Got my vehicle washed Swartz Creek on 2/19/24 damage resulted I contacted Fast Eddies website left a message on the board . No response went to Facebook left a message finally got a reply and phone number to call. Called and reported incident and was told I would be contacted. Never happened I refuse to track a business down and have them do the right thing, I ve done my due diligence and they failed. I patronize my local businesses and have used Fast Eddies car wash weekly, and this is the outcome. It s sad you go to the car wash to keep your vehicle looking good and the business that is suppose to do that damages your vehicle, it happens I get that, but stand behind your business.

My significant other (who has always maintained yearly memberships on at least two of our five vehicles) and I have been going to Fast Eddie s for the last four years and up until today, we've been impressed with the service. I went today for a Super Duper wash just after 4:00 pm. There were no other cars in front of me and I don t recollect any behind me. The wash I got was far from satisfactory and when my significant other got home and saw my car, he was shocked at the minimal job and is now wondering if we should switch to another car wash.

On February 21, 2024, I visited Fast Eddie's for a car wash, hoping to give my vehicle a thorough clean. However, what followed was a nightmare.During the wash, I heard a concerning noise on my car, which I assumed was part of the cleaning process. Upon leaving the premises and arriving at Walmart shortly after, I was shocked to discover a significant scratch on the driver's side of my car, stretching from the front tire to the back tire. As someone who takes great care of my vehicle, I was devastated to see this damage.I immediately contacted Fast Eddie's to report the incident, speaking with the assistant, Draven, and the cashier, Aiden, who were both understanding and willing to assist. However, my hopes for resolution were shattered when I received a call from the general manager the following day.The general manager flat-out denied my claim, stating that their security footage showed no scratch on my car as I exited the premises. This was a blatant lie, as I know in my hearts of hearts that my car was damaged in their car wash. What's worse is that I called them within minutes of leaving the car wash, yet they still chose to make me out to be a liar.I am deeply disappointed by Fast Eddie's refusal to take responsibility for the damage caused to my car and their disregard for customer concerns. It's disheartening to see a business prioritize protecting their name over acknowledging their mistakes and providing proper customer service.In sharing my experience, I hope to caution others about the lack of integrity and accountability at Fast Eddie's Car Wash in Fenton. As a consumer, I believe it's crucial to hold businesses accountable for their actions, and unfortunately, Fast Eddie's has failed to meet even the most basic standards of honesty and integrity.I urge anyone considering Fast Eddie's for their car wash needs to think twice and consider the risks involved. Your vehicle and your peace of mind are not worth jeopardizing for the sake of a subpar car wash experience.Yes, if you were wondering these pictures are right after the car wash was completed so let s not mention the poor washing job after I paid for the $20 car wash my major concern here is the damage to my vehicle, and the lack of accountability. I was made to feel like a lying fool, when I know, in fact, in my hearts of hearts to the truth, and so do they.

I will never go here again. The guy drying the car off never wiped the entire drivers side of my car and am handicapped with the sign on the rear view mirror and I still had to get out of the car to put my drivers side mirror back in place. He never put anything on my tires (as was why I purchased the most expensive package) Getting the most expensive package wash was just a waste of money. There was 1 kid working in the front, whom I felt badly for as he was trying to keep up with all the cars. The sign said closed when I got there and as I pulled in I noticed 2 cars had backed up and left because of the sign. Someone turned the sign directly as I entered the line and I rolled my window down and asked if they were open.This Fast Eddie s has rapidly declined in the past year. I will definitely not take any of our cars here again.

I love this place! The monthly plan is the way to go. I don't have to swipe my card when I pull up and I can stop over to have my vehicle washed whenever. It's great thing to have during the winter months to get all of that salt off of and from under your vehicle. It won't be long before we're washing salt off our vehicles again. Gotta love MI!

I went in requesting just an oil and filter change. I did not want any additional services. While I was there I decided to change my transmission fluid. The guy taking care of me said it would be 50 bucks and my oil change around 80 so I agreed. He then took my card without stating the total, which I wasn t worried about as he had already stated the rough estimate. He then handed me a fuel cleaner and stated it was for free and my receipt. I was in a hurry and didn t think to check the receipt. When I got home I saw that I had been charged 79 for the transmission fluid change, which was quoted at 50. He also charged me for the works oil change package, which they did not provide any of these services to me. And the free fuel cleaner, was another 12.95. My total was 170 dollars. I will never go to another fast Eddie s. And I will advise others the same unless they want to get taken advantage of.

Rolled through around 6 on Saturday...got the $16 wash and lazy bums did nothing to my wheels. I've got more attention at wash world on Hill for $8.

One of the worst places to get a car wash, the guy wiped my mirror saw the suds and still didn t send me back through. I have never had a good wash at any of their locations take your business elsewhere.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Been going here forever for carwashes and never had a problem but the last time I went I got huge scratches all over my car and they said that there's nothing that will be done about it. Don't go here for carwash can't say anything about the rest never did any maintenance through them.

I have a monthly plan for both our cars. Overall they do a decent job at the washes. My issues for not giving 5 stars is that the employees don t have consistency in what they do. I went thru this morning and they brushed the front but not the back so the back is still dirty. Last time I went thru with my truck they power washed one side but not the other. It s those little details that customers notice.

We usually go to the Swartz Creek location. There are some guys who work their butts off and others that only do as little as possible! We've gone to the new Fenton location and it is excellent! I know it's new and has better mechanicals to wash your car but wow! Nice and shiny. Make your car look new! First time we went through it, it busted our antenna off. They got a new one and replaced it. Nice management at Fenton.

I brought my car in a few weeks ago that I just bought 6 months ago for an oil change. They put in way too much oil like 2 quarts in that it blew out my engine.

When you spend the amount of money that I spend on my membership, my car should be spotless but I still have bug guts on my windshield, and dirt streaks. You can see the brush marks in the dirt on the back of my vehicle. Then "drying" my car with wet rags so my windows are streaked and spotted.It is absolutely ridiculous that people have and take no pride in their job duties.

Best place to get oil change in town. They have assisted me on numerous occasions and cleaned up a mess another local oil change caused. Thank you so much for your assistance and fantastic service!

Worst carwash around but it's the only one in my town so i reluctantly visit a few times a month. They NEVER get the rims or the tailgate clean on my truck!

I used to love this place, expensive, but quality work... now when I go there's a huge political sign when your pulling out of the car wash itself. I'm all for political freedom of course, but it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth to give my money to someone who does not support human rights.

Don t take your car in close to closing time or they ll rush it and over fill your oil and ruin your car.. just bought a caliber and got an oil change the next day and they over filled it with oil and now it s as good as junk thanks fast Eddie s!!!

Been there 2 times in the past 2 weeks and both times they did a horrible job! First time they were understaff which I understand but to argue with you about the poor service. Next visit the front end of my truck was covered with bugs and I asked them to please work on them and tipped them well and they missed half of the front . No more will go elsewhereService: Car waxing

I ve been going to Fast Eddies for the last 10 years at both Miller Road locations in Flint and Swartz Creek. They ve always been professional, knowledgeable and I ve never felt pressured to pay for services I did not need (much like Penzoil does).I unfortunately did not catch the technicians name this morning but he was amazing and explained that he was a little behind because he was working alone at the time. I didn t notice the wait time at all but appreciated him apologizing for a possible inconvenience due to that. Not once did he seem frustrated or overwhelmed and that s how every employee has consistently been at both locations since I ve been going there.Service: Oil change

Great service at fast eddies. In the past I ve gotten techs interested in up selling me and getting me out the door for the most $$, that s why the 4 stars.This last visit though Anthony made me feel confident what I was getting was needed or in my vehicles best interest which I appreciate. Will definitely get me to come back and hope to get Anthony again. Very great experience.

This is honestly the best oil change place on the face of the earth! Rick has been here for years and Anthony is a true asset. I have gone other places and always come back here, even if I have to drive a little farther. They never oversell and they always tell me the condition of my motor from what they can see. Highly highly recommend and not just because they re hot.

Anthony changed my oil this morning at the Swartz Creek (Miller Road) location. He was very professional and thorough! I was very pleased with the quality of his work and the level of customer service he provided. You need to keep him around!!
