Amazing service for so many years now! Haven't ordered in several years, but made a new 'large' / $$ order for wheels today, and got a call from the company (Michelle rocks!) to confirm details and even got great pricing. Awesome company to deal with, I ordered a header that was on back order for the 2 and 1/2 months I waited they kept up up to date on what was going on. They were always friendly and offered to set me up with a different header to speed thing along. Once I decided to go that route it only took 1 day to get my header.I highly recommend this company for your performance part needs! I will definitely be doing more business with them!

This place is great! Awesome customer service and fast shipping. I have bought a handful of parts from them and so has my brother. Prices are very fair and most of the time beat the internet! Thanks peeps for all you do to keep my Subaru going!

I rarely write reviews but after my second purchase with Oakos I had to. They are a fantastic company. They respond to emails fast and ship fast. Great prices and a good website as well. I wish more online automotive companies were like them.

Ordered a sway bar on the cyber monday sale. Not that its big but the company called maybe 30 minutes later to confirm the shipping address as it was different than my billing address. Not something you see from most places and made me feel good that my order will be 100% perfect. 10/10 will do further business here.

I am writing this review to brag about this company. They always update their inventory daily, which is extremely helpful especially if you are on schedule. They ship, and respond very quickly. Prices are great as well. If you are looking to buy car parts, look no further.

Normally I would give these guys 5 Stars because Ive dealt with them before and orders would get processed and shipped correctly, however this time around I feel as though I'm getting the shaft.Ordered some front brakes for my vehicle - order processed and shipped quick which is something to expect from them however the front brakes that came are incorrect fitment for my vehicle. I immediately reached out through phone call and emails to try and correct issue and now it seems as though I am talking to myself through email trying to get a response on return information. I did my own research and reached out to the manufacturer of the brakes I received and confirmed that model of brakes I was sent are incorrect for my year vehicle. Originally I wanted to have company just exchange for different model of brakes but with no responses I now had to find a different vendor to find the correct model brakes for me since my vehicle has been down for the last week. Still waiting on return information as we speak as I have these brakes packaged up and ready to go.When the orders are correct, its great and again I understand everyone makes mistakes but being in the field of customer service, I also understand that when you make a mistake, you make sure you try your best to correct it for the customer. Making a customer wait and barely responding when it comes to a return/exchange issue is very unprofessional. Lesson learned.

Excellent customer service! Ty was very helpful on the telephone. Anthony was also very knowledgeable and nice when my son and I stopped in their office to get information. I just purchased a 2013 WRX and I am interested in upgrading the car. I believe that with their knowledge that they will be a valuable asset to help me with that! Thanks!

I don't usually write reviews, but these guys really took care of me so I feel they deserve the shoutout!I am in the process of rebuilding and beefing up my EJ255, trying to find the right UEL headers was posing to be a nightmare, nobody had them, and with back orders, there was no way I'd have them in time for my build.After trying about 10 different places, including Tomei directly, I tried Oakos, and man did I score!I think I got the last set of UEL Tomei headers in the US right now, and not only did he not charge me shipping, but the gentlemen that helped me has it here NEXT DAY.The staff was super friendly, and helpful, the order was fast and easy without any complications, they even matched the lowest price on the net. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience!

So ordered a Tomei Expreme TI car back for my sti, my mistake by not looking for a ETA but when I called them the next weekday they answered and the man who answered WENT TO THE BACK to check on my order! He was super nice and I am pleased!

I ordered a ball joint removal tool from Oakos, simply because they had it in stock and it was a lil bit cheaper than my normal place I shop online. However, the tool malfunctioned and so I notified Oakos and WOW, the top notch Customer Service I received was very impressive! Ms Kearney took ownership of my issue and was in constant communication with me and the vendor of the tool! Oakos facilitated the replacement and even refunded me the shipping to return the tool to the vendor! This was certainly unexpected and did not have to do so, but this goes to show the extreme lengths they will go to make sure their customers are taken care of! I will definitely recommend Oakos Automotive and will be a returning customer for sure! :-)
