I was very happy with Auto Park Ford. Sandie and John were great to work with and their years of experience shows. Both of them as well as the entire Auto Park staff, that we encountered, have excellent customer service and their motto of treating folks like family truly shows through. We will definitely plan to purchase from them again and highly recommend Auto Park Ford to others!

I'm from western Illinois and found a car here online. Communication was fast and efficient and I value that especially shopping hundreds of miles away. The salesperson Sandy was very professional and answered all my questions. They even picked me up an hour away because I could not find a ride close by. Overall an amazing experience thanks!

Only used the service department because I had the flyer special for an oil change for $29.95 with valet pickup and return. They were 20 minutes late to pick it up and took an hour and a half to do a promised 45 minute service. I had made it clear I needed my car back by noon and my valet driver had to stop the service desk from leaving for lunch before returning my car! They also said I needed a new battery, which had just been replaced 2 days before, and a new rear wiper motor, which is working just fine. The oil change does seem to be fine but the lack of regard for time and recommending things be replaced that are not necessary will not have me returning.

Would recommend this dealer. They were helpful, professional and friendly. While finalizing my purchase, there was one item that was missing from the vehicle (an extra adapter for the EV charger). The team at AutoPark Ford went out of their way to find one and include it with the vehicle. If I ever have the opportunity to buy a vehicle again from this dealer, I would not hesitate. Thumbs up!

This is the absolute BEST dealership I've ever had the pleasure of working with. There are a few hard to handles. But overall they have an amazing team. From service to sales to the loaner people. They have quite an amazing team. I had the pleasure of meeting the GM and a newer girl who works with internet leads. When I walked in, she xame up and greeted me. WALKED me to the parts dept. Didn't just point me, walked me. Asked my name. Said it was a pleasure. We chatted for awhile, turns out she worked in the restaurant business a long time before coming there. She found her fit. The personal attention I got truly made my day and experience at the Ford dealership. Thank you young lady.

My wife and I came to Auto Park Ford to look at a 2017 Ford edge SEL with the smaller 2.0L engine. We also saw a Honda CRV that we liked as well, we tried to test drive the CRV, and literally pulling out of the dealership the CRV dash lights all glowed like a Christmas tree and we had to immediately turn around and limp it back to the dealership. that already put a damper on the experience. They say the dealerships maintenance team goes through all these cars, but you can only put so much money into the cars so they can still make money. So that CRV was junk, now we go back to the 2017 ford edge, it has less than 100k miles, drives great and we decide we want to buy it, process took a couple hours which was such a time suck to sign the paperwork. Everything is great we buy the extra warranty because, it does cover pretty much everything and anything that can go wrong with your vehicle. good deal. My wife drives it for 4 days and then the next morning the check engine light comes on. It says Cylinder 3 misfire, so I call the dealership and they say bring it in asap and we will take a look. This I did appreciate, but it requires me to leave work and lose hours. Anyways I bring it to them they say yep, Ford has a "Service Bulletin" that says some of their 2.0L engines have issues with the coolant leaking into the engine. SO the dealership doesn't want to pay for this out of their pocket, they say wait a month for the service contract of our warranty to kick in bring it back and we will replace the whole engine. SO I say fine ill wait, and here we are a month and a half later, We have a new engine and ill be watching the coolant level for the next few weeks to see if this issue continues. Overall this place seems to do "all" they can to fix a car as long as they can still make money on the cars. But when the cars are still having issues, they are hoping you buy the warranty to take care of the problems later. I definitely advocate for this just because it cost $100 versus probably 5-6,000$ without a warranty.

I would recommend anyone to buy from Autopark. My salesman Travis was great to work with. He was prompt with returning phone calls (since I lived in Texas), and upon my arrival to pick my truck up had everything ready. He was also extremely knowledgeable about all the technology in the New Superduty, which was A LOT. Over-all the staff at Autopark seems like they really care about taking care of the customer, and I will continue to make the 1000mile trip in the future to buy from this dealership. rating.

Service department here is great. They communicate great and they care about customer service. I have had some issues with their sales team in the past, mostly with poor communication, but their service team hasn't disappointed!

Autopark Ford was by far the best experience I ve had. Sandie Owen and the team was very straight forward and no bs about buying my bronco. No upcharging or ridiculous add ons and she kept me updated every step of the way as my order was built. She takes very good care of all her clients and makes the effort to stay in touch long after your purchase, giving a very friendly motherly touch to your business with them. 1000% recommend Autopark and especially sandie!

I have only bought a couple of cars from dealerships, but I have visited many and this was unlike any other. There was no pushy salesman, no scripted negotiating tactic, and no stress. Travis was incredible the entire way through, even though I was in Chattanooga, TN. Call Travis for your next car NO MATTER WHAT CITY YOU ARE IN:)

The service dept. at Auto Park has been outstanding. I highly recommend them! After getting an oil change and a car wash, I had a light pop out of the bottom of my mirror. 5 minutes later they had installed a new one and I was on my way.

I was delighted with the service and professionalism at Auto Park Ford in Sturgis. I had been looking for a newer Ford model, but was discouraged by the high prices of used vehicles. However, Auto Park Ford had a nice selection of used and well maintained vehicles. My sales rep showed me several cars in my price range and I decided to buy a 2020 Ford Escape. This was a newer car than I thought affordable, but Auto Park Ford made it happen! If you re looking for a new(er) car or truck, try Auto Park Ford, they will really try to work with you.

We had the most amazing experience at Autopark Ford in Sturgis. Travis was an incredible help the whole day and made the whole process very enjoyable. Him and Andrew were able to make the car buying process smooth and easy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. My girlfriend and I were able to relax and enjoy the exciting process of purchasing our new 2023 Ford Bronco instead of having it be stressful or overwhelming.
