If you want great quality work. This is the place, I have been going to Craig s for about 4 years now for any car issues and Cory has always been the best. He pays a lot of attention on the quality of work that he does. I had an issue with my A/C on my 2021 Mazda and he figured out that it didn t have any refrigerate so he filled it and let the vehicle sit for a few hours to make sure there were no leaks in the hoses. I brought my 06 Toyota matrix to him back in 2020 due to a shaking in my steering wheel, come to find out the person who changed my tire when it went flat didn t tighten my lugs all the way. Cory is very honest, him and his guys do great work. I had recently went in for a tuneup and an alignment and the vehicle runs like she s brand new again even tho she s got 115,000 miles and still running strong thanks to this shops attention to detail and great quality work

Honest mechanic. They will diagnose the issue before replacing parts which is nice. Like all good mechanics, they are busy but if you have an emergency, the squeeze you in. Highly recommend.

Our Chrysler overheated, and we were stranded while in town for the weekend. Craig & and the team had us back on the road quickly. My family has used this shop for years & they do excellent work.

Amazing customer care and quick diagnosis and solution! At the last leg of a cross country road trip, a shuddering gave us concern. The team at Craigs got us in for a quick look to see if we were safe to continue. They found 2 problems, and worked fast to get us out in an hour! Loved that they explained (and showed) what the problems were to broaden our understanding. We made it home that day before midnight and we are so grateful!

Cory and Mike run a great shop. The techs are very knowledgeable, reasonable rates and FAST.Called to get my truck in for a blown spark plug. They were able to sneak it in between other jobs, in and out in a few hours even though they're booked with appts. until after the first of the year. I cannot recommend this shop strongly enough. They're trustworthy and won't do extra work which isn't necessary.They've worked on multiple vehicles and have done great work on all of them.Give them a try - you will not regret it.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Battery

WOW! What an organization! My daughter was driving home from Fenton, MI to Bloomington, IL and her throttle sensor went out. She got off the expressway and called me. I looked on a map that she was right down the street from this shop. I called there and spoke a nice fellow named Nick - told him the situation. He told me to bring it down so they could diagnose it; he could make room. She took the car there - they got right on it - part was in stock - she was back on the road in just over a hour!Thank you so much for making a terrible situation good. Cory is the nicest and most truthful mechanic in the area. His prices are reasonable and my repairs here have been timely. The one time my repair lasted longer than expected he let me use a "rental car" overnight. You can tell he's been in this industry a long time.

My front left tire was trying to fall off this weekend. Craig's Automotive Care Center got my vehicle and within 24 hours had the problem diagnosed, explained, and repaired. The customer service was great and I super appreciate the quick turnaround!

Was traveling on a holiday weekend and 2 studs broke off, they got us in and fixed the problem and back on the road in a hour, excellent service and friendly people, would recommend them if you are in the area, Thank you again for getting us back on the road, pricing was reasonable
