My key with the built-in FOB and chip to start my truck that I pull the Mobile Escape Unit with broke. I got in touch with their Parts department at literally 5 minutes to 5 on Monday night. I gave Bill my VIN and I w�s in luck! They had two keys with chips for my truck in stock! He transferred me to Melissa in Service who made my appointment to get them cut and programmed first thing in the am. 7 employees helped me including the woman who initially checked me in, Bill who perfectly cut my keys, the guy who wrote my work order, the person who programmed them to my truck, the 2 wonderful women in financing who showed me where the good free coffee was and kept me company while I waited, to the friendly woman in billing. That had me on the road by 9 am! It felt like minutes, not an hour. Very professional service that made me feel important. Especially for a small service. I have 6 vehicles but I'm going to Dean Arbour for my next one! Thanks, Lenny

I am very happy with my purchase of a 2021 Ford Explorer from Dean Arbour Ford of Tawas. My salesman, Charlie Smith, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made sure I got the best deal possible. The entire staff at Dean Arbour Ford of Tawas treated me with respect and as a valuable customer. I ve always gotten amazing care from all of the staff there! If you pull in the lot to look, someone comes out to assist. There s no pressure, just helpful and knowledgeable advice! The service is excellent as well. Even their lounge displays how much they care for their customers! Great coffee, ice cold bottled water, comfy seating and a television. There s even things to entertain kids while they wait! I wouldn t go anywhere else!

We have bought a fair number of vehicles over the years from Dean Arbour Ford in Tawas City. The sales consultant we normally deal with had retired. When we called to inquire about a vehicle. Wes Chrivia picked up the phone and answered all of our questions. We went down to the store and met Wes. What a great sales consultant!! He was/is professional, knowledgeable, personable, caring, patient, and listened to our needs for a vehicle. There was no high pressure at all. He gave us all the time we wanted to make a decision. He was an all around pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Wes if you are thinking of buying/leasing a Ford vehicle. Thanks Wes for everything.

Dean, Arbor. Put me in a 2020 escape and what a hell of a team they got down there. Sharon Kelly George's sales rep. Awesome, people can't see anything bad about them. They're awesome, I love the car. It's been a while since I've been in ford. Man, I tell you I'll need to buy. One cause Ford makes one hell of a vehicle. Not very happy we took our truck to be fixed and they broke the spark plug off and couldn t repair it so we traded it for a used truck . Unfortunately we barely drove it and the brakes had to be completely replaced and the engine light went off more issues they wanted to charge an outrageous amount to repair it ! We got it fixed elsewhere for half the price and the engine light issue was addressed for free by another location. I would suggest you have the vehicle looked over really well and do a huge test drive before purchasing. The sale person was fine it was the service department at fault.

Took two different vehicles there in the last month for basic maintenance and some recall work. Kyle R did a great job both times to quickly check me in and clearly explain the process and timing. I have had mixed experiences with Ford dealerships in the past (including this one) so this was a pleasant surprise. I hope Kyle and the guys in back keep treating their customers fairly with a customer focused attitude and they will keep my business!

The escape is great. The ride is very smooth. The engine is peppy, all the creature comforts you could ask for. Dean Arbor made all my arrangements and made the transaction seem less and painless. Casey my salesman was great answered all my questions and explainedevery thing well. He set up my phone with the Ford app and showed me how to use it . I'm not very tech savvy so that was helpful . Everyone was super friendly and when I signed the papers they expanded them thoroughly no surprises ..so if anyone is looking for a new vehicle I would highly recommend giving Dean Arbour a try

Their oil change may cost a bit more than average, but you will get your money s worth. They ll give you a thorough check up and advise you of any needed maintenance and preventive maintenance. No quick fixes here, but thorough service.

Outstanding service and customer support! Kyle the service advisor is very knowledgeable and on point. The atmosphere is very nice everyone that would walk by that works there is very courteous and always asks if there is anything they can do for you from the front desk person all the way to the GM John Roulo. This is the first dealer I ve ever been to that I don t feel takin advantage or uneasy. If you re in the market for a new vehicle or service stop by you won t regret it.

Called after returning from long trip home and needed to have the vehicle oil changed quickly and brakes checked. Called and got in within 1 business day. Everything was fixed and it was accurate and a very fair price and within time frame promised. I have a new vehicle on order and excited to continue to do business with this dealer! Just picked up a new Bronco Heritage and I love it, Third purchase from Charlie Smith - he is great to work with.

I will never buy again there again they don t want to fix any issues with the car before it starts a problem with it leaking oil this car been to the dealer a lot they they say take it else where to get fixed great job ford that can t fix the car right and making there customers happy it s as to say a old beat up truck is better than there car. If that was the case why was the 172 point inspection failed and tried to blame us for braking the back seat belt when that was not the case if your inspection was right tell me how that makes any sense ??

Always friendly and courteous staff. Even though I couldn t make it in until almost closing time, Trenton and guys took time to change the oil, rotate tires and top off the fluids of my van. It is always a treat too, to have a little visit with the sweet dog who greets everyone with his little football in his mouth.

My vehicle search started and ended within just a few hours. I returned to the dealership that I ve purchased from in the past and was met with a positive andknowledgeable staff. My F-150 is so comfortable and easy to drive, my wife likes driving it as well!
