Bought a rear end set and it failed within 600miles, tried to resolve this through ebay and came up with a solution, now there ebay account has blocked me from messaging them! I recommend not doin business with this company! Ron and Tara was who I was in contact with, tried to bully me into changing my feedback from negative to positive with hopes of a replacement gear set, and now the negative feedback is gone, they have blocked me!

Excellent customer care. Good pricing. Bought a rebuild kit for my Dana 80 and he even was available to answer some of my calls for questions I had regarding the kit and how to properly assemble it! Helping someone built the kit you just sent them is above and beyond in my book!

I cant say enough good things about Rons machining services ! This was the first time I dealt with them and I was very impressed. I Had a problem with a part - one call and it was solved.Ron is a fountain of knowledge, in short he knows his sh[ ]t! Fast, friendly service, and great pricing, from a knowledgeable shop. Had my Tracking Number same day. Followed up, insuring everything was going okay, and helped with installation, and break-in specifics. My girls are extremely happy, now that their Jeep Wrangler is back on the road. Ron is the one who started the ball rolling, with great parts, prices, wisdom, and advice. I now know he has an Ebay Store, so I will definitely be adding him there. I spoke with and dealt with Ron directly over the phone. He appears to be an Eaton dealer and more specifically, truetrac differentials. I am an axle builder out of Milford, Delaware and frequently buy these differentials as replacements to open and clutch style posi-trac units. Ron has the best price I was able to find anywhere and was available to speak with directly over the phone. I can't say enough great things about him! I verified his stock of the product within one hour, called me back to inform me of the availability personally, accepted my payment and shipped my unit "THAT DAY". I installed the unit for my customer and sent him down the road in his 2500HD Silverado and he was tickled to death with it. One thing is for sure, if Ron says it, his word it golden and you can hang your hat on it! Thanks a lot Ron! Cheers from the Highbred Autosport family here in Delaware!!! We will be dealing with you from now on.

I bought a differential kit from here they shipped it fast I have no complaint about that but when I had issues with it I called to ask about warranty they said call the manufacturer directly so I did the manufacturer said that is not how things are done and warranty s have always been handled through the vendor so when I called back to Ron s they put me on hold until after hours it s a horrible way to treat people: Just for informational purposes it was within 90 days of the original purchase date but thank you for explaining that to me
