Did a load for them ON - MI, provided live tracking link, driver accepted macropoint, answered calls and emails. Shipper delayed the driver in loading and then there was a long line at the border for the driver to cross. Mentioned the delay at shipper and at the border to the broker Kelly we booked this load with and she said oh receiver closes at 2pm and she never mentioned that the time of booking. Driver arrived at delivery at 2:30 was offloaded in 15 minutes and after we sent the POD this broker went and deducted money for late delivery that was caused by their shipper delay and border waiting. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Awesome service! I have never experienced something similar! From the start to the end, we were treated very well. The staff is very helpful, good communication and skills. Very nice and comfortable customer lounge. The garage itself is spacious and very clean. You could eat of the floor. Regarding our problem, they did the impossible to help us get back on our way. Thank you so much!

Great place. Couldn't figure out what was wrong with truck, but we're very helpful. Nice drivers room. Had a good tow truck operator too (Adler's Service, Pontiac MI) in light of a bad situation. Freightliner discovered need CPC so have to wait, nationwide backorder supply chain problem.

I have been working with Adica for over a year and have never once had an issue. They are incredibly transparent, trustworthy, and provide great service both with their drivers and dispatchers. I know if I put Adica on a load I have complete faith they will do their best to service it flawlessly. I am looking forward to our continued partnership

Great guys here ! Even better service. The cleanest shop and most professional environment... Ive gotten my equipment service here for some time and they always come through.. not just my word, all my coworkers, colleagues know my truck always is in tip top shape! Thanx to A.F.S

I was hired here as a driver. 30 years of driving i have never been hired and expected to show up for work not be told what my income would be this trucking business wasted 2 weeks of my time when i stated iwill not work for anyone whom will not be forthright about ones wages..im from Wisconsin.

Afs have knowledgeable technicians on site 24 hrs a day, not sure of their weekend hours but they work hard to get your truck back to you when promised, friendly and fair priced!

They are very polite and Professional answer all our questions about Bill truck with schofield with the electrical issue;and they looked the whole truck over completely;only thing they need to smile more because they are big guys and business people will be intimidated by them not smiling

Adica trucking, is open to all fleets or businesses, in need of repair, to semi trucks, or other commercial trucks . Trailer repair is also on list,Brakes engine work.
