This company is the BEST not only did they do a great job. Their place of business was clean friendly. Drove right in and was done in 20 minutes. They patched and plugged my tire. I am definitely referring Sky Tire to my family and friends. And actually my sister told me to come here!!!

Fantastic Experience at Sky Tire Service!I recently visited Sky Tire Service and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided. The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by one of the kindest gentlemen I've ever met in a service setting. The environment was clean and welcoming, creating a great first impression.What really stood out to me was the efficiency of the service. Not only was it quick, but I was also out the door in less than 30 minutes, which felt more like 15 minutes due to their swift and effective service. The fact that it wasn t too busy definitely contributed to the quick turnaround.Additionally, I was very pleased with the quality of the used tire I purchased. It was in excellent condition, and the price of $60, including balancing, felt incredibly reasonable. It s not often that you find such value and quality.I will no longer be buying new tires as long as Sky Tire Service is around, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone.The overall experience was truly commendable from the cleanliness of the shop to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Sky Tire Service has set a high standard for tire services, and I will definitely be returning for any future tire needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality service at a great price!

Great customer service here, went above and beyond for me. I arrived thinking I would have to come by the next day for service as they were. Closing in a half hour.they were able to take care of all my tire needs at a great price including trailer tires all THAT DAY. I highly recommend this Tire shop and will recommend them to any of my friends needing tires.

This is the place to go! I don t normally leave reviews but this place deserves a shout out. I had to come here a few times and each visit they are super helpful and kind. It also helps that the prices are good. I called them last minute to look at my tire and he did not hesitate to tell me to come in, I appreciate that so much. This shop is a hidden gem, I highly recommend them!

Don t waste your time with these people. Called and told them I was on the way to get tires replaced. I had purchased my own tires they said come on by. I was about 20 minutes away. Get there and they make up excuses saying they can t put on their tires because of their compressor went out. That was a total lie. They didn t like this big truck and didn t want to replace the tires anyways.The guy who opens up the door was extremely rude. Don t waste your time.

I went to Midas for a nail in my left rear tire. They told me I needed not only an entire new tire but due to my make and model I could only purchase 4 new tires. Crazy! Went over to Sky Tire and they not only repaired the tire and removed the nail but the price was jaw dropping low and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. I will definitely use them in the future for any other tire issues. Sending references thier way as well!

I went to Sky Tire yesterday and got a new set of tires for an amazing price and done within the hour! Great customer service will never go anywhere else for tires! I'll recommend this place to anyone asking!

I tried to get tires installed at a national brand tire store who said they couldn't do it because a stud was bent on the front hub. Found Sky down the road and the tires were installed/balanced in an hour with no headaches. Try to find the small businesses first, they appreciate your support and will step up if given the chance.

I never do reviews but this place is 10 stars! The customer service is amazing and as a woman I don't trust anyone when it comes to my car because a lot of times mechanics and tire shops are not trustworthy. I have took my car here 4 times for rims repair and replacement and also new tires. Each time they exceed my expectations and they are always honest! My boyfriend and I travel from Royal oak to Sterling Heights for tire help! I will be a forever customer! No appointment needed just walk in. Kam is the owner and he is the best

Reached out to Sky Tires to have a nail removed and patch done on a tire after going to discount tire and being told that I would have to wait over two hours. They said come down and we will get you going asap. Took a chance and drove a mile with a huge bolt in my tire, they took me straight in and did the job in 5 minutes. No, it was not free like discount tire. HOWEVER my time is also valuable and to pay for the patch to be done so quickly and professionally is better than being pushed to back of the line because of the service being free (I also said I would pay discount tire). Discount tire also tried to sell me new tires and Sky Tires did not do that. No pressure to upsell, they simply did the job that I asked them to do. That is refreshing.

I can t thank Sky Tires enough for saving me in a situation. I took my mothers expensive car and just my luck, a nail got stuck in her left side tire. I called my uncle and he referred me to Sky. I called them at 5:10pm & they close at 5:30pm being about 30/35 mins away they told me they would wait for me. Any other place wouldn t accommodate the way Sky Tires did. Cam & his team are phenomenal. They took the nail out and patched it up for me. Thank you for waiting on me and servicing me after hours. God bless you guys a million times!!! Best tire place in town.

My daughter came into this establishment a few days ago and got absolutely annihilated financially. She needed two new tires and it cost her $750 for just two tires. Her not knowing any better ended up purchasing them. Come to find out they are not the proper size for her vehicle. She goes back and they tell her they cannot replace them for her or return them once they have been put on her vehicle. Even though it had only been 24 hours and they recommended the tires in the first place. She then went to discount tire to get the proper tires she actually needed. Thankfully, discount tire bought the tires off of her and she just paid the difference of $200 ! The point is, this place put her in danger by giving her the wrong tires. This is a huge liability and there may be repercussions if my family decides to proceed with this. I don t care how good their work may or may not be. If they are scamming people and not caring about their own customers well being, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Today was my first time coming to Sky tire service and although I had a minor tire issue , Kam was very patient and helpful and took his time to assess my tire to ensure it was up to part. He also assured me if I had any further problems to pleas come back anytime and he would be happy to help ! Great customer service so, I definitely will be back .

Absolutely love this place ! Got 4 used tires that are practically brand new for a third of what I'd pay for new ! I was in and out in half an hour ! I can't thank you guys enough ! Highly recommend !

This place is so unprofessional!! The person who answers the phone is so rude and they don t care about their customers at all. I was asking the worker some questions and it seemed like he just wanted to end the conversation! I suggested you all take your business somewhere else

Had a great experience purchasing 4 used tires for an older vehicle of ours. The service was quick and efficient and the communication was great. Will go back and price out new tires from them for our other vehicles when needed.

Will be going back for a third time since the first two experiences were excellent. Guys treated the other customers with respect and gave me options for my tight budget. Prices on the 2nd visit increased a lot since my first visit but it has everywhere. Sick of setting up an appt at the big tire places and sit around for an hour a half? These guys had me in and out in 20min. Was recommended by a friend in Warren and the drive from Novi was worth it. This was for my Toyota XLE Hybrid sedan.
