My truck NEEDS the interior detailed bad! Its I found Master FIt off Google. Tried calling to get a quote for 2 days and no answer. Then on website I saw pricing and and option to book appointments online. So I made an appointment. Drove 30m to them just for them to tell me they don't do public details anymore. That they mainly focus on Selling cars now and they didn't get any online appointment.....sooo why does your website say different???

Wanted to wait a few weeks before posting a review to make sure the car we bought didn't have any issues. It has been great.Drove down from Battle Creek to look at a car for my daughter. Was a little apprehensive based on some of the other reviews but remained open minded. Andrew was great to deal with. Took the car on test drive and stopped in the Auto Zone down the road. Both employees in there spoke very highly of him. He ended up making us a very good deal and we couldn't be happier. Thanks!

Bought a vehicle and owner waited almost a month to turn in paperwork to SoS so we had to go get our own title and license plate. Owner repeatedly verbally harassed us. Very much do not recommend.

Absolutely do not ever even consider buying a vehicle off this man. Went there today to check out some vehicles. I understand it is a used car dealer, however you should at least fix vehicles to driveable condition before trying to sell them to people. I test drove two vehicles. Both literally were on the brink of transmission failure. One could hardly shift and the other had a surging idle. Check engine lights on, one with a coolant leak, they made sure both vehicles barely had any gas so that you couldn t take it on a very long test drive and see everything wrong with it . Plenty more issues also with the vehicles I don t even have time to name. They were literally a massive hazard. Went inside and we asked him about the issues he acted like he had no clue what could be going on with them. Do not buy off him unless you want to throw money in the trash.

My son bought a car from here and within a few weeks it started to not shift. We took it to my Buick mechanic and he says the transmission is going out. This is within 2 to 3 weeks after purchasing!Then it started making weird noises and stalling. My son needed a dependable vehicle to transport his children safely and he trusted this dealer. I recommend never ever stopping and dealing with this guy and make sure you pass this message on. Now it is sitting in the yard totally unusable and possibly may need a whole new engine according to another mechanic. He wil not respond or answer calls or texts to my son. Do not go here unless you want to support someone who takes advantage of people's trust.

A friend bought a car from Andrew Hamilton payed between 6 and 7 grand. And it hasnt been a month and a half. the car needs a new transmission and possibly motor. Upon taking it to a shop to get it looked at was told the engine was guncked with some sort of possibly motor honey they said. And i wasnt going to make this but my kid took a ride from my friend bc andrew sold it as a reliable good vehicle. And it stranded us that day in the heat. Andrew wont message hos customers back nor hos customer service. Its as though it doesnt exists. And then i went amd jad a look at the most recent reviews. They....are scary to say the least.

Bought a jeep and spent 3000 dollars. And a couple months later have barely been able to drive it. Probably have over a thousand dollars in parts due to the constantly breaking down such as the rear end going out, transmission issues, various things under the hood going out. Do not buy from here

I've bought a car from him that looked amazing then it started braking down left and right. He will not help fix it or let me trade it in for another car. Once I've bought it I've been putting money into it almost every month he is selling bad cars run!

My nephew bought a car that transmission failure 3 days after he purchased it. It now needs a new engine. I would NOT recommend purchasing a car from this business. It has been an absolute nightmare for him.

I told this guy I was driving there from kalamazoo told him about a specific vehicle and as I'm literally pulling I to the place He is selling the vehicle I told him I 100% wanted to buy. Dis respectful I don't recommend this clown to anyone

I bought a 2011 chevy traverse from this business, and was told if it had any problems they'd cover it, the vehicle never made it home from their shop, and now they will not respond to my calls or messages, I am now in conversation with the B.B.B

Bought this Nissan Xterra 2001 from here, changed the engine oil, then took a road trip through 8 states to the east of Michigan, almost 2300 miles .. Then got back home safely with no issues thankfully !Update : after having the car for a year now, every time I try calling here, they don't answer my calls. And when they do, they don't help me with what I need. Really not a nice way to deal with people.

Don't come here to have your car detailed, unless you want your hood scratched to holy heck, and your bumper to match, then by all means come here. Mind you all I asked for was all of the exterior options they offer besides them cleaning my engine bay (Wash, dry, wax, etc).I thought I'd give them a chance, even after being told they did the same sort of job to my grandparents car. Sadly nothing has apparently changed.

I bought a escape from here. I asked if it had been in any accidents they said not that they knew of but I can show you the history. Looked at the history of a car that was identical to the one I bought and it was clean. After having it for a week and started looking over the car a little closer. I found the wheel wells on the back are completely bondoed and spray painted black to hide it. The car has been rear ended and repaired. Make sure if you are thinking of buying a car you check it very closely.

Had my Jeep detailed. They did an awesome job. My car is white and very hard to get clean. I even hid money to see if they would clean that area or take the money. They not only cleaned but left the cash. They have a loyal customer now.

I rarely write/submit bad reviews but this is a awful place to do business. I happen to know a couple of people who bought automobiles from this con artist. Every experience that I know of has been terrible. You will get ripped off!!! Avoid!!!

My wife & I told the salesman we needed a reliable mechanically sound car for our newly graduated grandson who was starting out in life. He needed to get back & forth to new job. The car we drove away in has been nothing but a mechanical nightmare. Within the 1st couple of weeks the car lwft our grandson stranded. I had to replace fuel injection rail sensor, 2 sets of spark plugs and ignition coils. Several trips for me to have to work on it. Contacted salesman and he wouldnt stand behind any of it.Last night our grandson was stranded again by a bad alternator. Car is sitting along the road & we'll have to get it towed. It's going to take me a few days to get the alternator & belt changed. Alternator is located in a very difficult place to get to and I am not a mechanic.Once again the salesman will not help us whatsoever.Consider this a warning if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Master Fit. They do not service or assess the cars they sell BEFORE putting them on their lot for sale. Nor do they stand behind the cars they sell, even out of good conscious.We didnt receive the title for over a month and when I contacted them about it a 2nd time I was told they had gotten it 5 days prior, no one had even notified me. An office person delivered it to my house, but that did NOT make up for the poor service I had received prior to that.Their reputation is not going to be good when you do not care about your customers and the cars you sell to them.UPDATE!!!I can't believe this! Our grandson texted that he just lost his job.Even though he explained his car broke down & he did not have a way to work, he was fired. Thanks a lot Master Fit. You have no idea that your lack of consideration about the car you sold us affected our grandson's livelihood. This car has cost us SO MUCH MORE than the purchase price. I have never had such a terrible experience buying a used car in my life! Back to Marty Hart and The Car Company we go. They stand behind the cars they have sold to me.

I ve used Master Fit three times to detail two of my cars. They looked like any other detailer did it. I mean let s face it it s not like you need a bunch of special tools or skills to do this. I kept using Master Fit because it was reliable and convenient. Now that I have to fill out a form , no thanks!! I don t have time to fill out a form online in order to receive a service!Services: Steam cleaning, Full body wash, Seat shampooing, Engine detailing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Scheduled an 8am appointment for a detail. Nobody is st the shop. We wait to have a kid "maybe 10yrs old" show up to tell us they won't be opening until 10am. Never got a call or notification to cancel or reschedule our appointment. Very disappointed!Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

We bought a 03 explorer today! We made it to white pigeon and the control arm and ball joint broke so I called the lady said Andrew was busy so the lady left a message and still no call!!!!! Like not even to check to make sure he had a way home or needed a tow nothing. The abs light was on and the said it was a leaky vacuum line ( that nothing) but they didnt tell us everything because we ran it and it told us!!!! So they r shady!

Don't ever take your vehicles here. They broke both back seats on my truck and refuseto fix what THEY broke! Very rude and unprofessional owner. Would never deal with him again. Contacting attorneys today to take him to court to recertify this situation. Very very disappointed.

Masterfit has always had my Buisness! Their detailing team is top notch, always working their hearts out for the Lord!! Also Andrew Hamilton is the guy to see if you re looking for a used car. Andrew is energetic and extremely helpful, and will do his best to find You the right car!

There prices are high for the cars they sell like some of them are 220,000 miles and want $6,000 or more for them not good.

Hands down the best place to buy a car, and get a detail. It's a great customer experience, because you can feel how much they care. I would recommend Master Fit over all the rest!
