I had called for details regarding a 30+ yr. old car. I asked a question due to previous information that I had gathered, and the patronizing tone of the individual answering the phone was less than desired. Upon realizing that my original question created more questions than answers and didnt convey the initial message, any attempt to rephrase the question (as her responses led me to belive that I may not have asked the question in the right way) I was cut off, dismissed, and treated like an underground citizen....I had NAPA sponsor my little league team, so I have ALWAYS been partial 2 giving my business 2 this company as they supported the community its, but I will NOT go here any longer due to the lack of BASIC respect for people. I have used NAPA for over 27 years to fix my 5+ cars...NO MOREGOOD DAY!#choosebetteremployees#whenthecompanycaresforNONEunlessiteffectsthebottomline

I picked up a maxi awning for my truck. John was awesome. He went above and beyond to help me out. I will be going there more often and I would encourage others to try them out.

Very busy, usually a wait for the front counter. They're knowledgeable and friendly. The store is set up quite nicely, reminds me of the good old 90s with the design lol.

checked both their own website & google maps, says they're open when they're closed.

Google and their website say open till 7:00PM. Showed up at 6:32. Door was locked, guy inside ran his hands across his neck as "we're closed"

Can't knock a guy for trying. Better service than most. Lots of supply issues
