First time using Sterling Car Care. Simple phone call with Rick to get a same-day service appointment and Sean got the car in right on time. Service was performed, while I waited, in a timely fashion. Waiting area was clean & comfortable. Sean went over the inspection findings & answered my questions. No pressure or attitude from him on a service that I declined for that trip. Everyone I talked with there was friendly & helpful. Pricing was competitive, so it's easy to recommend them!

I called for an appointment to get the oil changed in my vehicle. I found the staff to be very professional and customer focused. They have a comfortable waiting area with coffee and free wifi. The work was done in a reasonable time frame. Very happy with my overall experience at Sterling Care Care. Thanks.

I love this place! Rick and Sean are really kind,friendly gentelmens. They are all gentelmens are there:) I bring my car(s) there and they fix all in no time. Great service,good old school people that really hard to find these days,prices are reasonable. Show me where is free?:)))As a woman I feel very safe there,very comfortable and treated with such a respect.And oh... They are very honest with such a detailled communications move back and forward!My type of place and I always come back to them.

They always take good care of me when I bring my car into the shop, they do a great job and have my car running in the best condition after I leave. I recommend them to everyone now because they hadn t let me down once.

Was massively over charged for simple repairs 1,159$ for a alternator and a battery not to mention 159$ diagnostic fee that most places will wave if you use there service,didn't even honor the 10% aaa discount. Update Sterling car care called me today apologizing for over looking the discount and waving the dionostic fee I was pleasantly surprised I appreciate the effort..

Highly recommend Sterling Car Care! Fast, friendly, professional service, and they have the equipment and experience to mount run flats on my 11" wide wheels where other shops had to decline. This is a great place to trust with your safety & your vehicles' maintenance. I always feel heard and the staff has taken the time to explain things I don't understand. The prices are comparable to others in the area. I had some work done on my vehicle here and appreciate their honesty and hard work. I had it quoted from other places they were outrageous. Outside of it being a better price here, the people over at Stirling Car Care were extremely nice and easy to get along with!

~ Service Advisor Sean has spearheaded several repairs on multiple family vehicles over the years; gosh, closet to 15 years Excellent service & a reasonable price.I moved to Walled Lake last year & I still come back here..!I also recognize a couple mechanics year after year ~ retaining talent is the sign of a good place.

Last month I took my car in for a total check, the driver's side door fixed, (it wouldn't open from inside) and oil change. Found that I needed struts also. My car was dropped off on Monday morning, and finished by the end of the day on Tuesday! I was so happy that my car was done so soon because that had seemed to be impossible the last few years. My cars will be going to Sterling Car Care from now on!! Thank you Rick!

Fantastic shop to drop off the vehicle and they do an excellent job. I liked their before and after picture attached to the invoice along with their recommendations. Checking in and checking out the vehicle was easy. Sean, Rick and the whole team is awesome. Even the courtesy pickup and drop off was good. Overall I would recommend this family friendly shop to anyone who need their vehicle repaired.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

As always, Sterling Car Care is the best! I have been going here since 1995, with several different cars, and have not been disappointed. I referred my daughter here and she was also pleased. I'll never go anywhere else. Don't waste your money here. I just needed one part of my car looked at. I told the guy at the desk what was wrong-it was an obvious issue needing repair. They give you the runaround and claim everyone gets a courtesy inspection and yet then charge you $150 for an inspection that's not even applied to labor.... The guy I worked with was extremely cocky and I decided to not continue business since I felt they ripped me off and I left. Their estimates on repairs (even minor things) were outrageous as well. I was contacted AFTER I had already left and then told me I could get a better rate if I returned. Sadly, you already lost my trust just by letting me walk out and not caring then. I got the job completed elsewhere with quicker service, a far better rate, an actual FREE estimate/inspection and a warranty on top of that. You guys couldn't even provide that. All you gave me was a complete waste of my time and money.

This is the place to have your vehicle serviced!Sean and Rick were extremely friendly and kept me up to date on the repair status with a detailed report and photos. I was also pleasantly surprised with how quickly my Jeep was repaired. I was back on the road in one day and was provided a free loaner for the short time that they had my vehicle. 5 stars all the way!!Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

Had my Nissan NV2500 serviced here about a week ago. It feels so much safer to drive now. Went to other places and they couldn't service it due to the size of the vehicle. It was no problem for these guys. They are great at what they do. The gentlemen here were very helpful and welcoming. I know where to go any time I need car work done. Thank you Sterling Car Care for your professionalism and help.

Was pricey $$$ they did great work but, when I asked a price and knew the problem they wanted to charge $149.00 diagnostic fee. If you know this is your new Auto shop and may bring in other people who may use them you have to compromise. They didn't and I found a diagnostic fee of $50.00 and did the Job within hours and did a terrific job and they were busy and got us out in 4 hours. The guys were down to earth and Great conversation. I am no longer interested in Sterling Care..

Rude staff wouldn t even greet or even acknowledge a customer that walked in until the customer says something then when the car was dropped off for an oil change they never let me know that they had a waiting room area.I was told that my car was going to take an hour you would think they would ve mentioned that to me.I stood out in the cold until I went to give them a review and found out that there s a waiting area in the pictures posted.First time going here but will never go back again, way too many other places around that have a better service and want customers money.Service: Oil change
