                      Appointment only, & when you call to make app. It means nothing to them if you need a specific time because of yr schedule,  it's very cut n dried, the ones whom answer the phone are not willing at all to work out a comfortable solution for you.  I don't believe for a second that they give a care & im sure jocelyn benson doesn't care at all.  These are very uncompassionate, heartless people, it'd be nice if one could walk in & wait like you used to be able to do.

                      Made an appt to get a new drivers license. Quick, easy, and simple.They were even able to re-add my motorcycle endorsement that I originally had the first time I lived here that TN forgot to add when I moved there.

                      My old assistant soccer coach and medical sports examiner works there! she s just the best!                       The staff here is excellent but there are only two folks working part of the time; otherwise, one clerk is expected to take care of the 20 patrons waiting and any appointments that have been made in advance.  I suggest making an appointment online. I also suggest the SOS hire more help

                      I waited in my car until called in for my appointment. I had several transactions so I anticipated a long appointment.  Margaret was amazing, kind and efficient.                       The lines can be long, that s true of just about every sos, but Brad Gillespie is far and away the best, most efficient sos employee I have ever seen. Completely professional, I ve literally seen him take care of three customers at the same time.                       It would be a NEGATIVE rating if I had an option.  NOTHING but incompetent State Government CROOKS!!!!!!! SOS constantly fails to process paperwork for Plates, Titles & ID'S. Then double charges you to do what they failed in the 1st place. Never have I seen the SOS run so POORLY!!!

                      The phone system is awful. The menu gets repeated a thousand times and then once you finally get to where you can talk to a human it tells you all agents are busy and hangs up on you instead of putting you on hold and in line. Why the hell would anyone wanna stay on the phone and go through 15 min of robots to get hung up on. Fix your system.

                      Just takes way too long. there's a sticker that says like, express on the front of the building. Gov needs to staff more employees for ENTIRE SHIFT OPEN TO CLOSE at this location. Really nice ladies no matter the line basically out the door they see developing, but this is ridiculous.

                      An appointment is necessary to access services at this locked location. No walk-ins permitted. Assume this is due to Covid-19 situation. Closed between  12:30 pm and 1:30 pm for lunch except for Wednesday, closed 2:30 to 3:30 pm for lunch.
