Took my Explorer for oil change and service was pretty good. James was the advisor and he kept in touch using text messages. Took an hour for the oil change on Saturday and waiting room is very nice and clean. They washed the car too after oil change which was very nice. (While waiting, I ran into our sales person, Hunter Hoppe - very nice guy and an awesome sales person :) Overall a great experience at this Ford location

The girl that took my info was just rude and kept rolling her eyes and side eyeing me. I asked her how long it would take to fix my 2 tires and she rolled her eyes and told me umm idk like couple hours and didnt specify how many hours. I came in at around 11:00 and its 12:30 right now and they still havent started on my car. I have class at 2:00 pm and im going to miss my class. I called them on the phone and they told me it wouldn t take long. Never coming back here again.

Service is good Kevin W. Was great and helpful. Computers are awful getting my lifetime oil changes can be a task. Chris was very unhelpful and rude. Even with an 830am appointment still waited over an hour to be helped, walk-in helped before appointments

Called to confirm if car was available, and yes it was i then made appointment to test drive the vehicle. I was probably there an hour early .After I waited on the salesman to finish up with another customer we sat down at his desk the whole time I am thinking this guy, was not very friendly, so he looked at computer then proceeded to tell me that they sold the car. Thank you Shawn. This all took place in less than 2 hours and I had driven 49 miles to get there.

I wish i could give 0 stars. I found out that they do not top off other fluids during oil changes (that s fine). I came in with a leaking valve stem. I told my advisor that i can hear and see the leak and that it bubbles up when wet. MEANING THERE IS A LEAK. He proceeds to tell me that the rims just need to be cleaned. I addressed to him my concern that cleaning a hole will not fix air from coming out, but he insisted. I under stand they have to take the tires off for this but FOUR HOURS TO WAIT FIR MY RIMS TO BE CLEAN WHEN ITS NOT FIXING THE LEAK!? That is common sense that a 16 year old can figure out. I then had to come back with my leaky valve stem again. I showed the video of the leak and they replaced the stem for free. The guy did apologize for not fixing it in the first place. Unfortunately, the valve stem is STILL leaking. No telling the cause of fault for why it s still leaking but i am absolutely fed up with their services. I woudl think the dealership i bought my car from would be best but i guess not. we bought all new tires from them and everything. VERY disappointed.Services: Tires, Oil change

It's a great place to have your car worked on for minor repairs. I got an oil change and my rear tire plugged. I made an appointment prior to arriving. I was in and out in a surprising short time. Plus it's fun to wander the car lot and look at all the new vehicles that are available at Suburban Ford while they service my car. Very satisfied.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Had a flat tire and Joe took care of it. Very quick repair on unplugging the nail and they did not charge me for the service in the end. They are honest professionals! Really really recommend them. They build customers for life.

Dropped my car off on Monday 6/20/2022at 7:00 a.m for an alternator. Today is 7/22/2022 @ 4:16 p.m and nobody has called with a status update. I had to go to the dealership twice to check on it. Apparently quick Lane is not equipped to handle alternators so they had to transfer the vehicle to the dealership side. The gentleman that checked me in should have told me that and I could ve just drove from one parking lot to another. Every time I call up there the phone system says leave your number and someone will call you back but nobody is calling me back. If Quick Lane was not capable of handling this they should have told me this 7 o clock Monday morning.Service: Electrical

Very good customer service. They have a very large lobby with great spacing between seating. They even have a basketball hoop in there as well. While I didn't use it, it was good to see there something else to do while you wait.

I usually take my wife and daughter's vehicles here to be serviced over the last couple years normally had relatively good experiences , but the last couple times I've had services done I can really tell by the way the workers talk to each other and customers in this establishment customers seem as though they are a burden to them. my last service I watched the young boy in front of the window work on my wifes car and did not seem to take pride or care of the vehicle.. I am retired so i dont get around much but after i got home i just had to go over everything and make sure things were done . Apperently the glove box was all messed up after they pulled the filters out even though I just had them changed 10,000 miles ago and i inspected it prior to getting the oil changed and it was fine .the air filter box was damaged and not installed correctly. While I was waiting in the lobby and they were pulling fluids out of my car and I swear I saw the person working on it mix them and somehow even though my fluids were changed 20,000 miles ago less than 1 year the advisor is telling me they are bad again? To top it all off my driveway had a huge oil spot the next morning which I had to clean. I also took the vehicle to another place which tested some of my fluids and was told they were great and didnt need changed. Im really thinking these people are trying to sell services that are not necessary or even not needed. Definitely taking my business elsewhere...

Quick Lane is the best thing since the automobile! I can't believe this is my first time rolling in. It was just as fast as a drive-up oil change shop.I was blown away how fast, easy and safe it was. Pull-in to pull-out was roughly 30-minutes and I received an oil change, tire rotation and car wash.It was all pre-paid with my car so I cannot speak for the price I believe would be $125 off the street, but I still think it's worth it.UPDATE:. Back for another oil change, and still the best value around!

Last experience was in June for an oil change. They seemed reluctant to use my FordPass points that I paid for to get my truck certified. The service advisor failed to inform me of failed inspection until I was checking out. Normally places ask if I want additional work done the moment they find out. Advisor said that rear differential oil is black and needs changing immediately. The diff inspection item was changed from green to red, making me distrust his explanation. Checking the internet, Ford recommends changing the oil by 150k miles under normal use, my truck had 64k. If the truck carries heavy payloads, that number is lower. I had my truck certified by Suburban Ford. Huge red flag is how can this fail an inspection after just being certified 2k miles earlier?I ended up taking my truck to a place I trust and have taken many vehicles for years. They inspected the differentials and oil was in great condition. The fact that this place lies to their customers make me refuse to take any vehicle to them. Talking to my parents yesterday, I found that this Quicklane also tried to pull the same thing on them.Use caution when visiting this place. If they recommended service, get a second opinion.

Today was my first visit and I was impressed at the efficiency and professionalism of the guys that work there. My vehicle was done quickly. Chris C took time out his busy day to assist me with some questions I had and gave me some very knowledgeable information. Thank you for the great service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The first few times I took my Ford in after leasing it, everyone was very nice and I had no issues. However, after about 2 years of having the car I had to bring it in 3 times. The big issue that needed 3 visits to this place? A flat tire - one would think that a quick lane could easily figure out this issue and change it, but nope! First visit they said it was the weather change and nothing was wrong with the car. Next say the warning light came on, so on second visit they figure out it was the tire. Then a few days later light comes on again - they did not fill tire with enough air...I repeat...they did not fill tire with enough air - yea I couldn't believe it either. Not to mention, the manager - Shawn was unbelievably rude. How dare I ruin his day with an issue. If you ask him - I should just be grateful they even helped me. I will definitely not be renewing my lease this year.

Got an oil change and my winter tires on today later discovered all my lug nuts except the wheel lock were finger tight on driver side back tire after fixing the issue luckily I had tools on hand examining the other tires a loose nut on the other three I imagine from not double checking after tightening the technician's name was David KowalskiI'm leaving three stars because I usually have no issues used multiple timesServices: Tires, Oil change

Great price and car has been returned clean each time I have had oil changed. It s all about timing when getting your oil changed if you want it in an hour. Every weekend is hit or miss but these guys are efficient.

I scheduled an 8am appointment to have brakes done to limit my wait time and still save some of my day off. I arrived early at 740am to make sure my appointment would take place on time. Checked in and stepped out to have breakfast across the street. When I returned at 830am my car was still sitting in lot and was not even moved. When I stepped in to find out why my appointment was not being accepted as promised I was told by manager Shawn Jacklin that he could not change things and he would speak to his staff. Not even an apology or any excuse of being late was given, just cannot change clock back. Was not happy with response or attitude. It felt like I was not important and it was more of an inconvenience that I was even in his office with complaint. I will also say, I received reminder emails to insure I kept the appointment, so maybe I should of sent them reminder emails as well. Would think twice before scheduling future repairs needed to my vehicle with them.

Was great. Last few times disappointing. From forgetting to give my wheel lock back, spending 2 hours there and then telling me my lug nuts are bad and not doing rotation, to spraying oil all under my hood to where I thought I had an oil leak and took it back. .

This place is a total rip off scam, My Mom went in for a simple oil change and paid 867.00 dollars. They recommended all these checks bla bla bla, And she should have said no like most people do. not one thing was found to be broken or repaired. Taking advantage of old ladies seem to be a normal thing for them. I know how to fix just about everything myself. if something is broken I hate to see what they would charge to fix it

This place should drop the word "Quick" from their name because they are anything but. I went in for an oil change and they said it would be a 4 hour wait. For an oil change? Come on, this is ridiculous.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My last Quick Lane Experience:Justin W. was such a pleasure to deal with! He made it such a great experience! I hope to always be able to work with Justin for all my Quick Lane vehicle service needs. I would recommend Suburban Quick Lane to everyone because of my experience with Justin. And thanks to the quality service from the hard working service techs!

Always super friendly customer service and fast service for oil changes. They give an approximate time for length of service and it's always accurate. Have deals for oil changes often and offer discount packages at times. Highly recommend.

Every time I come here for the oil change on my leased vehicle it's over a 2 hour wait. I've learned two things: never lease a vehicle and never come here for an oil change. This last time it was a three hour wait and when I called to find out when it was going to be done they guy (Dave) told me that they didn't have a work order in. Literally, go to any other authorized dealer to get your lease's work done .

Made a appointment online a few days before, when I showed up I was told it was going to be a 2 and a half hour wait. Extremely frustrating, what s the point of making a appointment if I m going to have to wait that long before getting a oil change. Will never spend another cent there. Big waste of time!
