They were supposed to fix my moms drivers window because the window was stuck, we paid in advance and paid in full but then a week later when we were supposed to get the window fixed, the older guy tried charging more because they ordered the wrong part.. not to mention while we waited two almost 3 hours, a fist fight broke out between a customer and the younger guy because they tried scamming him out of his money as well and the police were called. In the end, my moms window is fixed but now none of the other windows work and the buttons on the driver side door originally glew up green but now they re all blue except for the button for the drivers window and the lock button doesn t work now. Waste of money, waste of time and very shady business. They promise to do it faster, then they stall and take up more of ur time. They give you a set price then want to charge more. They have 12 different spots for car that is indoor but told us they don t work in the rain? Weird as well. Also we were told it would take long because the first part they ordered was broken but then when we got there the older guy said he never ordered another part and didn t know was I was talking about even tho he said it himself over the phone. Go anywhere but here, this place should be closed down. Horrible experience and don t recommend any type of service from them. Read the other reviews from other customers, this is how they run business.

I recently visited this mechanic shop, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and went above and beyond to fix my car. Fair prices, transparent communication, and a job well done I highly recommend them for any automotive needs.

This repair shop is amazing. The owner David was extremely helpful. I was referred to this shop by a Walmart automotive tech, after they stripped my tire wheel stud. David was able to repair without incident, and get me out quickly.

Great pricing only to be exceeded by the customer service. They did a great install and were very pleasant to do business with.The shop was very busy which means they are doing right by their customers.Try them you ll like them!

Do not go here. Waited a week for a call back after already paying for everything. A week later after no calls or anything I show up to get the window fixed and they charge even more on top of what I ve already payed. Another customer got scammed as I was there and the workers started a full on fist fight with them. Very unprofessional people and bad business. Feel bad for the customers that have to put up with this. Will be filing a police report today.

To this day, I have had two weeks to call them to talk to someone, according to what I watch from the videos, he is smart in electricity, and to this day, every time he calls, one day he is not here, and another day, an hour later, he calls, and one day he gives me five minutes, and I do not know how to reach him, so that I can give him some information about my car before... To come to him for this, and I think that those who work there are treated poorly when answering the phone with the customer

They did a front end alignment on my Chrysler and seen a small leak and asked if I would like it fixed,I told them I'd take care of it and they was kind enough to tell me the best approach and the car drives great. Also had them re-balace my new tires another shop put them on and it had shimmying... But no more.

I was referred to these guys by a shop. I was in desperate need of help.. I was balling in tears and they turned me away. They gave me the run around. I would have respect them more if they were to say hey we can t help you. Last I checked it was 2 people names on the building but the guy kept saying I have to check with the other guy. I m highly disappointed and woman of color don t go here because your business, your cry for help doesn t mean anything to them.

Bought a car from this guy. Paid $3600 for it. 4 miles away from his shop, the transmission blew. Messaged him about it and he said he would fix it, which is pretty cool. Kept the car for over a week "waiting" for parts. Finally get a message back saying it was ready to be picked up, but, he replaced a wheel bearing that didn't need to be replaced, nor did he contact me to see if I wanted him to replace it, and charged me for said repair. Transmission was free, but, said he wanted $180 for replacing the part that I didn't authorize him to replace, then, when I get there, he said it was going to cost $200 instead. Would not recommend acquiring his services. I will NEVER go back!

This Company is a very nice, and friendly. They care about you having all things checked, so there are no issues later. They are very through!! I've been to this company a few times and all good experiences. 100% would recommend this place! David is a great guy to work with when it comes to repairing your vehicle. He s on time, quick, and most importantly he s got integrity. Had my car in the shop for a service that should have taken 3 hour. After being lied to for 3 weeks I decided to show up and get my car towed out of there to an actual repair facility. Junkyard would be too nice of a term to explain what they have going on there. Chop shop is more fitting. Come to find out they stole personal property from inside my car, as well as the air intake tube and relays and fuses from my engine fuse box, Put zip ties in place of screws. These guys don t belong anywhere near a car. Don t make the same mistake I did, avoid David and amelios chop shop at all costService: Steering & suspension repair

I recently had got a new engine put in my car due to water damage at Shelby Auto repair on 22 mile and Shelby rd . Before I decided to take care car there to get the engine fixed my car was working perfectly. After I received my car back from Shelby Auto repair my radio completely stopped working , my driver and passenger windows wasn t working , my heat stopped working, my rear camera didn t work anymore and my brand new battery completely died. After taking it back to Shelby Auto explaining my conditions after their work it was NO Help ! They told me I needed a brand new radio that cost almost 2,500 and none of the new problems my car has wasnt their fault. I felt used and abused my insurance money went down the drain to so greedy low life s . So I went to David and Amelio and they are a blessing !! Everything the Shelby Auto wouldn t do David did it with no problem! My car needed a new alternator and as far as the windows and radio they had messed up some wiring ! David and Amelio got my car back working perfectly! They are the best and the also put me on a payment plan because I didn t have much after Shelby Auto took 2 months to fix my car due to the flood I had to spend ridiculous amount of money in rentals! I like doing reviews based on many factors and are outlined below for david and amelio- customer service: OK, i must say David has a way to lure in customers in the begging to get the business. However, once you drop ofr your car there, i can almost gaurantee you will not get your car back in time. Probably reason being, this place has only 1 working mechanic and get too much work so he has alot on his plate. I do not think David is a mechanic and if he is, a very useless one.Quality of work: If there is anything worse than poot, i would say its here. Not only they use cheapest quality parts but upmark them to you. I had my full front suspension and brake/ rotor job done here. On fourth try we got the break job correct. Just 4 months in the job, i had to change rotors and brakes again since the pads used were incorrect.Price: If you ever want to use this place, make sure tell him to get a confirmation from you before doing the work. They charged me thousands of dollars( literrally) and still issues with car. Also make sure to check the work done, specifically brake jobs before making any payment or you wont see your money back. I can't say he is honest or dishonest but i had a very very bad experience.All in all i wouldnt recommend this place. He not only stole money but did poor quality work and took him 4 tries and 3 weeks. Still i had to go back into another shop to get it right. Not to mentioned some of the other lights on the dash that came on after he was done and when asked he lied that you brought it like this.A very compulsive lier. Be aware of his Hi Honey, oh yeah we will get it done.CHEAP is not always the best option

About a month ago, i had some work done on mt car by David and Amelio. This shop is nothing but a junk yard, only one mechanic who is rude, david who lies about everything, specially the job done.I gave him my debit card to pay for the due balance and he took it behind the counter, and then asked if i have cash. So i said yes, i will give you cash as it will save me 3% credit card charge.Next morning i saw $ 418 charge on my credit card. I went to his shop but he was not there, as i had to go back home to chicago, i called him and he will say he will call me back. None the less i had to dispute my charges and got it back via my bank. Stay away from these crooks. They will lure your business and then screw you left and right.

This place is a fraud for the following reasons.1) All car you see in the garage are totalled/brought in from a auction center. Please don't assume that people brought in all those cars for service there. Rarely anyone with proper mind bring cars for service here.2)Mr David is a polite man when you talk to him but his shrewd for money is insane. He said it would cost me 60$ but in the end he charged me 250$!!.3) His knowledge on Electrical circuits in an auto motive is zero. He brings in some guy in another shop to does this work. Now shoots up your charges. Bills you get is combined bill.Please go there if you have lot of cash to throw away.Thank you :)

My car was shaking and my check engine and a couple of other lights on the dashboard came on. I took it to two places (one a national franchise) and they told me I need to change the throttle system and quoted me $700. I took it to Dave and he found out it was a problem with the gas pedal and he fixed it the same day for next to nothing. Dave is the best and most honest mechanic there is, hands down.

Not going to lie, I was a little skeptical at first, but The service was excellent! The older gentleman was very professional with me with a number of problems I had including my fuses. Definitely going here for more work!

I tried everything I possibly could to remove the main bolt on my strut,and the Very, Kind, Extremely professional gentleman were able to remove it and did a amazing job,for a excellent price..They even stayed open later just to help me w the issue..Honest, Fast, Affordable service!! I was here at the end of June. My car had died on the freeway. I had it at another shop and they weren t able to look at it. It died on Friday and I needed it back by Tuesday.David & Emilio promised they would look at it right away when I paid to have it towed to them on Saturday. They didn t look at it Saturday or Sunday.I called Saturday and they told me they were charging the battery because the battery was dead. OK, no problem.Sunday I call and they re waiting on some special machine (for my 2001 Honda Accord). I call again later and they re still waiting. I call Sunday evening and they re charging my battery again? No mention of the special machine now.Monday I call and nobody answers. I had a friend call and she got information from him, waiting on some technician to come from Detroit with a special machine (???). Monday afternoon I go to rescue my vehicle.I get there and ask how much is it for checking my vehicle ($80). I pay it and tell him I can t afford to fix it. (He told me it would be about $450 to fix it). He offers buying used parts for a discount, I reject his offer. I take my keys to see damage done to my vehicle.Someone hit my car with something red, presumably another vehicle. OK. Then I notice they broke the hatch on the roof of my car. The latch on my vehicle no longer shuts completely and is at a risk to fly open at anytime, incredibly dangerous.I start my car and notice the tank is now super below the E on my gas gauge. I start driving out of the lot and my car chugs. I cross my fingers, make it to the gas station a prayer and put gas in it.It instantly started and has been driving fine since. This place is a JOKE. They lie to you, over charge you and damage your vehicle. My car went into the shop for what could have been an easy fix.(I had put gas in my vehicle when it originally died and it didn t start. I believe the battery was dead.)I wouldn t recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Absolutely terrible experience overall.
