Brought my car after my brakes went out, he had them fixed in a day. Told him about a issue I was having with the car after another place "fixed" it, he ran a test on it for free and got right to the bottom of that issue. Brought my car back in to get new tires, and again had it done quick. And I'll be bringing my car in to fix the issue the other place caused. In short, I'm extremely happy with the service here and how well they take care of the customers. I can not recommend them enough.

I had Ray Formella work on my daughter's van it was a danger for my three grandaughters which are toddlers he charged $570 to repair and replace all bad parts he then in turn put used parts and didn't replace all. After fixing it the replaced parts weren't complet. This made it even more unsafe because the breaks we're rattling and loose a chance they could lock up while driving my daughter drives on the free way alot. He said he worked at Mr.Brakes and used the company account to purchase parts,but after showing my daughter the new parts then took them back.

Ray formella works here he does met and will use your money for meth instead of the brand new parts under this company name. I have 3 little baby's that ride in my van he ripped me off 570.00. he changed his number won't contact me and told me what I pulled off my van was rebuilt when infact it was not and I paid for all new parts!! Not rebuilt or used parts. I had to turn around and rebuy all these parts he said he replaced. Then he ran around smoking meth with Kelly Ickes my own blood cousin helped him rob me! He works here don't trust him no matter what!

My mom took her truck there, they fixed everything except for the problem she took it in for. Cemented all the parts. Had to pay more money at another place to have it fixed correctly. Would NOT recommend. Will be taking them to courtService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Mr. Brakes does a great job with oil changes. They let u know whats going on with your car also which is Great!! I'm happy I chose to go. I highly recommend the place , and They are very kind and completely professional

Stopped in here today to look into getting my AC fixed and run a diagnostics because I have a service 4WD suspension warning light on. They literally refused to fix my AC - "Because it's cold. It's about that time of year you don't need it." I told them I would like it fixed regardless of the time of year and I got LAUGHED AT and told to just roll my windows down if I'm too hot. Then they attempted to charge me $50 for their advertised FREE diagnostics and when I argued this, I was told they would waive the fee if I came back. Then someone else decided to try to lecture me on how I shouldn't even have gotten a Jeep. JUST WOW. I've never once in my life walked into a place of business and instantly was met with such condescending attitude.The only potential help they gave was that "something" is wrong with my powertrain and supposedly only the dealership can fix that. Who knows if that's even true. I hate having to even give them one star in order to leave this. I'm so mad and will never be back. Good, friendly, and honest. They got me in and out in the same day (a Saturday, no less), offered me a ride home, and even stayed a little past closing so that I could make it there to pick up my vehicle. I'm grateful for their attention to detail too -- rather than leaving bad equipment because it's easier to ignore, they took care of some other items while everything was apart. Thank you to the team at Mr Brakes!

Went in because of a sudden check engine light and a rough idle right at closing time. They stayed open to take all my info and started analysis on my car first thing the next morning. They quickly diagnosed it as a bad spark plug and confirmed I wanted the replacement before doing the work. Price and time estimates were clearly communicated and followed through on. Good experience and I would bring my car back if it ever needs more extensive work in the future.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I called to get an estimate on how much the installation cost would be for front&rear brake pads+rotors. Was told $125 for installation and made an appointment. The day before my appointment, I called to confirm the time and was told there was not appointment under my name. The guys that work here don t act professional. They don t even take down proper information when making an appointment. When you speak to someone, make sure to get their name!! They play the blame game. It s a good thing I called the day before my appointment, turns out what they quoted me for was only for the front brake pads/rotors install. Avoid this place!

Please DO NOT have your car service here for anything more complicated than an oil change!!! Back in October the "owner" Ray (who I met at a bowling alley) convinced me to let him take my car for repairs, he even paid for the tow. How nice, right? Well come to find out I need a need engine, so I was told it would take week once I paid the first half of the money. It was paid the next day and after a MONTH of calling to check on it and getting the run around I get my car back. Within a day my oil is leaking and my engine light is on, so I take it back and they "fix" it. I also had to ask for proof of mileage on my new engine, which he was reluctant to provide and even still only got something he typed into his computer and printed out for me. Within a two weeks the car would only start if I jumped it, called Ray and was told it was not and engine problem so he wouldn't fix it. After paying him 3400 to "replace" my engine I was not willing to pay him another dime. After replacing the battery, the alternator, and the starter I was still having the problem and was told that it was probably bad wiring. It didn't matter though because at this point, only a month after I had the car my engine blew again (had to pay another mechanic to tell me this). I contacted Ray and he towed it in to look at it. The engine was bad and he would replace it again, this time under warranty. I was told that there are no engines in state that are close to the mileage of mine. My car sits there for three weeks without anyone touching it... I called another very reputable mechanic to ask questions because I feel this is shady. He tells me that there are multiple engines that fit my specifications in state. Hmmm. So after 2 Months of begging for updates on my car in told I can pick it up. When I get there the battery is dead and we have to jump it to get it home and there is a very loud engine knock,my back tire was so loose that I could turn the lug by hand, and again no paperwork. At this point it runs but sounds like it's going to explode and I had to replace the oil pan because the one that came with my current engine had a hole in it (that they tried to JB weld). Every mechanic that has looked at my car has asked if I had a real mechanic do the work... At this point I'd rather drive it into a lake and call it a total loss than deal with Ray and his shop ever again. If I could give no stars I would.

We replaced tie rods and got new tires put on my car and wanted to get a front end alignment, when we called to make an appointment the guy refused because he didn't do the work and hung up the phone. Called the next closest place and they have no problem doing the front end alignment for us. We have tried to come here before for an oil change and the customer service was just awful, took four hours to do an oil change.

NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! These people are criminals! I brought my car to the guy cause over the phone he quoted me $120 for pads and rotors with labor and told him before he does any work to call me first. He told me he would start working on it right away, after 3 hours and calling several times asking what was going on since they were supposed to be closed at this point the manger just kept yelling at me. I end up showing up and there Already working on the car without calling me about anything and tell me it s gonna be $350. Long story short I end up paying for it when I leave the brakes are grinding and whistling for weeks. I bring it back to them they tell me they need to change my left side caliper and its Another $120. I take it to another mechanic he said they never put pads on the back side of the rotors on both sides of the front end. Completely put me and my family in danger driving that car not knowing that. These people not only argued with me about everything but they lied and charged Me for 4 pads and only Put 2 on in fronts where you could see! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM, unless you want severe damage done to your car!

There are a lot of reputable repair shops out there, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. These guys talk a good story, but that's about it.Took my car in for a repair job, they tried fixing it three times. I finally took my car elsewhere to get it fixed correctly. The mechanic (from the new shop) that repaired my car was appalled at the sloppy work that was done by Tire Giant. By the way, if you do decide to go to tire giant anyway make sure you get an itemized bill, because they write their work orders so vague you can't win an argument or prove fault on their part. They will not refund $ for services or parts. If I can put no stars, I would!!,

They changed the brakes, calipers and rotors on my car at a very nice price and the customer service was very satisfactory for me

Great service and a fair price. Technicians take there time in making sure the repair was done right. Decent turnaround time on the job. Had my car service there for some work. All work completed before the end of the day.I recommend having any work done.

A couple weeks ago my father took his vehicle to Mr. Brake Auto Care at 15100 19 Mile Rd for brakes. I normally fix vehicle the vehicle for my immediate family members when needed as I previously worked as a professional/certified mechanic. I had already checked his brake pads and measured the thickness of the rotors using a micrometer. He needed brake pads and all 4 rotors were within specifications to be machined. I am now employed as a first responder and due to the pandemic my father did not want to burden me with this brake job. He elected to take it to Mr. Brakes after finding a coupon for a brake job. The vehicle was dropped off and a short time later we received a phone call saying all the pads and all 4 rotors needed to be replaced. We declined to have the repairs done and we to pick the vehicle up. The man behind the desk offered an explanation on why the rotors were no good which involved taking measurements and then some kind of math problem to get your final thickness number of the rotors. He also said that the rotors on new vehicles can t be machine because you will have vibration marks. I simply said I disagreed with him and he responded by telling me he has been doing this for 35 years, goes to classes, and he is not some 17 year old kid. I took his comments as an attempt to insult me. Ultimately we left with the vehicle, the rotors were machined(by a honest licensed automotive shop), and pads replaced.The rotors were measured looking for the thinnest area and a band was used on the rotor to prevent vibration. Both are common practice.This place is not professional and lacks integrity....go elsewhere.Service: Brakes

After reading the reviews on this place I was skeptical but decided to buy the groupon anyway. upon calling to schedule my appointment the mechanic or whoever answered the phone began to tell me I can only put synthetic motor oil in my car and he could not do oil change if I did not do this. after going back and forth with him for 10 min and explaining no other oil change shop has put synthetic in my car he became irate. This guy is a piece of work. Do Not Go Here very rude and confrontational

took my car here for ONLY an oil change, they took the car on a test drive w out telling me, when i asked where the car was the guy told me it was in the building getting worked on when it wasn't, it was gone on a "test drive" for over 20 mins. also charged me for a new filter that was never put in. then next day car stalled out, took it to my regular trusted mechanic & he said whatever they did there slipped the timing chain & put a hole in the piston. now my car needs a whole new engine & i will never be coming back to this garbage place.

This by far definitely had to be my worst experience with an auto shop. I came in stating that I knew my serpentine belt was cracked. I also told them that my car was also shaking and the check engine light was on. I paid for a diagnostic in which I was told I had three problems with my car. I paid to have all three problems fixed however less than 5 minutes after I left the shop my car was doing the exact same thing as when I brought it in. When I took it back I was told that I now had more expensive problem and that this was not seen in the diagnostic ( that I paid for). I was also told that the diagnostic only covers them plugging my car into the machine. What I don't think they realize is that you can go to AutoZone and get that for free. I was also told when I returned they didn't know why my check engine light was on. I spent a total of somewhere near $480 for my car to do the same thing that it did when I brought it and for them to tell me they had no idea what the problem was now. I would never return. And I would recommend that they go into a trade that they're more suited for. Because mechanics is not it. Maybe they should put it in your application at Starbucks to be a barista. They may know more about that then cars.

This place always finds something else wrong. I've brought 4 cars into this fraud, most of the time for simple oil changes, and I'm always told my car is a death trap that needs at least $300 of work. Meanwhile I bring it into the dealership I formerly worked at and they say everything is perfect. He's just looking to make money. And for the work he has done to my car, 3/4 times needed the same job done again less than a year later (brakes and rotors should last much longer than 10,000 miles). They do not honor their own warranties because they'll make up some reason of why it's not their fault. Awful customer service, AVOID AT ALL COST!!! DO NOT GO HERE!

Went in for front suspension work and new brakes. Got a very fair price and was done that day. After the work I had squeal in the brakes. Ray took care if that right away and was back on the road in under an hour. Just a bad brake pad. Ray stands behind his work and I received great customer service. I will be returning for all of my brake and suspension service.

I was getting a lot of work done with my truck and it was going well until I purchased new headlights (over $700) the lights were damaged and they put them on anyways! He assured me that he would get a replacement but he did not. After calling every month and nothing I called BBB and they refused to call them back! So I would not recommend purchased any special parts them and if you do make sure to look at the work extra clothes!! Vary disappointed in this company.

Excellent place to have your car fixed I have 2 cars a Jeep that I take here and a Pt Crusier I just got they do a terrific job on both my vehicles and saved me a lot of money i had estimate on both my vehicles that needed work from another shop took my estimates to this place and they basically cut the price down by half saving me so much money. They explain everything and showed me everything that was wrong with my cars this place is great I will be back to have a exhaust put in my PT Crusier. I never felt pressured or felt like they were hiking the price up this is the best place to get your vehicles fixed highly recommend family and friends and any one that's reading this review I give this place 110% thumbs up....... This place is dangerous! I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and general inspection. Not long after a bunch of my lug nuts snapped off while I was doing 50 because they were not put on the car right. Soon after that my brake light came on and when I checked my brake fluid it was completely empty. If this place cannot handle tightening lug nuts and checking fluids, I wouldn't trust them with anything. These people could have easily killed me!!!

Frauds. Took my car there, dropped it off. Drove fine there. Picked it up with a broken sway bar. I believe courtesy of how they lifted my car.

I have taken several vehicles to Mario's, all for different reasons. I have never had any issues, Mario's is stand up, honest!

This place is a joke! Matt, the manager, claims to be a "Master Mechanic" but he put the wrong part on my car. Since he put the wrong part on my car it keeps overheating and I think the motor is blown now. I truly believe he did this on purpose to make me pay for a new motor / services. I now have to get my car towed from his location to another mechanic who I know won't try to scam me. I would give this place zero stars, but it won't let me. Please DO NOT ever take your car to this place for any type of service!
