Great people here.I took my car in because the blinkers weren't working. After the diagnosis, they called and told me that they thought it might be a bad hazard switch. They said that they could order the part for me and install it, or I could go pick it up on my own and install it myself without much trouble. I opted to pick up the part myself and install it on my own. I thanked them and asked them how much I owed them for the diagnosis and they said nothing.A few days later I ordered and installed a new hazard switch and it fixed the problem.Overall a great experience for me.

Friendly, helpful but less than completely honest or at the very least simply made a statement to me that they knew less than they lead me to believe. Simply to give me an answer to satisfy my questions not knowing that I knew the answers about the products in question. The gave me an answer that maybe they believe to be Truthful but it was not accurate. I'm not sure if they truly believe they gave the correct answer or if the took me for a fool and wanteda sale. However I never hold an entire business responsible by one employee actions and they are helpful friendly and good people I feel. So I will continue my buying from them for convenients not pricing, or selection. I love brick and mortar businesses and hope for the continued success at this Stevensville location.
