Scheduled an oil change and bc they scheduled an additional client at the same time, with 2 bays yes, ans THE. took 3 customers ahead of me by 15 mins who did NOT have appointments. The worker told me that if I kept my appointment, it would prevent him and his coworker from going home on time...

Took my car in 04/22/23. To get my old tires removed, and new ones put on. Everyone was very helpful. They got my car in right away. Everything was taken care of. Very satisfied. I appreciate that alot!!!!

Ended up getting a flat on vacation. Only place to get a tire in Tawas on a Sunday. John's customer service is exceptional..... Everyone was really nice, But it took ONE HOUR AND 45 MINUTES to get our TIRE CHANGED.... They need to work on doing a simple task like that a little bit quicker.Service: TiresService: Tires

My family and I were 4 1/2 hours from home with a nail in the tire that was leaking air fast. Pulled in 10 minutes prior to closing on a Saturday night and all I needed was a quick fix to get my family home. The guy sees us pull up, comes outside to ask what we need when we try to explain he simply says we close in 10 minutes . Ok guy, I hope you are never far from home with your family including children with a slight emergency and someone turns you down. I understand that it is Saturday night and you want to go home. Sometimes all it takes is a little compassion.

They never answer the phone in the morning when they re supposed to be open, so I drove 15 miles to town to find out the morning guy quit with no warning. Went to Janis, where I should have gone in the first place.

Good price on tires and road hazard protection for an extra $10 per tire; however, you have to show your invoice/bill of sale each time to get the Free rotation. This causes Wal-Mart lost revenue, because most customers will wander thru store and make purchases, while waiting for their tire rotation.

Came here to get tires swapped since I had a tire leaking air and a tire showing cords and they refused because the new tires I had were an inch taller than factory. I was told to come the next day with all 8 tires so they could do it. He stated as long as hes not bolting them to a car it will be fine. So I came in the following day and they still refused because they "didnt know what to believe". They argued with me for almost an hour. Poor service and lies is all that comes from them!

Called the day before and was told they had my H8 battery in stock. They took the car in and took the old out. As I'm shopping, I get a PA call to come to back. Not only did they tell me they told me the wrong n g battery. They don't have it and had to drive a hour north to get one.

Matt and Tyler were the best fast work. Very happy with them. Those guys deserve a raise. Replaced all 4 tires. These guys will get my service again.

The car was in pretty quickly and completed .. So I'm happy with the service I got .. Plus they weren't busy on a Friday afternoon !!

So because my truck has 2 options for tire sizes but only shows 1 option walmart tire center wouldnt mount and balance my tires that i have. I am/was a frequent customer for the tire center but now im not.

The old owner was a great man who loved to help even on his break. I cant say the same anymore. Better to go to muffler man for price and customer care from tawas
