I have been here over and over again and never once felt like i was being taken advantage of. The guys in the shop, office and owner are all super down to earth and very professional. They have my business locked in. 07 LBZ. Don t let a sour reviewer take credit away from their workmanship. I call they answer. When I have an issue with my vehicle they address it correctly the first time which saves me time and money. Great job diesel pro!

I brought my truck here to have a electrical issue fixed. The first time they said they reprogrammed the key. I went and got the truck drove it for about 3 days and the same issue came back no start and no crank. So I had it towed back there. They said they looked at all thw wireing and couldn't find anything so they did the key again. About a week after getting the truck. It happened again. So I had I pulled back there again. They said the the ABS module was bad. So I ordered one and had it there in the AM. The next day they called and said truck was finished. I went and got it. About a week later it happened again. They wouldn't give any money back. And wouldn't even call me back or answer the phone when I called. I wouldn't take anything to these guys. They lie and just guess. They have no clue what they are doing when it come to electrical work.Service: Electrical

I took them a perfectly running 3 year old Danalli Duramax for a upgraded fuel injection pump what I got back was a truck that would no longer pull itself let alone any type of trailer, to make matters worse every time I bring it back they claim to fix it then charge me an ungodly amount of money for it only to run exactly the same. They basically hold your vehicle hostage even after promising there will be no charges, the last and final straw was them stealing the ez Lynk tuner out of my truck. I was forced to bring the local police into their business and file a larsony complaint. Luckily I had been documenting everything with photos and videos and in touch with my lawyer since the first incident, my new truck has a greasy headliner, will barely run and now they removed numerous parts that are critical to the drivability of my vehicle..if you value your vehicle or the money you work hard for then Diesel Pros is NOT the place to take your truck for any type of repair

Brought my truck in and was diagnosed bad injectors. Usually I do my own work but heard good things about the shop so had them order me some performance injectors, cp3 pump, built trans, and retune. After 10 weeks, they failed to order the tune, scratched and scuffed my newly painted truck up, and failed to install the inspection covers on the bell housing of the transmission. They now want me to come back for the retune but they won t see my truck again unless there s a warranty issue and that s it. Offered to get me new inspection covers but I don t have a month to wait. Makes me wonder what else is wrong. For a customer that was charged over $13,000 you would think they would try and make sure you are taken care of. Only way I see them pleasing customers is if time and money doesn t matterService: Transmission

10 out of 5 stars. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly group of guys. Take the time to explain everything in detail. Won t take my truck anywhere else. Fast friendly service done right the first time if you need repair or build.

Such nice and honest people... I came here for an estimate on what was wrong with my car. I had an engine light. Had it checked out somewhere else that i normally go to and was told it was about $3500.00,... I decided to get a second opinion and I was referred here. I made an appointment beforehand. They were on time and super polite! I actually told them that I was coming from an hour away and that's why I needed to make the appointment. I couldn't just drop the car off and leave. They totally accommodated me and looked at the car within that time frame so that I could just leave for an hour and go shopping. When I came back they told me what was wrong with the car and thank God I went, cause it saved me $3000 over the last estimate I got at the other place. I'd totally drive and hour to get work done here again.

If you want a knowledgeable diesel staff, that's thorough and reasonable, Diesel Pros is the place to go. Matt, Jim and Collin took good care of our old truck and got it back in the wind. From the first phone call talking with Joe and Matt they both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and I knew I was calling the best place for my Powerstroke transmission repair. When I got there I saw an extremely active shop and I was wondering how long it would take. Matt came out and told me again what the plan was, and was great to deal with. They had great communication, great work, and a great turn around time for my repair. When the job was done once again Matt came out and explained the work completed, and walked me through the process of what would happen when the transmission was in (relearn) mode. They nailed it, and if I were to need work again I would not hesitate to call them again for my business.Service: Transmission

Friendly team with a great knowledge of diesels and the diesel world.I took my 2008 Ford F250 longbed to Diesel Pro's looking for a motor build to easily handle towing my 5th wheel, and I was quite happy with the result.Got a chance to meet with the owner, Matt and his team who walked me through the options and gave suggestions for a bulletproof diesel motor to handle my exact needs.The parts were put on order almost immediately and while the build took some time to complete (normal with a ground up build), I was kept apprised of the progress and the results were stellar.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs some work on their diesel, and will myself be going back for everything from my oil changes to my next build.

Highly recommend Matt and his team. We had a couple issues to debug on our international dump truck that they were able to fix. We had to bring the truck back for a follow on issue and they got right on it. I have used other diesel shops in the past and they would either not fix my problem or have poor customer service. Diesel Pros is top notch! I drove 2 hours one way to have them work on my truck and I d do it again in a heartbeat! Matt and his team go above and beyond. They always called me to let me know the status of my truck and how things were going! Will definitely be going back if I ever need any work done! Highly recommend!

Bought an ECM from us they installed it and fried the ECM. We exchanged it out for Diesel Pro's under our warranty. They received the replacement ECM and then made a charge back on their card and kept the ECM. Bad business from Matt the owner, I wouldnt expect Diesel Pro's to be engaged in this kind of business practice. I hope you guys don't do this to customers that are in financial distress, you could put one out of business. A poorly ran company!!!!

I would not reccomend using Diesel Pro's if you actually need to use your vehicle. Multiple times I've dropped it off and told it would be done by the end of the week only to wait 3+ weeks for the work to completed. They always have some excuse given as to why it's not their fault. The shop manager (or at least that's who I believe he is) doesn't seem to know much about vehicles and orders the wrong parts or tells you everything is in when it's not. I can't begin to describe the level of frustration I've had with this company. The owner Matt is a good guy and to be fair the quality of work is good (as far as I can tell) but nobody there seems to know how to run a customer service based business. I'm very disappointed because I though I finally found a reliable place to bring the truck I love so much.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

I stopped by the shop on my brother's recommendation. They listened to what I described was an electrical problem with my truck..I was advised how they would check the whole system to find it. I received a call that night from the mechanic who explained the process he went through to try and find it. He did not find anything. And that it was all normal.I am very satisfied with the service and I will recommend it to anyone who asks.

Very pricey, took a long time to complete the job. After I took my vehicle home, things I asked to have fix weren't fixed, but they still charged the full price.People there are very nice.If time and money isn't an issue then this is the place to go.The fact it took you 5 months to respond tells people what kind of business you run.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery

Could not be happier with these guys. I recently bought a vehicle out of state and had them do a full inspection and give me their opinion on the truck before I purchased it. Matt, Joe, and Debbie made this process so easy, and were extremely accommodating. After they inspected the truck and I purchased it, I had them do some maintenance and performance upgrades. Again, could not be happier with the service and the expertise of everyone in this shop.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Oil change

Do NOT take your diesel here for repair. These Clowns have no idea how to run a business. It s mor like a racket. You take you vehicle in to get one thing fixed & they find something totally different wrong with you vehicle. I ve taken my diesel there on 3 separate Occasions and every time my vehicle did not get fixed. I had to bring it back 2-3 times each time to get my problem fixed. I m pretty sure the fire that burned yhe building down was an insurance job too because they have no idea how to fix diesel motors. I ll be writing the better business bureau as well.WORST MECHANICS EVER!!!

Our truck broke down on our way back home to Indiana. We luckily got off at the right exit and found Diesel Pros. They worked to find our parts same day and put multiple people on our job to get us done as quick as possible. Even let us drop our camper at another property they own just on case they weren't able to get it done same day. Every one of them were great and went above and beyond even pushing back a job to get us taken care of and on the road. I would HIGHLY recommend Diesel Pros for any work needed.

Excellent masters! Fixed my RAM3500 in a couple of days! Well done! Thought I'd go home to Florida to fix it. I appreciate your work! Sweet manager was very helpful! I was lucky that I met them in Michigan.

So here's the thing. . I guess these guys love what they do cuz they've been doing it for over a month to ONE vehicle that belongs to a friend of mine. I know this because my SUV has been on a free loan to him for all that time. I'm thinking this is not necessarily a good thing. I'm also thinking of talking to them about the cost of loaning out my car to the guy without his truck. . . Reply to Owner: because HE USED MY CAR WHILE YOU DID WHATEVER IT WAS YOU DID! FOR OVER A MONTH.....

Great service at diesel pros! They were able to get some very stuck glow plugs out without a issue! Also awesome tunes from them as well! Highly recommend.

I took a 2007 Topkick C 4500 two diesel pros. They run a diagnostic on it and was giving me prices around $6000. Told me I needed an internal fuel pump and they would have to take half the motor apart to replace it. It ended up being a $450 tcm. I also had them add a train horn on my truck because my airhorn quit. The mount of the train horn behind the airhorn. They cut a V into my Runningboard and destroyed it. The owner told me to order one new and he would pay for it. I ordered it and paid $550 plus shipping. Then when I contacted him he said he had never agreed to that. Plus he left my train horns mounted underneath the truck they do not work anymore. I would never recommend this company for anything. Just bad business

I finally found a diesel repair shop I can trust! Seems like all the other shops I have been to treat you like a number and over charge for what they do. Matt and the entire Diesel Pro s team that I dealt with are truly professional and truly care about providing the best service possible to their customers!

I have had my truck in there for a month and it's just getting in the shop today. I paid in full for parts and labor. I will not recommend them to anyone.
