Rio was amazing to work with loved that he FaceTimed me to show me different options I could get being so far away I loved that could see what I was getting instead of ordering off some website.He shipped my wheels and tires fast and also cut me a deal for tires on my husbands truck if you need wheels or tires he s your guy!And He also gave me good advice these wheels are perfect for my Tahoe

FADI hooked me up.... Great service, excellent price. Bought a new set of Black Snowflake wheels and tires for my Silverado. Communication was great, he did what he said he was going to do and more...... FADI sent me a picture of the exact wheels and tires they were shipping me. Wheels and tires showed up perfectly packaged and protected. Wheels and tires came with Lugs and Sensors just as he said they would.... I will be buying from FADI again..... Pics to come...

Found this shop on marketplace and Fadi helped me out every step of the way from choosing the right tire and rim combination to getting me financed in minutes. Great customer service and shipping was fast and top notch. Had my wheels and tires mounted, balanced and at my doorstep in two days. They have earned a customer for life with me from this experience.

Never have I had such an easy and accommodating experience with an on line purchase. Rio is a superstar with rock solid customer service!Bought wheels on Wednesday and they arrived on Friday. I had been shopping for Wheels and Tires for a couple weeks. I found US wheel and tire and started communicating with Rio. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me my options, answer all of my questions and explain everything to me. I am very happy with the overall experience. Give them a chance and you will not be disappointed. Love the new look of my Yukon!

This guys are good and make a good deal also help on anything to make it better for ride!!I called serval places I was located in Jackson Michigan and everyone was des respectful or always with bad attitude and not trying to sell or don t like there job But called through Facebook marketplace and found the right place for tires and good price and got the deal set and drove to us wheel and tire 1:30 hr away and let me tell you this it was worth the drive Thanks to the team everyone else service was quick they set you at time Now in few days I ll head to Texas!!!!!

I was more than satisfied with my purchase and experience at US Wheel and Tire!! I have never had such an easy and enjoyable transaction buying wheels and tires and cannot say enough on how Rio took care of me and my requests! Not only did I get my wheels delivered before the date I was given, I was also very impressed with the pricing and professionalism throughout the entire buying process. Rio knows his products and was able to answer all of my questions that I had. If you are in the market for wheels or tires or both do not waste your time give Rio a call first and you will not be disappointed or find a better deal!! Their pricing was alright considering brand new tires. And the fact that they still serviced me same day. I just feel that their customer service could be improved.Had an emergency, where I had two flats. I then called them up to confirm they would be able to take my vehicle in and service it same day. They said they could. After the tow truck delivered it, I kept trying to call them and they put me on hold for over 20 mins, when I tried calling back later their line was too full. Eventually I got ahold of them and they said they never wrote my contact info to call me back, so had not yet started as they wanted to give me my quote first. By that time they said they don't have my size in stock and now must be a different day. They then called me 15 mins before they closed to let me know they did get it done and that if i could make it. So I rushed over and they put both new tires on different axles which isn't good.

Fadi is a joke. I was sold a set of wheels and tires from this place, contacted them right away about shake and bounce on ever road, took wheels in. Re balanced, then it was winter, put them back on the next summer with the same issues. Contacted them, Rebalance, got them back same thing. Contacted by sales manager, told him issue he said send me a pic, I wanna make it right. Here we are end of second summer and nothing. Not the end of the world I guess. Just wanted to let fellow people on Sterling Heights know to avoid this us wheel and tire and also fadi I have been in business in Sterling Heights for 25 years and I am friends with many other business owners that are sad to here of these type of shops now in our area to take advantage of people. Never recommend.Sense my review the sales manager called and asked how to fix it and I told him whatever it takes, if it s tires put new, if it s the fact the wheels have gram upon grams on them to try and balance then replace them. I don t want anything except what I paid for. Unfortunately he gave me his number to send a pic of wheels so I sent it and as expected got no response.

I was looking for 24s for my Grand Cherokee. I worked with Fadi, he showed me some Revenge wheels and took me through the whole process. I purchased 24 REVENGE RL-106. Best prices and customer service for sure!!!Thanks again Fadi!!!

Talked to Ron on Facebook and decided to make the 3.5 hour drive to see what they had. He was very helpful on helping me pick out a new set of wheels and was knowledgeable on what tires I needed on my 2500HD. I was not disappointed, great place great prices would highly recommend and will be doing more business with them.

Brought my tires and rims in to get mounted and balanced. Purchase sensors from them. They did a full test fit on one rim since it was a little different than oem. I really appreciated that. Excellent service. Was in and out quick. Will go to again. Thanks

I 1 million % recommend US Wheel and Tire.Rio was in contact with me moments after I enquired about new rims and tires for my truck. This was on Monday. We decided on a set of wheels and tires, by Wednesday afternoon the tires were shipped to me I put them on and was driving on them that day. Tires came mounted balanced, with new TPMS. No issues what so ever and literally a price you can t beat. I got a set of 20s with 35s for what most people pay for just tires.If you think it s too good to be true it s not.Call and ask for Rio!I ve taken my truck to other premium shops for wheels and tires they did me wrong.US wheel and tire is legit. Very accommodating and all around a good business!Will be going back.Thanks Rio! My truck looks sick bro!
