Very customer service oriented. They go out of their way to serve their customers. I ve had situations where I needed a tire repaired. They ve gotten me in right away. Several times they didn t even charge me for the repair. Customer service speaks volumes and they are on it. I highly recommend them. In fact, they are one of the few places I totally trust to buy tires from and service them. They are the best.Sincerely, Mark Ritter

Chris assisted us in picking out new tires. He listened to what we needed in a tire and our concerns in price due to the fact that to make a living we deliver orders in our community. He was straight forward and honest in answering our questions and giving his opinions. We look forward to working with him and the staff in Sturgis in the future for needs we have and services they offer. Thank you!

I ve heard many, many great things about Boland s but haven t experienced it for myself until tonight! 30 minutes before they closed I barely made it in with a very, very low tire, they got me in and out the door within 15 minutes. I will 100% be returning with anything and everything tire related in the future. Thank you Boland s for showing everyone that good companies and even better people are still out there!

It was my first time using Boland's, but it will not be my last. The service was excellent and quick. They fixed something another tire center should have taken care of correctly, but did not. I will recommend Boland's to family and friends.

Staff is always friendly and very helpful when I come in. Just went in to purchase some blades and they even offered to install. Although I installed them myself I still appreciate that they are willing to do so!

Tire was leaking air, took it in and they got it fixed very quickly. Went to pay at the end and they told me to have a nice day. It was on the house. I have always gone here for tires and will continue to do so because they are clearly the best around! Thanks Bolland Tire for great Customer Service!

The staff is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and they do their best to give you great quality while trying to find you the best deal. The work they do is well done and the atmosphere of the shop is welcoming. Their customer service is excellent, I give them gold stars every time.

Highly recommend! This place is wonderful. Fantastic customer service by the staff who are all very knowledgeable of their products and services. Both of my vehicles needed new tires and alignments and brought them here and was quickly taken care of. The prices were great and the staff were professional and proficient. Bought wheels and tires for my Buick. They are always competitively priced. Called in and talked to Mark on Wednesday had wheels and tires installed in 40 minutes on Friday. I love the quick hassle free service at Boland s Best One. Great customer service!

Had an unexpected tire issue recently. Brand new tires and ended up with a screw in the sidewall. Wasn t safe to drive. Boland was closing within minutes, but Mark answered the phone, talked calmly to me and advised me on what to do next. I got my car to them the next morning and was back on the road by 9am. Just what I needed! All of the counter staff seem very helpful but I am always reassured when Mark answers the telephone. Please make sure to take care of your awesome staff!

Wow! I hit a pothole on the toll road and stopped here on my way back home for repairs. Not only was the service completed in less than 30 minutes, they advised me on all the ways I can handle this situation. Top notch service that will bring me back for my future needs. We got a piece of metal in our tire and needed it fixed. We limped it over to this place after using the inflator and sealer that came with the van. These guys got right on it and fixed it quickly and were very friendly. And then informed us that our rental van tire repair would be covered by Enterprise because they have a contract with them! Definitely recommend. Thank you Bolands!

Would not recommend this place at all. My husband had his tires rotated and they used his lugnut key, no big deal but they switched out his key with a trashed out key. He mentioned that he needed his key back and they accused him of calling them thieves. He wasn't trying to cause problems he just wanted his key back and not a wore out key. The right thing to do would be to check to see and not basically come at the customer aggressively. Poor customer service for sure. If they will still a lugnut key what else will they do that customers don't know about

Boland tire has been a staple business in our a for many decades. They are one of the regions largest tire dealers with competitive pricing and a national tire warranty and also offer free yearly balancing and tire rotation on tires they sell. They also have been helpful to me on mounting tires that I buy elsewhere with a fair fee. The customer service team is friendly and knowledgeable about their inventory. Their facility boasts state of the art tire mounting machines, tire balancing machines, a brand new Hunter pre alignment drive through camera system that quick checks the customers vehicle alignment before service is performed, and a brand new state of the Hunter camera alignment system that s one of the best on the market. They also can serve all of your commercial and farm vehicles with a brand facility and equipment just for that! Boland tire for the win!
