I just don t understand this person. His name is Tony. M. Always always he have an attitude when you ask him anything there is attitude. Is there one of the example I return ??? to him and he asked me which car I told him I m not sure which car but you can check under under my phone number will find it and after hi found it, I asked him a questioncalled Which car and his answer was I don t know at this point. I m just gonna return it. This person has an attitude and I had to call Corporate twice Last year. I don t know what s wrong with this person. If he have a problem at home just guys explain him leave your problems at home. This is Business location.

They were friendly and helpful! They couldn't take the battery because it was leaking but they let me wash my hands.

Rude customer service. My first time in this loc. I bought new wipers for my car and the guy who installed it his name was John was very rude to me after installing my wiper I didnt realized that I needed another one for my rear too. He looked at me like he was irritated with my question. He look like he wasn t having a good day at work. Well What do you expect from an auto zone store? Typical fast food service type of vibe. I will never go to this store again. I ll give it 3/10 for effort in installing my wipers.

It s 1/12/2024 Snowpacolypse I leave work an notice that my wiper has a jam. So I try to clear it. The whole blade just came off. I blindly crossed the street to Autozone. This gentleman, sorry I did Not get his name, he has curly brown hair, immediately helped me. He found the wiper blade I needed, hit with me a discount and changed my blade. I tried to tip him, but he said no. He was awesome and he deserves a raise! In this weather, he went above and beyond!

Absolutely horrible and rude service. I stopped by to get my service engine light checked. 2 employees and the manager were talking behind the register , i approached them and asked for them to check my light. One of the employees handed me the tool to check the light. I told him I don t know how to use it and that I am disabled. I asked if he can do it for me and he refused without any explanation as to why. I went to a different autozone and that employee checked my light without any hesitation.

I went there for wiper change. Joseph refuse to help me to change. The shop was not busy. But the stuff was too lazy to help. You need to give them training for customer service. Never suggest the store.

Ordered online to have shipped to my home. Call the store, no one knows. Call the 800 number, all they can say is there's a delay and the parts will be here within 48 hours. Until then, my vehicle is down. Don't order online unless you can wait until they get around to it.

John Ross helped install a battery into my ford edge. He was a very nice guy and very knowledgeable. I was very pleased by the service great job John and Auto Zone team!

The service was amazing. The staff are great, they tried their best to replace my battery but was very hard. Thank you for the youmg man who did try even id the other staff told him is impossible.

-Re/Zachary- i'm good at figuring things out but not a mechanic by nature. Been having power train issues for 3-days and can't even get my mechanic to call me back. Barely made it into AutoZone, went in and explained my issues to Zachary. He was very good at identifying the problem, ran a scan on my vehicle and turned out to be the throttle body injector. He was quick to recommend a product, how to use it and the results I could expect. Zachary even lent me the tools and parking lot to fix my dilemma. My review is not solely about the diagnosis, it's more about how he carried and conducted himself. It has been a very long time since Ive seen someone act respectful and professional. I was taken far back to the time I could even remember when young men acted like respectful men and not like today's street thugs. Overall it was an excellent visit and by far one to remember. I will be back based on today's experience.

I really appreciate my local Auto Zone. I ve never came in and not gotten what I needed. The guys behind the counter are always super nice and assist me when asked. Never a long line when I go. I also appreciate the later operatioyhours.

Marlowe Madden provided great customer service. He replaced my battery and my windshield in a timely manner and was great conversation. He was very kind and knowledgeable on what I needed. I will 10/10 be back here for my car needs! Thank you!!!

The sales guy was good and helpful. He changed my blinker light bulb and put a battery In my key to the car. He did s good job. I heard each and every one that he helped give him a shout out. Thank you young man. He had a good attitude. I will return

Great help, a little bit to busy at the time, I was there. They look understaffed considering how much I had to wait for being just 3-4 customers in line. Other than that, service from the desk guy, who I think he was a manager in training, was great and he was very helpful.

Picked up my online order of all 4 brakes and rotors, cashier was friendly and helpful. He went through my order quick and noticed I had some extra hardware and let me return it since it came with the pads.

Worst auto zone ever! Unhelpful stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone me . I counted at least 4 employees look me in the eyes then go back to whatever task they were doing before I entered the store. Just needed a fog light socket, without the clerk even typing my vehicle information in he told me he didn t have the part and he was unable to order the part!?!?If I could give negative stars I would

Great Daniel helped me out. I need some hosing and hose clamps for transmission line. He worked with me until we had the best we could get. The project went back together with no problem. Thanks Daniel.

Fairly stocked well with ability to get parts they might not have from others stores nearby. Some tools may be loaned. This store had clerks that were very knowledgeable, but are no longer there. This store appears to have a constant turnover of employees.

As I went to this location to buy engine oil the employee/manager jakaila provided me a very unprofessional customer service. She was super rude and was not explaining the deal they had. When I asked why you are not giving the price which the coupon says she goes I cannot do anything. As I was explaining her if you have a coupon and you cannot match the price then what is the purpose of coupon she started yelling at me. As the tension grows between us she involved other customers in the line against me so that they can tell at me. She was encouraging other customers to tell at me and made a hostile situation for me and my 3 years old son. Customers were aggressive towards us as she was encouraging them, not stopping them from involving with issues between her and me. Then another manager had to involve and solve my issue. Terrible manager for a quality place like autozone. She was actually being attacking mode towards me and lack of knowledge and professionalism in her attitude. Becareful from employee like her. Even though all the upper management apologized to me about the incident the public and my neighbors should know about this unprofessional and hostile employee of this branch.

Everybody I've interacted with has been very helpful. They've always had the parts I need in-stock. I purchase parts and use their loan-a tool program quite frequently. It's pretty awesome not to have to purchase a $100 tool I'll only use once.
