I wouldn t trust no other oil company to change my oil. This is place is the best. The owner makes sure his clients are very satisfied. I ve been coming here for Almost 8 years. Their service is phenomenal. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

Technicians are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer.I think it was Florjan that serviced my vehicle, he pointed out a potential issue to look out for and checked/filled all my tires air while I was there for an oil change.Prices are very fair also.

I would personally highly recommend this place. I recently did many services to my vehicle, and I am extremely happy with their work. Not only Flori, but the rest of his mechanics there are very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. They finished all my services in a very short time, in a very precise way, and with a reasonable price. I have been taking all my cars here for many years, and I never had an issue. You MUST do your services at VIP Quick Lube, because you will never get disappointed.

Talk about all around genuine, honest, know what their doing mechanics. I have a Range Rover and we all know how foreign vehicles can run a pretty high penny. The service here is top notch and not bank braking. I have been coming to VIP Lube for over 9yrs and will continue too. There were so many things wrong with my rust bucket of a car when I brought it in yesterday. These gentlemen kept me in the loop every step of the way and got my vehicle back in safe driving condition without draining my bank account. Kind, knowledgeable, quick. This is the best place for Oil changes, tune up, brakes, car maintenance, etc. I have been with them for 8 years, and by far the most honest, down to earth, and wonderful people I have ever met.The owner is the best, most knowledgeable person I know when it comes to cars. I've seen him rebuild an engine!They always have a smile on their face..And they are always accommodating.If you dont have a FOREVER MECHANIC, then this is the last search for you!!I cant thank them enough. They have worked on 4 of our cars this far. And never any issues.This is the best and most HONEST auto mechanic in Southeast Michigan.

I love this place. I have been getting my oil changes here for years. They are quick, professional and friendly. I always get the full service with them and I stay in my car and watch them do everything. You also get a free car wash in the same plaza! They are definitely not the type of people who would push you to get a certain grade of oil or get stuff done. For full service, I pay around $26.

I highly recommend this place. Flori, the owner, very knowledgeable and honest. My whole family use their services for years and he never failed us. Also, I had my car checked today and multiple times in the past and he doesn't charge me for it.I'm glad that they moved to a new location in Sterling Heights, which is close to my place..Overall experience with this business is always pleasant..

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! If I could give them less than 1 star I would! Went to this place because my Father had gone there for years and recommended it. I typically change my oil myself but that day I needed it done ASAP. The oil change was fine but when I went to change it myself down the road I spent more than an hour under my truck trying to get the bolt out of the oil pan. It was in so tight that I could see the indent in the oil pan. Never was able to get it out. Took the truck back to the shop and brought my oil and filter with me. The guy said he would have to charge me $15 to change the oil. I said fine because my oil needed changed and I didn't feel like arguing. They changed my oil and sent me on my way. I noticed they never showed me my dip stick. When I got back to work I checked it and they had put 9 Liters into my truck. IT ONLY CALLS FOR 8. This could have seized up my engine had I not noticed.I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

I am a disabled veteran, and was a Mechanic on active duty. My family and I moved here, to Michigan in 2005. Because I have pretty good mechanical knowledge, it is pretty hard to pull the wool over my eyes.I had been looking for a reliable, honest mechanic to take our vehicles to since we had just moved here. I had gone to a few different places to get our oil changes done, and everyone of them treated me like an ignorant little girl. Once I found VIP Quick lube, and met the employees there, I knew I had found what I was looking for!Fiori and the guys there have ALWAYS been very nice, VERY respectful, and not once was I made to feel like an ignorant little girl.No one there has ever tried to upsell me, or overcharge me for anything! In fact, they have actually talked me out of having some extra services done, because they were not needed.When I told them that I wanted the extra services done anyway, Fiori and his guys, showed me the components in question, showed me the fluids, and explained to me, without ever making me feel like I was stupid, or ignorant, what the services were for, what they entailed, and what the signs/symptoms of actually needing those services were. They were right on par!I then told them that I was a mechanic on Active Duty. It was then that they laughed and asked why I didn't tell them earlier.Because of their actions, they had earned my trust, and my loyalty to them for all 8 of my vehicles.I have never been anywhere else, since 2005, and I will continue to take my vehicles there!I have on many occasions referred my friends, family, and even strangers to take their vehicles there, and will continue to do so.They also took great care of my 16 year old when he took his car up there for service. They gave him an awesome deal on some services that were needed, and even gave him a discount! They didn't even know that he was my son, until I got there to pick him up, since his vehicle needed to stay overnight.This is how I can assure everyone reading these reviews on here, just how much faith and trust I have in them.They refused to take advantage of a woman, and 12 years later, continued to refuse to take advantage of a 16 year old kid, holding his father's credit card, with the knowledge that my son simply asked them to do whatever was needed, and his parents gave him the credit card to pay for it.I LOVE THIS PLACE, AND WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Nick and all the guys who work here are always kind, smiling, and helpful. I never feel uncomfortable. They always make sure to clear the leaves and such from under my hood, which is a small touch that is very appreciated. The oil changes are done quickly, but it never feels like their rushing. I started coming here because it s where my mom has gone for over a decade.
