Install was done about a week ago. These guys were the cheapest out of 4 other places I price compared. I was in and out in 45 minutes! My only gripe is the chemical smell from the liquid seal used to install the glass took a good 3 days to dissipate from inside but other than that all is good

I was given quotes for windshield replacement through two other local businesses that were literally 4x's the amount Mr. Windshield charged me. They are honest and more-than-reasonable. They were the only company that told me that my specific vehicle type didn't need recalibration with my new windshield. The other companies wanted to add an additional $350-$480 for that alone, when it wasn't even necessary. Kudos to Mr. Windshield for being honest with the consumer. I called and they had my windshield in stock and told me to head over now. In just over an hour I was on my way to work w/ my new windshield installed. I'm grateful for a business who is not greedy and didn't gouge, as clearly so many others are and do!

I recently had my windshield and back glass replaced. Through Mr. Windshield, of course. I can say I absolutely love the job they did. The amount of time it took was like the blink of an eye.

I m a repeat customer and I am very happy with the service. Front staff Jen and Emily helped me set up an appointment and guided me the process with ease. Steve and Karen are also very welcoming. Hopefully I won t need another windshield but when I do, I will come back again!

It was that time. Time to replace the windshield. I was going to go with Safelite, but I had a recommendation from a coworker and decided to try it because $200 cheaper is $200 cheaper. Lol. The owner even came out and started talking to me. Lady at the front desk was nice and polite. The repair guys had my windshield done in roughly 45 minutes. I would recommend this place to everyone that I know. Keep it going. Thanks for being an honest company!

This business was rude to me and didn t like that I took picture and video of my car. Like most car businesses, they take pictures and videos before the car goes in for repair. That s not only to protect the customer but it also protect the business, which most business do and understand. When I asked the worker about their reviews and inquired if they would take photos of the car before and after, she immediately mistreated me, saying, "We won't serve you." When a business acts like that and fails to reassure the customer, they essentially turn away my business due to their history of poor customer treatment. Don't just look at Google reviews; examine feedback on Google, Apple, Yelp, and more. Analyzing data across all reviews provides insights into how they handle business. I was deeply disappointed in how I, as a Deaf customer, was treated. Despite repeatedly asking them to communicate in writing, they refused, which is not in compliance with accommodations.However the only person who was very kind to me was a lady name Karen and the manager, but the front desk lady was very rude and I advise you only go in when Karen there. Don t go if Karen not there or go to another shop. Unfortunately when I went, Karen wasn t there yet.

Very unhappy with my last experience. They treated my wife like a moron and didn't even offer her any resolution for her scratched windshield. Instead of offering it to fix it, replace it, order a new one, they basically made her feel like a moron for the scratches that were on the windshield and did nothing to correct the situation. She didn't come in expecting a free windshield replacement she just wanted the situation corrected, and they were not helpful at all. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere next time.

This place is phenomenal, Emily was very helpful with scheduling and pricing and their technician did a beautiful job installing the rear glass on my wife s suv. Everything was done properly and with care as if they are working on their own personal vehicles, there was no glass to clean up and placement of the replacement glass is flawless. I had a real terrible experience with a competitor less than a month ago, I m very happy that I found Mr windshield and I will use them again when I inevitably need another piece of glass replaced. If you re in the market for automotive glass and you re in the area you re making a mistake going anywhere else!

this place is great! this is the second time I've been here for a new windshield over the years, and with both visits, I couldn't have been happier. I called around to a few places for quotes before making an appointment here, and these guys were a fraction of the cost!made an appointment and arrived on time, they took my car in immediately. they say it takes about an hour to replace the windshield. after about 10 mins, they called me back into the shop to show me a little rust they had found after they removed the existing windshield. they warned me that it could be a problem down the line, but they had caught it pretty early, and they would grind off what they could and spray it with some protectant to prevent it from getting any worse. even with the added time to do this, I was out the door with my new windshield in 45 minutes! and they didn't charge me anything extra for taking care of the rust they found! everyone there was very nice and professional. there's a nice little waiting room with comfy chairs that have cup holders in the arm rests and little fold out tables, as well as a Keurig machine and a couple of TVs to watch.overall, I couldn't be happier, and I can't recommend these guys enough!

Service was free because they waived my deductible! It only took an hour (not even) to fix. I was not able to get a warranty on my windshield due to some rust underneath. And there is no wifi in lobby. But overall, super impressed with their quickness, and kindness!

I got a quote from them and they were extremely professional in communication, knowledge of the products, other reviews and how they spoke to customers. I almost went with them. Chose someone else for more accesible location. Will save their number for future. Hope this review helps others.

fast, friendly, efficient and far more affordable than most other windshield places.. I called today they got me an appointment within 30 minutes and was out of there within an hour. What more could you ask for? 10/10 recommend

I ve used mr.windshield twice. Once for a chip and now for a total replacement. I paid cash for my chip repair; I didn t want to involve my insurance for a tiny issue. The girls did inform me I could use the $40 toward my replacement.I used my insurance with the replacement and both situations mr windshield was great to work with!The girls at the desk were very helpful and honest.You can make an appointment easily and they are quick to do the work. You can have them come to you but there is a fee.I highly recommend them. Needed to get a new windshield and they were able to get me in right away. They also had it ready within a few hours. However, when I returned home after picking it up I had a 5 inch scratch/gouge at the top of the driver's door next to the trim. I also had an identical one on the passenger door.

Wow, I am impressed. I called in the morning after a rock chipped my windshield. They gave me an afternoon appointment. I got there and waited about 30 minutes for it to be repaired while sitting in the most comfortable recliner ever! Pretty darn nice waiting room with leather recliners and a big screen TV. It was also nice to be able to pay cash vs. make an insurance claim for a minor issue.

Had my windshield replaced here and went through my AAA insurance since I have glass coverage with zero deductible. Mr. Windshield called AAA in store and took care of the claim for me while I was there. They deal with AAA all the time and know what they can charge the insurance company. AAA glass coverage covers up to $750 for replacement and Mr. Windshield knows that but they decided to charge AAA $760 which is $10 over the limit. Now that Mr. Windshield did that this was considered a claim on my insurance and now my insurance premium went up almost $100 per month due to this. I would have paid the $10 out of my pocket to avoid this. Will never go back here again

I am thrilled with my experience at Mr. windshield. When I called to set up my appointment Emily called my insurance provider for me to set the claim up which was so helpful. When I brought the vehicle in, they were so friendly and fast. They completed the job in 45 minutes and called right away when they were finished. I will use them again in the future for any glass replacement needs. Thank you Mr. Windshield!You are a great Team there!

I ended up coming to Mr. Windshield, after a last minute cancellation at a different windshield replacement facility due to a power outage.The customer service at Mr. Windshield was very good, they helped me processed my insurance claim to get a new windshield, they waived my $50 deducible, and they transferred my remote start adhesive to the new windshield, but the other two items on my windshield, I asked them to remove the items, and they did.I was in and out in exactly 1 hour.I noticed in the waiting room, there was a lot of repeat customers, so they must be doing something right if a lot of repeat customers are coming back to them.I would recommend coming here.The photos shown are the photos of my new windshield. They put the XYG windshield on my Honda CRV. So far, so good! It feels like my previous windshield (without the crack!). They placed a windshield on my car and the adhesive covered my vin number almost entirely. When I complained and ask for a partial refund they said they could get me a new windshield but I d have to pay the full amount again out of pocket which is 400 dollars. Do not go to this place! They did nothing to fix the issue!

Great place. They accepted my insurance. It took a few minutes to get a call to my insurance company. After that they were able to change my windshield, and I was ready to go.However, I call them a year after to get a quote regarding my quarter side window that needed to be replaced. They were supposed to call me to give me a quote, and they never did. I called them remind them, but I never received a quote for it.

I arrived at 1pm and was helped by Emily. Before I knew it she was calling my name that my vehicle windshield was replaced. It only took approx 45 minutes. I received my car back it was nice and clean. I would recommend Mr windshield to all of my family and friends. Great work. They even waived my deductible.

Called to get an appointment to fix a windshield chip- got me in within the hour - in and out in about 15/20 minutes. Super nice staff( even with me being there at the close of business!!!)
