After work evening visit. 9/26/23 Manager was not there. I had to go out in the rain to see them, but the 2 Employees would not go outside in the rain (no lightening or thunder) to examine the wiper blade I purchased in the past 3 months that was not working right. Did not look up my account. Assumed I had purchased a low quality blade. I had not. (Why would you knowingly sell low quality?) The one told me if I bought it, "It's on me" I told them that response would simply make me choose to take my business elsewhere. The competitors across the street were happy to go out in the rain, and to help me. Wiper works great now.District Manager called me, the next day, listened to what happened, asked what I needed to feel this was resolved, and thanked me for helping them improve the customer experience.

I recently lost an Alternator that stranded me with a dead battery outside the store the day before I was to go up north Steelhead trout fishing. Zach called all around town trying to locate a replacement including two repair shops but to no avail. The following morning my alternator arrived and I was able to install it a short time later with support from the store team. The whole store team came to the rescue but I especially want to thank Zach for all his help and saving my trip!

I was traveling from Canton Ohio to Prairie Du Sac Wisconsin and my alternator went out. I was able to drive to this AutoZone they had the alternator I needed and also the tools to change it in their parking lot. The people were so nice and I would definitely visit this AutoZone again while traveling through.

Really loud and obnoxious know it all guy behind the counter definitely drives customers away. Prices have gone much higher. Always check around with other parts suppliers.

Took my car in for a new battery an they change it will changing my battery they broke the over flo to my radiator so he quickly ordered me an new one an sent it to the shop to fix it an to accommodate me for another car they wanted me to take the money out of my pocket an reburst me I don't feel it's up to me to take any money out of my pocket to pay for anything so I've lost time off work cause of this mess u created an no accommodation other than my fixing my radiator this is very bad business for no accommodation

They were very helpful. My battery is in my floorboard behind one of my seats which limits what they're allowed to do but they were allowed to test it they just were not allowed to change it. I had went to Advance Auto first and they had refused to even test my battery. But after AutoZone tested my battery they also gave me the name of a great mechanic and where I could find his shop I immediately went there to Joe's Garage and I cannot say enough good things about the garage

I went to auto zone to pick up a battery had no idea how to install it. They were busy yet Chris the store manager took time to install it for me. I recommend and appreciate auto zone

Always helpful and punctual with getting you the parts they had to order. If they don't have something for you they will call around to help you find one. Customer service is top notch every time I go (quite often)

On the way back to Chicago on a Saturday afternoon and stopped because engine light came on. The staff appreciated my predicament, being on the road, and were kind, courteous, and helpful. One called a mechanic he knew worked on Saturday and left a message. The diagnostic devices were not currently working because of a recent upgrade but one of the staff was able to determine that problem was related to fuel mixture and would not interfere with my efforts to return to Chicago. Naturally I was relieved. It was very nice to encounter such a kind and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this store for service.

If I could give less then one star I would. I went on the website looking for the part I needed and it said in store. I went into the store and the part wasn t there. I m not sure if the store controls the website though so that s not what I m upset about. I ordered the part, ordered it on Sunday and they said it would be in on Tuesday. Tuesday I went to get the part and they gave me a box with the part I needed. Went home and checked and it was the wrong part. Went back to the store and told them it was the wrong part. Not quite sure what happened with that, I was told that my part was given to someone else. Reordered the part and they said it would be in Thursday. Went in and they said the part was never ordered. They offered a refund or to reorder that s part. I had them reorder it, giving them one last chance. The part finally came in, but I will never go back this store and I would recommend anyone going there either. Mind you, I went through all that over a transmission pan.

Employees are more interested in helping people that call. Waited to check out for 10 minutes while someone answered the phone and 2 other employees ignored me. Lots of other auto parts stores around.

As a professional mechanic they give the best prices and can have the foreign parts I need within usually a day no longer then two and have most domestic parts in stock or can have them before the end of the business day

Worst Customer Service Ever! Drove 2 hrs round trip to get the right Strut I needed, ordered the two front and they gave me 2 drivers side. Then wanted to charge me $40 more for their mistake! No Thanks~ Been a lifetime customer but that ended today...

A huge thank you to Scott at the Sturgis, MI Auto Zone. I'm a teacher in Sturgis and with all the Covid restrictions my students needed a place to keep a water bottle so it didn't fall off their desk when they were open. Before school started in the fall I found 2 pack cup holders(slides into car window) at AutoZone. They have worked quite well, but as the year goes on some have been broken. Scott was gracious enough to call around to a number of other stores and locate more for class! Thank you so much for everything!
