I always have a great experience at this location. Most recently, Steve braved the freezing cold to swap my battery out for me in no time at all. I highly recommend going to these guys for help!

I go to get some of my car washing supplies. Got my wax for $21.00 normally, $39.00. I'm in there system for my oil filter. Oil is a bit pricey, so I go to Meijer for that. Friendly service. My 4 star is basically if it's not on sale I don't buy.

Super helpful especially on Memorial Day. I thought I was going to be stranded away from Chicago. Travis was a great help!!!! Everyone was so nice. Travis went the extra mile and helped with a repair!!!!! The young lady was helpful finding us what we needed. Great store!!!

I'm bad with names, but the two gentlemen working on 3-9-2022 around 6 o'clock were amazing. Thank you for hiring great people at AutoZone. I love dealing with professionals. They helped me out by charging my battery, finding me floor mat's that fit my van, and giving me sound advice. God bless

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!We are from Indiana & traveled to Michigan for a family vacation. Our truck broke down at a gas station & needed a new serpentine belt. We made several phone calls to surrounding mechanics & auto parts stores & no one was willing to help & bring us the part we needed. HOWEVER, after a pleasant phone call with this AutoZone store, & even being 15 minutes away from their location, they took the initiative to help us, & only charged us for the part. The employee that delivered the part even stayed to assist us until we were back on the road again.We could not be more thankful for them!!

Great prices and very friendly people, I called ahead of time so they would have my parts ready, explain to them I had 1 sleeping babys and 1 sleeping toddler in the car and they meet me at the door with my parts and lady associate even asked if she could watch the babies so i didn't have to wake them up to get them out of the car. Great people

The man came outside that work at AutoZone and asked me what I needed and he got my oil my filter and my oil filter and was very polite helped me with everything I needed. I love this place everyone is so nice and they have a lot knowledge

My favorite auto zone in this area! Always see familiar faces when I shop here and some even remember my summer ride! It s nice going somewhere where you see the same people working there for years and are full of knowledge.

My car battery died a few days after the warranty expired. Travis and Caleb were incredibly helpful and accommodating, I will definitely be back at the Stevensville Auto Zone next time I need something.

I stopped in with a problem with my car's electronic jey fob. Dave came right away and, after a rew questions looked up on the computer and found an answer to my problem! It wasn't as expensive as I anticipated. Definitely would recommend them!!

Charles was super awesome....he braved the rain to instal wiper blades for me and my Daughter....he even actually showed my daughter HOW to do it so she would know in the future.

I've only been in the new Autozone a couple times since they opened. The service was very friendly and helpful and fast. They have what I wanted and at a fair price. The Auto Zone in Stevensville will be my new go-to place for auto parts.

Hit or miss. You have good employees and then other who don't know anything unless the computer tells them and then they still might get it wrong. But we normally start here is we need a part and can wait for it to come by mail.

Went for wiper blades. They didn't have as good of a selection as I would have liked, but what they did have were decent enough and the clerk was very helpful with finding the correct size and connector for my model of vehicle
