I just had surgery on Tuesday. I went out to start my truck today, (Sunday). Found the battery was bad. Called the Van Dyke/Utica Rd. AutoZone and talked with Steven. I asked him if they would be able to put the battery in for me considering my condition. He told me it wouldn't be a problem.I showed up. He wheeled out the new battery and installed it in no time!Steven is worth his weight in gold!Thank you and Happy New Year!

The gal that put my battery in was great. It was cold and windy and she was very friendly even under those conditions. Hpe the battery is as good as their service.

Gage went above and beyond to help me out from walking me through my project step by step, charging up my battery, insisting on running a diagnostics and talking me through the next steps. A very pleasant experience!

Friendly service and great prices, I love their loyalty program being able to earn money off my purchases. The managers seem very knowledgeable and on the off chance they don't have what I need, they know exactly where I can go and find it. The employee helped me run a diagnostic on my lights on the dashboard and walked me through the best ways to fix my problem, thank you for going above and beyond 19 and Vandyke Auto zone employees.

This morning I went to this place and met Alessia who was super helpful. I am a single mother of four with no knowledge about cars. I bought some parts and she went above and BEYOND to help me! She put the new parts into my car! My experience has been great! She is a great asset to this company and I hope she gets a raise :)

I was in the store last week and had a very wonderful experience. A young lady name Heather greeted me, assisted me and gave awesome customer service. A gentleman name Ric also came over and said a few words, assisted me as well. He was very pleasant and friendly! They're always helpful, especially Tony P. He goes the extra mile to help out customers. The prices are more fair than other auto part stores are. I LOLed at how Pep Boys charged $14 more than here for the brake kit pieces

Today I visited this AutoZone, for the first time to get windshield wipers for my 2021 Mazda CX 5. The manager Heather was incredible! She went above and beyond to make my day. I highly recommend this location based solely on the customer service and professionalism she provided.

I m literally in store right now and the service by one of the members named Macaroni, Tony I believe, was great. Really patient and subtle. No sign of frustration even though I came to do multiple things. Really great worker.

This place is great, their store is clean, organized and stocked. The employees are great, including Tony, Heather and Grace. There are some bad apples and I always do my best to steer away from from said bad apples. These guys are always helpful and even if they don t have an answer they will do their best to find someone in the store that might or even Google search it for us. I would highly recommend this store for your future purchases.

I came in for a super rapid and efficient light engine check. Heather was super accommodating and really pleasant, I m so thankful that she was able to help me out and come out to me since both my kids were sleeping in the car. She deserves a lunch on AutoZone! Thank you so much Heather!!!

I really like this location!! For a auto parts store it always seems very clean and the employees there are extremely helpful. This is the only auto parts store I go to. They will help you put things on like wiper blades and I m sure there s other things that I probably haven t purchased yet that they will help you put on right in the parking lot. They also have testers for batteries and different things. Pick this location when you re going to shop for auto parts.

I go out of my way to go to this particular store because of a certain employee that is there most of the time. He is an older, African American gentlemen and he is always so friendly, helpful, professional and kind to me. He goes above and beyond what he needs to do and makes my day better just from my interactions with him. He should be commended and appreciated for not only the good employee that he is but that the good and kind person that he is. I was in yesterday, 1/11 in the afternoon and he helped me. Thank you.

Our alternator started to break down and we just hardly made it to the Michelin tire shop in Sterling Heights on Van Dyke road. The people working there were rude and said they were too busy to even take a look or tell us what was wrong so we could start problem solving. We were 9 hours from home with a newborn in a heat advisory and They just basically said tough luck we will try to take a look on Monday because they were done at 2:00, no further help offered. Luckily My husband found an auto zone a 1/2 mile away and walked there and returned with a worker who drove his own vehicle to give us a jump and get us to the auto zone parking lot. We was so kind and friendly and able to calm me down and keep the baby in the air conditioned shop and helped my husband install a new battery and alternator. So thankful for Josh at Auto zone! And to the people at Michelin tires auto shop I hope you never find yourself broke down in front of people able to help but too rude and unwilling.

They didn't have what I needed in stock. They ordered it from their hub for me. I was told it would arrive the same day. I'd get a call letting me know the parts were ready for pick up. I never got the call. I called 2 days in a row and finally got my parts 3 days from the date promised. I feel as if I was baited. The parts I got were the same brand I could of ordered myself for $10 cheaper.

I'll post this again. I was leaving work and met my friend across the street to get a ride home, I had also received chemo treatment that day and was to exhausted to drive home. Thinking I was doing the right thing I parked my car and got a ride home. Within less than a quarter of a day the very next morning Heather took it upon herself to get my car towed. Costing me hundreds of dollars. I was a regular customer, now it will never go to AutoZone again. When I spoke to heather, she was inconsiderate rude, short, and snide with an overly entitled attitude with no concern in the world with anybody else's situation other than her own. I will not ever be returning. I'd rather go to O'Reilly's or Advanced Auto Parts any day over the experience I had here. Before you jump the gun, show a little compassion especially with someone battling stage 3 cancer.

Great staff at this auto zone. Had a dead battery and these guys got me hooked up and running in no time.
