It is clear that these employees have no respect for their company, the costumers, or themselves.A few of my staff have complained about dealing with this company. I decided to go in and have a look for myself. Visited 1-11-24 at around 11pm. The lack of work ethic and common courtesy displayed by the two individuals behind the parts counter was truly astounding and disheartening.It seems as if the only passion these employees have is to try and make the customer as miserable as they are. One look at these people and you would know this is an impossible task. Unfortunately, that does not stop them from trying.

I have used this dealership since it was Wiegand Mack and the parts department has always been good with helping me out with the parts I need. Used sales team has helped me out as well since changing to M&K.

A deep and very gratified shout out to Mr. Matt, Mr. Brandon, and Mr. Joe and there awesome team of Techs for there outstanding hospitality. M&K of Sterling Heights, MI wasted no time diagnosing my truck issue and getting me back out on the road. Out of all the certified Volvo dealers I have never experienced a more friendly customer service and I would gladly do business with this particular location at anytime. If you are anywhere in the state of Michigan implore you to give Matt or Brandon a call for any of your service needs. A special Thanks to Mr. Joe for giving me and my German Shepherd pup a lift to and from the hotel. Shelby and I will never forget your amazing Generosity. They got my truck in pretty quickly, about 2 or 3 days after I dropped it off. It was a simple fix but they got it done within a couple days. I wasn t in a rush so it worked for me. The tech who worked on my truck was able to clean up the part that I thought needed to be replaced. That saved me a little time and money which I m grateful for. I ve bought some parts from them recently as well. So far, both the employees I ve talked to at the service counter as well as the parts counter have been friendly and attentive to me. So far I m happy and they re also close to home which makes it convenient.

Man please don't take your truck here, long story short $6,500.00 estimate fixed on a different dealer for $100.00

came to the service, with some problems on the track. Repaired under warranty, everything is fine. I started the truck, the windows do not work. Came back and they fixed it quickly. Left satisfied! On the way, I discovered that they set a speed limiter for me. We called the service, explained the problem, they say that it is not their fault but they are ready to fix it. But it was a long way to go back, I had already traveled 60 miles. They think it's so easy to do, 60 miles to them and another 60 miles back. The total mileage would be 180 miles. Recommendation: check if everything works for you after they work on your truck

This is literally the worst M & K to deal with. They never answer the phone parts or service. Then the mailboxes won't let you leave a message. You guys should consider getting into the garbage business because this location is trash ....

Rude and disrespectful employees in Parts Department I went there and got some fittings and hoses for transmission cooler and the fitting did not go in the hose because they sold me aftermarket piece although I asked for the original one so I went back to exchange it and the guy says you didn t buy it from me and then he asks the other guy and he said I don t know I m going home. Then he asked to bring the stuff back while it s already attached to the truck.I ll never go back.high prices and each employee will give you a different price and long waiting time. Please know who you re hiring there or watch how they treat customers.

Waited 40 minutes in line when there was only two people ahead of me were the most unprofessional people I ve ever dealt with in my life as well as when I finally get up to the counter so Joe says he doesn t have this part and they do not sell that part when I got it from the other employee earlier and he said he had 19 this guy had no clue what he was talking about or what he was doing

Parts department is horrendous, you will call all day from open to close and not one time will someone answer. You will listen to a recording stating your que in line is 1 but nothing will happen for hours. Call back and start the process over again. Show up at parts department just to have employees talking to each other about issues unrelated to parts while they keep looking at you but offer no assistance for a good 15-30min and that s if your the only one there.

I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews on anyone's business but I have to say my expectations were not met at all when having my truck serviced. I believe Nick was who I dealt with. Strive for more next time.

Shop service was satisfactory, they do good work and take care of you. The service manager Jeff went above and beyond to help us out. The guys back in the warehouse run a tight ship and also had a helpful attitude. Overall I was impressed enough to write a review, and I would recommend these guys to anyone in the south-east Michigan area. I will be returning.

The incompetence is unbelievable and my disappointment is immeasurable.Scheduled an appointment for an alignment for Friday at 1pm. Showed up a half hour early. Was told that they don't make appointments and that they only do alignments on Tuesday and Thursday. I asked about the piece of paper with my company name and appointment time pinned to the wall behind him and he reluctantly agreed to examine the truck. Was told the alignment and corresponding suspension work would be done by Monday or Tuesday. I call on Monday and am told that everything is done and that they are just finishing the paperwork. I call Tuesday and they say the truck is ready to be picked up. Upon examining the truck in the parking lot, it is apparent there have been no repairs. The service department apologizes and says the truck paperwork accidentally got put in the finished pile instead of the repair pile. Was told to come back on Thursday or Friday. I return Friday. The truck now has an electrical fault light and an ATC light on. Obviously the speed sensors were damaged during their work on the suspension. My guess is they forgot to unplug them and they were overextended. When confronted about this, their response was that the truck has crystallized DPF deposits and leaks coolant and that this could be the cause. How a mechanic can look you in the face and pretend like coolant and DPF is in any way related to the traction control system is just unreal. How is this place still in business?

This place used to be reputable. Since they switched owners they are pushing unnecessary repairs. Telling people they need to replace king pins before doing an alignment. So I went to another shop for a second opinion and they were fine. They did the same thing to a buddy of mine. It's a shame because everyone used to trust these guys.

Horrible!!! Was estimated for 2 hour diagnostic for engine brake on D12 $155 an hour. I called them a week ahead trying schedule an appt for service. Was told to drop it in the morning and they diagnose it same day. After 3 days in a shop they told me everything is OK. I took it for a test drive and engine brake is still not working. Told me they need more time to diagnose it. Truck set at a shop for 7 days. Problem was not found. Got charged $650 for nothing. Took truck back with same problem

I would strongly suggest anyone considering having this shop work on their truck or someone looking to buy parts to look elsewhere. Especially if your an owner operator and paying for the repairs yourself. I dropped my truck off with M and k to have the clutch looked at after feeling a clunk started when depressing the clutch pedal. Was informed that I needed a new clutch and was given an estimate of $5400.. That sounded really high so I checked with General Truck in Toledo who I ve used for a few things in the past. The estimate from General was $2500. M and K was trying to charge me $2700 alone for the clutch part that retails for $1100. I picked the truck up at M and K and drove it down to General for the repairs. Total repairs came to about $2600 after the found a coolant line that needed to be replaced as well. Really wish we had a more honest and reputable Volvo dealer in the Detroit area. Toledo is a long drive for me but we ll worth the money I saved!

I brought my truck in a month ago for bed lights issues and my air lines froze up. Spent $500 plus and the very next day my lights went back out and the day after that my air lined froze again. I was stuck about 40 miles out and i called to see if they could give me a tow back to their shop and they should cover the bill because they said they fixed my problems but didn't.This company left me high and dry. I would not recommend anyone going to them ever. Whoever's the service manager was a complete a-hole. Please go to Sullivan's Truck Service in Hazel Park. 23900 John R. Come to find out i had a weak air compressor.

It takes awfully too long to get parts, at least 30-45 minutes wait and hour plus if there are few in line ahead of you. This has been going on forever and management seems not to care at all.

Go to return a simple part I purchased for around a hundred bucks, stood in line for 40 min while one guy sold parts answered the phone and was cashier, over the course of waiting , I asked 2 times concerning getting a refund got no direct answer called 3 times before I drove 20 miles on a Feb Saturday in 2020 after watching them take in 3 k plus cash they tell me we will send you a check for your cash purchase and that I was lucky because the lady who sends the checks out would be doing so in the next 3 days from Biron center grand rapids on a purchase made in Sterling heights mi , good luck because I will push my customers avay from any Volvo purchase or Mack , because if wasting my time with your practice , of simple refund

Very careless , irresponsible, dishonest staff and unprofessional technician..I took my 2017 Volvo to this location on 3/11/20 to replace the carrier bearing but they damaged the drive shift intentionally and they wanted me to pay extra $1200 to fix it at a third party (Arrow Trucks Service) and when I told the service manager that Im gonna file a complian with the state and take a legal action he threated me they will not fix the truck and don't touch it and leave it as is if I talk about taking legal action..For 2 hours repaire job they put me out of my job and income for 8 days because they don't care about thiere customer time..They over charged me for parts for example I bought the carrier bearing for $78 from another Volvo dealer but they charged me $186..Also they charged me $465 labor for digenoses ACM fault..I've been driveing Volvo for 12 years this dealer was the worst and slowest dealer I've ever seen ..Before I take my truck there the service manager told me it will be done at the same day but it took 8 days and his excuse was "if they have the part" but I already got the part..There was nothing wrong with the carrier bearing and if they were honest to their customers they would tell me to don't replace it.They never tell the truth ...They try to charge the customer as much as they could by every single possiable way and they dont wanna take responsibility for the damage they coused.They play the same game all the time and they make the customer pay for the extra charge.However they didn't fix the issue and my truck now has more viberation than how it was before I took it to this dealer because they damaged the drive shift and yoke's nut and they used welding and oxygen to take it off..The technician even broke my ELD's cable..stay away and don't give them a chance to hurt you as they hurted me soooooo bad ..Don't ever believe what the service guys tell you..Even the location manager was unhelpful and unfair and he was defending his staff..I asked the service guy his name is Brandon to check with the third party (Arrow) to see what's going on with my drive shift he picked up the phone and he pretended calling them than he hanged up and told me that they are working on it and it will be done within an hour or an hour and a half but I felt he was lieing so I went straight to Arrow Truck Service but they told me that they ordered the part and they are waiting for UPS driver and no one told him it will be done within an hour...I stayed at a hotel for 8 days it costed me more than $800 ..I lost a load of $5500 I could get at least $3500 of it in my pocket within 4 days and I lost one of the best brokers and they will not give me any load in future.. and I lost my income for 8 days all that because the technician didn't know how to loose the yoke's nut and take it off without damaging the shift...But I believe he did it on purpose and he knows what he was doing to charge me more money ...Also I strongly believe my race was a part of this issue..Stayawaystayawaystayawaystayawaystayawaystayawaystayawaystayawaystayawaystayaway.

We bought 6 Hino 338 s from M&K of Sterling Heights. Our salesman, Zak Kabrit, did a fantastic job from start to finish. It was a 6 month process to order the trucks and get the refrigerated bodies and reefer units specced out the way we wanted and get them delivered. He was very attentive and came by our warehouse multiple times to go over details and get things done correctly. I ll be the first to admit I am a customer who expects things to all be done the way they should be and not any less than that. And from my experience Zak is the guy you want!

Worst customer service possible, never have the parts needed, don t answer the phone. The staff has no clue what they are doing and constantly have issues finding parts that I need. I only go here in emergencies and usually end up having better luck at royal truck and trailer.

Always excellent service. I hardly ever call ahead for a part because 99% of the time. They have it. Special thanks to Brandon and the service crew for prompt service
