Never go here, took forever to fix the car then lied said they put in new radiator. They charged insurance for the part, also coolant, and labor. The radiator was/is in the car when called to say a part was in the car John said that was the old one throw it out. Took the part to a Auto parts store they said it was brand new never been used. This company got paid to put this in the car. Going back and forth with insurance and this company. The insurance said they were paid to do the work take it back to them, my question is why would I want to take the vehicle back to someone who has lied about what they were supposed to do and charged the insurance for it.we now have more problems with the vehicle. DONT GO HERE!!!

I took my vehicle to Maria here at Mr. Collision after it was involved in an accident. I had just gotten my vehicle so I was devastated! After calling around to many shops a close friend of mine recommended me to this location I gave Maria a call and she told me I could bring it in immediately! I was so shocked because most shops had a wait of 2-3 months! Insurance came and looked at it and within less than a month my vehicle was back to looking as new as when I got it! You wouldn t have ever guess it was in a accident!!! Maria and everyone there was so friendly, listened to my concerns and definitely took care of me the right way. I highly recommend this collision shop if it wasn t for them I would just now be getting a appointment. Thank you guys! You re the best! :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I wish I could give this shop 10 stars. Outstanding service and experience. My mother has been taking all of her cars, as well as my siblings cars, to Mr. Collision since I was just a little girl. Now that I am driving and needed some assistance, why would I want to go anywhere else? Maria is the biggest sweetheart and she will get your car fixed quickly at such a reasonable cost. She always takes care of her customers!! Cannot wait to tell all my friends who to go to if they need anything repaired or if they god forbid get into any accidents.

I first met the folks at Mr. Collision in 2007 when I brought my 335 for some extensive body work and I have never stepped into another body shop since. Reliable, fast, and friendly service I can always depend on them no matter how small the job is. Best of all they offer lifetime warranty with their work (even though I haven't needed it) long story short this is hands down the best body shop in town.

I am VERY PLEASED with the work Mr. Collision did on my car. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the process of getting my vehicle repaired. And they did a GREAT JOB! They made special accommodations for me that made it very convenient. Even had my car ready a day earlier than I expected! They even went above and beyond what was required to repair my vehicle! Over all they EXCEEDED my expectations, and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!! Thank you!!!

If you are looking for a collision shop that takes pride in what they do , cares about their customers makes the process seamless and treats you like family. Look no further!I had the pleasure of working with Maria on my car repair from start to finish. She took the time to update me on the progress and made me feel at ease. Maria took the extra step to introduce me to John who was overseeing the repair work.They go above and beyond.

This place was a godsend. Went in on a Saturday, when no one else was open. Shakin from hydroplaning on I-94 and wrecking my front end from going up the embankment, Maria was very reassuring and calming for me. She's a great lady. The work done on my car was excellent. I would recommend Mr. Collision ro anyone looking for great service personally and professionally.

Honestly they treat you like family. The reviews speak for themselves. These people are honest and are very hardworking. They are very clear and honest with any collisions which is why my family has been going here for 3+ years. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality care and great customer service

I went to Mr. Collision for some repair work. The people were extremely friendly. They provided a rental car for the duration of my repair. There was an issue with the rental place and I was charged. It had nothing to do with Mr. Collision, but with Hertz. Mr. Collision wanted to ensure I didn't have any issues, so they paid me the rental cost directly. Their goal is for customer satisfaction. Thanks, Mr. Collision!

They use old parts and after 6 months of having my car repaired here I have rust on the grill they replaced, the headlight they replaced is all dingy but my original still looks like new. Also the paint has chipped off in chunks. My car looks like crap because of the botch job they did. Stay far far away. I came in to the shop and showed it to them. They said they would replace the grill and fix the paint but would hang up on me when I would call or would say they need to order parts and they would call me when the parts came in but never did. They are very shady.

Just got my Jeep back and it looks awesome. Customer service is top notch and both John and Maria were a pleasure to work with. There were others as well unfortunately I just don t remember the names. Thank you guys for quick and amazing service!!!

BEWAREEE!!!!!! One of the most unproffesional people in business ruined my mercedes benz..litterally begged him to fix it but he didnt..charged me 4500$ for the job..the whole car has paint dots... it looks like he painted the car with a brush...will complain about him to sectary of state
