Sean at the Sturgis location is the best! I won't go anywhere else. I went to another auto store in Sturgis and they couldn't help me replace my battery. Sean came out and looked at my car for me. He let me know I didn't even need a new battery, just a few nuts. Saved me a few hundred dollars! He certainly could of just sold me a new battery and put it in but he was honest instead!

Kevin at the Sturgis, MI store was AWESOME last night! On their computer it said my battery in my truck was a little hard to change, but he said he would go ahead and try to do it, he went above and beyond to get it done and for that I am very thankful!

Always really helpful and mostly always friendly. My husband comes in so often some of them have memorized his rewards number We ALWAYS choose O'Reilly's over advanced auto & AutoZone

Good people and better prices than most. I go here usually when I need a part, but today they helped me with an emergency. My serpentine belt shredded itself and these fine people sold me a new one and let me borrow the tool needed to put the new one on while in their parking lot. I was in and out in under 10 min.

My go to place for all auto needs I would never go anywhere else. They are all always do helpful and informative from Sturgis to Kalamazoo to three rivers not a bad experience. Best return policy you should have an account so it's easier

When into O'Reilly's yesterday 12/5/2022 to get a oil pan gasket and the gentleman that assisted me said if I'm dropping the oil pan I'll lose transmission fluid so I bought a couple quarts and to come to find out that wasn't true dropping the oil pan has nothing to so with losing any transmission fluid

This place is always a top-notch visit the staff is not eligible and their selection of what I am looking for is usually in stock. There has been a few times where I have visited and they didn't have my item in stock but offered to ship it to my house for free or to the store for free whichever is more convenient for me. I really enjoy going to this location versus other locations in the area as far as auto parts stores go as I always feel welcomed.

I stopped here with the suspicion that my alternator had gone out and worked with the employees Bob and Dusty. After using the reader to confirm the diodes were out in the alternator, Bob was able to provide me not only the replacement part, but a set of tools as well as another set of eyes over my shoulder as I replaced the alternator in the parking lot. His presence was really confidence-inspiring as I had never done this job before. Bob was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and really assisted me out of a tough situation while travelling hundreds of miles from home. The work took about an hour and likely saved me several hundred dollars. I really appreciate the help, and I wish every service station/auto parts employee was as genuinely helpful as he was.

Friendly helpful employees. I've never had a issue here and been coming here for years. Mind you no store can have every part for every car every time but these guys have a good stock and will get you a part some times same day if not in stock. They price match and for more cosmetic parts (mirror for example) can get you parts cheaper then most online retailers. Example pass. Mirror on my car $75 everywhere I looked (if they could get it) O'Reilly's made a call and $30 and a few hours I was in business. Oh and they offer discounts to military and veterans. Free charging system tests, engine code reading, wiper instillation (Walmart even charges for that) will loan you tools and advice if your stuck in their parking lot to do your repairs. And many more helpful free services in my book their #1

Recently went in and found one of the employees vaping. Which seem really unprofessional but even worse is that once i was done looking around and ready to check out he left towards the back and i had to wait 10 min for another employee to ring my stuff up. I asked the guy that rung me out what the other guys name is and he said Brian.

The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Customer service is A++. They definitely take pride in their store. Will be my go-to parts store!!!

They gave me the wrong u joints. Didn't know till it was torn apart on a Wednesday after work. Refunded my money on both although I used one for a week with a different cap so it fit my truck.

I prefer the Sturgis, MI store over Coldwater, Mi and Angola, Indiana locations. Just better atmosphere and more friendly people.

Very poor experience in the sturgis Michigan store talking about working with a guy that didn't act like he knew anything did not feel like I would come here for all my auto parts back to auto zone I go

I ordered the part online and had my wife pick up the part and they sent me a used part that was dirty and dropped in the dirt.
