Next day I took somewhere else they changed oil for $60 engine is not making noise anymore.So this place is a big scam. I wouldn t recommend anyone to go there.

This is by far the best Belle Tire I have ever been to. I blew out a tire on the way out of the airport and called to see if they'd be able to help me mount and balance a new tire if I could get there before they closed. I was a complete mess and Andrew was extremely patient and kind and told me if I could get the wheel there he would stay and do it himself if he had to. I then realized that I didn't even have a jack or spare in my car (super irresponsible I know) and ended up having to have my car towed in. When I got there, I apologized and told him I ended up just bringing the whole car and even though it was a lot more work than they anticipated, he still helped me get my car right into a bay and had the tech start working on it immediately. They had me back on the road in a half hour. I am so grateful and cannot recommend them for service enough.

Not trustworthy!!! Took my vehicle here because I was having issue with my power steering. Since I have a foreign car I expected the repair to be pricey. They gave me a quote of $3700, to replace my power steering pump, rack and pinion and other accessories. Wait!!! the service tech gave me a deal by taking $100 off. BIG SAVINGS RIGHT...took my car to another shop that provided far better service than Belle Tire. The tech informed me that only my pump is bad, the rack and pinion is in good condition, and they released some air of the line, which improved the turning slightly. He was very knowledgeable and explaind to me how and why his tech was able to discover the issue and resolve it. Now my repair bill $1086, with more services being provided. Take note W.Beatty, that how you give someone a deal!

We've always been impressed with OUR Belle Tire on Eureka in Taylor. They've always been up front, honest and fixed our problems. They do it with a smile and are genuinely glad to help. We've had multiple cars over the years and always go there. This time was unique. My husband brought my car in for tires, they did a wonderful job and got the tires on, mounted and balanced in record time and for a fair price (they beat everybody else's price and the customer service is always better). They put my car in the parking lot and when my husband was done he went out and...the car wouldn't start. It's old, things happen. What impressed us is that Rich C., the assistant manager of the store, provided so much help. He brought his tools out and checked to make sure the battery connections were solid and once my husband came back with a new battery, he helped secure the battery. He was extremely helpful and my husband and I are both very grateful for his help. We ended up having to tow the car to our mechanic but the customer service at Belle Tire was what we have always expected, absolutely top notch, unbeatable and then going above that. Thank you Rich C. and the Belle staff for always having the best customer service anywhere.
