I've been coming to this AutoZone for 15 years is right next to the U-Haul place which is very convenient I love this place it's been giving me the right parts the right time and the right service.

If you expect to get the 20 dollar credit and do not shop at AutoZone continuously, then don't. I have bought just enough items to get the 20 dollar credit several times and have it forfeited because of the time limit they give you to collect it. I fix what I have to when I have to. I am not a mechanic and only shop there to fix my own vehicle. You should get to spend what you have earned when you want since you earned it !!!

Adam C. gave me excellent service when replacing my battery and taillight in my Ford Focus. He came out in the cold to remove my stubborn, corroded battery and made sure to clean my terminals to prevent any further issues. He even walked me through as he did my taillight so I could see how it was done. And he was also taking care to monitor that other customers were being taken care of by another associate while helping me. It was an excellent experience and I would return for future maintenance! Adam did a wonderful job!

Sharla King is very good at what she does! She was very polite, helpful and friendly. Much appreciated and an overall great experience at this location. Aside from that this Auto Zone even looks like it runs very smoothly. Everyone here seems very engaged with the customers and the overall success of the store in general. Check this place out if you're in the area and need something for your ride

Wanna give a shot out to the employee Adam, who was very kind and very helpful. The older fella working there has a chip on his shoulder and definitely wasn't going out of his way for anyone...Thank you Adam for transferring from Southgate to Taylor. You'll be appreciated I'm sure by other customers.

Slow service, no sense of urgency, and no greeting offered when you shop there. I was very surprised to have the General Manager provide no greeting, and not call for back-up while I stood in line for 5 minutes while another customer was helped. There were at least 2 other staff members in view. As a former General Manager myself in a different industry, my experience is a good example of poor customer service.

They advertised a product online that they don't even sell. When I both called and went into the store, I was treated with deflection and blamed, even though the website said I was buying exactly what I wanted, they basically that's not what that part is, and you opened it, you bought it, making my head launch off my neck. The best is that one of the employees follows me outside and starts mocking me. That just bought a lawsuit for fraud and it's pretty solid. Literally selling something described as one solution when it not only isnt, but that solution doesn't exist, is consumer fraud last time I checked. Good job dude.

The staff is very helpful with scanning your car codes and will call other stores if they don't have the parts you need.

Friendly service. New kid helped me and was obviously not 100% sure what he was doing but he was friendly like many other employees there. He sold me the wrong filter. A more experienced worker likely wouldn't have made same mistake.

It was busy when I went at 6pm and they didn't have my part I needed but the guy called another store for me near by that did. He had got customer service and was very helpful

Fantastic experience today from start to finish. Purchased a battery for my Jeep in which the sales associate tested my original battery and confirmed it was weak. So being proactive I decided to replace it doing so he was very instrumental with removal & installation. Many thanks:)

I would rate this higher for the employees whom helped me, but I was appalled at the way their manager treated and talked to his employees. Yelling and cussing, then he was trashing customers who ordered parts online to another supervisor while on the phone out loud. If it wasn t for the the other employees to come up and thank me for saying to him about his wrongful display of authority.This location at telegraph and eureka would definitely do better without Joe Garby

Manager was training someine and was very rude and condescending towards the new guy rolling his eyes when asked a question. Just disrespectful to the guy trying to learn. Also bought a jar of rainX when I got home it was only half full the top (seal) was off but that is not their fault. Its our go to store for auto parts, just felt so bad for that new guy working

I actually came here because of the way that Joe answered the phone over the other location that's much closer to me. I've worked in retail for 8 years so let me tell you that it really makes a difference going out of your way for something as small as what I came in for. Joe deserves recognition by his staff and management for being so enthusiastic about something as simple as a check engine light investigation.

Guy wouldn't look up receipt from two days ago to warranty something. This is why I usually go to oriellys. Laziness at its finest. Once they take your money they don't care about you. I've never had issues like this with a parts store before. #notmypartsstore

Very helpful. They were friendly and knowledgeable about everything I needed. They were able to get all of the parts in the store. They also looked up the amount of fluids that I was going to need for my vehicle so I won't have to make another trip to get anything else. Recommend this store for auto needs.

I cant remember the guy's name but he had long brown hair. Whatever his name he was a huge help. He greeted me when I came in (for a replacement tail light bulb) and quickly got me to the right section. So I got that and a ratchet and socket kit and forgot rubber gloves to protect from touching the bulbs. I could tell he was having a bad day but he said "hold on" and came back with a loose pair of rubber gloves and didnt charge me. That made my day because he didnt have to do that, and yet he did despite being in down mood.

Only leaving a review because the manager Margarie*(sp) called me this morning saying she noticed I had a return yesterday for an incorrect halogen bulb. She called me to make sure everything was going OK and that I did end up leaving with the correct part.Absolutely 100% manager skills right there. I'll always visit this auto zone if I this is how it goes for me.

Went to auto zone hoping to rent small hand tools to fix problem with car but they only rent out much larger tools, thankfully the service representative came across a box of tools I could try out. I was able to find something with no charge and solved my problem. BIG SHOUT OUT TO AUTO ZONE.!!!

You guys have some great people working here. Travis helped me one night, right before closing. I came in looking for a hard to find part. No parts stores carried it in my area. Travis spent a good amount of time researching my part on the internet. It was right before closing. I was not rushed out of the door because of this. We were unable to find the part, but the extra mile of service went a long way.I came in the store with my 18 month old son to by some parts. I was trying to pay and had my hand full trying to get my debit card. Brandy ended up entertaining my son so I could pay and leave the store. She is always extremely helpful when I come into the store and very polite. She knows how to treat customers.Rob and Margaree are helping me check out right now and the POS system crashed. They called the support line and got me in my way fast.This is my go to store. O'reilly is closer to me, but I always go here because I get treated right. Everyone here is great, but the people mentioned above are outstanding people and deserve to be recognized

This morning my car would not start. My battery died. I got a jump and went up to Autozone. I had the battery tested, it was bad. I bought a new battery and Travis came out to put the new battery in. He could not get the old battery out. The bolt that holds the battery in was stripped. I was going to have someone cut the bolt. Here is it Sunday and no shop is open. Travis tried to jump it and it wouldn't charge. So Casey came out and they tried to get the bolt out. They couldn't get it. So after Casey out off, he went home to get his drill. He came back and started back to work trying to get out the bolt. Travis and Andrea came out to help him. After a little time of drilling, they out the old battery out. Man......this guys especially Casey, worked their best and hardest to get that ONE BOLT out. I told them if I had enough money, I would give them a tip. They told me no. I really appreciate what they did for me, a single mom of two. This guys are the best. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I will continue to shop at this store. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!

Guys were very helpful and knowledgeable. They did not have the coolant in stock but they did try to find a store with it in stock on my way home. As well as letting me know they could have it in the morning or as an alternative they gave me directions to the vw dealership up the road. The big one on the side was they didn't try to sell me random coolant that wasn't right or could harm my car.
