I m a traveling salesman and pulled into town needing an oil change. I first stopped at a competitor that treated me rudely and was about to close for lunch. I m glad I came to Fast Lane instead. I was treated like gold. Fast, friendly service and the techs were actually happy to work. 10 out of 10 would recommend.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was charged $98 for oil change and 2 quarts of antifreeze that came to $10. Way to much. Won't be back. I pay $78 at 512 lube so guess I'll stay there.

My mechanic went to vacation.So I searched who does manual transmission fluid flush in town.This guy's website said they do it and how much they charge.When I get there, technician told me I need special oil for my car.I told him I do it myself and it takes 5w-30, I'm here for manual transmission fluid flush.He said they don't do it.I don't want to give them 1 star because I didn't get served what I needed.But I can't give them 5 stars because they don't served what they say they do.I'd love to use this shop when I can't do oilchange myselfService: Transmission

The guys are all really nice and honest. They are up front about pricing and are great at communicating. Recommend this place to everyone, quick and easy and you leave feeling good about the experience every time.

Super friendly, honest, and fast and thorough. They are not like other places that are really pushy with their upsell. They suggest services that you might need now or soon, but don't hard sell. I always appreciate that..

The guy that works here was a good dude, and he seemed to actually care about the customer and that was nice for a change, I would recommend this place to everyone, I always get creeped out in these oil change places because a lot of them are constantly trying to scam you out of another dollar but that's NOT the case with these guys work ! Update: I just went back and still the same guy and still the same results, good dude and great service

I would recommend this place to everyone. Very honest guys running this place. Went to get an oil change and instead of charging me for no reason they let me know I didn't even need an oil change. Also very funny guys. Give this place a try.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Fast Friendly service. They never try to sell you something you really do not need. If you have questions about a noise they will listen for it and give advice. A GREAT Family owned business. The Only place I will ever get my vehicles oil changed!

These guys one I believe was named Paul n a younger guy also were great I mean really great. They even Helped me take care of few other things I was not educated on to handle.Thanks fellas you earned a repeat customer today.

Always very quick when doing my oil change. The lady in charge is very friendly. I dont have any complaints about the place except for once, a few years ago, they left a screwdriver under the hood of my G6.

Just found out the last time you guys changed my oil ,you put a hole in my oil filter! My husband and I have been coming to you guys for years. We trusted you. You have lost our business for good. Check your vehicles people. These guys are dishonest!!!!

Sturgis location is awesome with great service. However, the Quaker State discount doesn't apply there. They use Shell.

Where to start...fast lane is the only place you should goWow...waited at another oil change place, for almost 40 minutes, they never even was asked if I needed help, and let me tell ya...no one there was busy, so I called fast lane, inquired about prices, they were so friendly I had to come over, I pulled in, and immediately was greeted, by the friendliest staff, they saved me money, got right to work and they were busy, I don't think ill go to any other oil change place again, way to go fast lane!!!!

I felt the the guy on top was grumpy, trying to upsell constantly. If I didn't have a gift certificate I wouldn't have been there. This is why people don't go get their oil changed

It's a good stop for an oil change. Pretty fast, thorough but not pestering you for add ons non stop like some places.
