I went to Advanced Auto following an unsatisfactory interaction with a competitor over a wiper blade purchased and installed in June that wasn't functioning. Before going to the computer, or to the shelves, he listened to what I was telling him. Then, went outside, in the rain, and he removed a piece of packaging inadvertently left on the blade when it was installed. His customer service has gained you a customer. Thank you Ramon! It works right now.

The one and only guy behind the desk in the morning at 1130am with only 1 customer in the place just wanted to plainly ignore his only paying customer at the time as he must have stood at the wrong desk to get help. Not impressed with this fello. It was a transfer pickup and he goofed that up as well.....

It was awful. Tried to return a part under warranty. They charged us over twice the price in Sturgis then they do in muskegon but said we could only get the low price back do not go to advance auto in Sturgis. They rip you off

We had a minor mishap with our motorcycle while visiting Sturgis on Saturday. All repair places were already shut down but this store was still open. We walked there looking for some tools. The manager, Kat, and the two employees, shown us such kindness and loaned us what we needed. They were caring, polite, professional and went out of their way to help. Not only were we lent tools, they made sure we were physically ok. Once we were done and in the end had to call a tow truck, as we were leaving, Kat told me to make sure to have my wrist checked out. Such kindness. We will be forever grateful for this experience.

I called in to ask about a part and they said it was for sure in stock and I'd ask them to hold it and set it aside. It was actually a set of external Torx sockets and when I got there they didn't have it in stock and tried to sell me something different that I did not need arguing with me that it was the right part. Customer is always right

Bought a part special order... Waited a day to pick it up... Long story short... Didn't need part/never installed but lost my receipt... They have no record of transaction even with special order... Clerk took special order sticker off part box folded it up and threw it away... Sorry can't help you it's our policy he says... After 20 years of strictly buying my parts here... I won't be their customer any longer

Customer service sucks. I called explained what I needed told yep we have it. Drove into the store to be told nope we don't have that when I called back to talk the manager the manager hung up on me.

Let us replace a part in the parking lot when we got stranded going from Milwaukee back to nyc. Very friendly compassionate people. I'd give all of Sturgis five stars. The nicest people we met so far in the USA, every single person we Metin this town wanted to help. Faith in humanity proven here :) Thank you!

As always check your box before you leave. Bought a thermostat get home open box no gasket. My fault not checking product at store. Also this store is in need of a renovation.

They have less selection of instore items. This store could use a new floor. It's okay to visit as an alternative option to some of the other automotive stores in the area.
