Dusty and the crew 10/10 job! Wonderful job! I came in and was immediately welcomed, everyone here has a wonderful sense of humor, and made my wait time even better! They even had a couple of employees out today, and they still managed to have me out quickly and efficiently!

We literally rolled into the shop as our belt broke on our Excursion. They were eager to assist and get is back on the road again. Very quick, professional and kind. Thanks to everyone that assisted us at this Tuffy shop! Would definitely recommend.

Thank You! Excellent service and it was a Sunday! Driving from IL to OH we popped a tire with 3 more hours to go. They were so kind and helpful. We were in and out and on our way in no time. You are in good hands here!

I cannot thank Logan and James at Tuffy for their kind and prompt service but especially for having the safety of my family in mind! They gave me honest answers and explained everything that they had encountered with my vehicle. Thank you and your team for everything!

James was awesome as always and Logan was very Informative. Came in for an oil change and ended up needing a battery and new front brakes. They were able to do everything same day and James even worked through his lunch to get me out the door in a timely manner. I know my car is in good hands when I take it to Tuffy.

These guys are great. I scheduled an appt because my van was making a noise and within an hr they diagnosed and fixed it. Amazing. I will be back in the future

Purchased new tires, Logan was very helpful with getting me exactly what I wanted and keeping me in my budget! New tires, oil change, alignment, and wipers for my Silverado. Very happy with the service!

I am happy to have taken my 2008 Chrysler town and country to them when I had such a problem trying to find an honest mechanic in this day and age...I knew there was a problem with it ..I had no idea all that was wrong with it because everything they listed i had previously paid another mechanic to fix....well I paid for it...but the service was never done. I was able to go into the shop and see for myself that this time the work was getting done.. I am grateful for them servicing my vehicle right away . But I was equally impressed but the courteousy of their staff....I will come back most definitely, AAA+

Able to get my Jeep in at the end of the day with no appointment and it was ready a little after 1 PM the next day. Pretty fast service, especially right before Christmas. Thanks Tuffy!

My wife and I have been coming here for years for both basic maintenance and repairs. Everytime we leave with the car feeling brand new. All of the workers are incredibly nice as well.

These guys aligned my 350z when other local shops refused to touch it because its on coilovers. I believe the man that did the alignment was named James, he was a great guy with great communication skills and got my alignment right where i needed it. He even let me take a took under the car while it was on the lift. +++

Called about a flat tire and customer service was very courteous to start.Took in the truck they started right on it which made me very happy considering I was on the road to another jobsite .I definately recommend this TUFFY in Sturgeous, MI. I have never taken my vehicle to TUFFY but the experience here has motivated me to be a new customer.

I had a leak in rear tire, called Tuffy in Sturgis and they got me in right away. The receptionist and mechanic were great very knowledgeable and I would recommend this place to anybody definitely deserve five stars

I was impressed with the customer service. The mechanics were prompt and professional and they got me in and out within a reasonable amount of time. Fixed a leaky tire in less than 30 minutes.

I've done many catback exhausts myself, but my most recent one came with wrong brackets, and didn't line up well. James and Joe threw it up on the lift, and repositioned some things and welded her up. They did great!! Very happy with the quality work Joe does whenever he welds on my vehicles! Tips look straight and even! I couldn't have done that well on this one for sure.

The gentle and lady attention desk was very professional and friendly. There was a problem they described it to where I could understand. Would definitely come-back again in the future
