Thank you to Jay at Autobody Services for getting my elderly mother's car fixed. Jay was extremely helpful with explaining all vehicle damage and making all the necessary repairs. They even helped us with providing a ride back to her house when needed and dropping of her car when we didn t have an extra driver to pick the vehicle when it was available. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future. They definitely go above in beyond in customer repair and service.

I was recommended to this shop by the party who struck my car. When I looked them up on Google, they had a whopping 5 star review with hundreds of reviews. I've never seen that before especially for a repair shop! I'm so glad I took my vehicle here. It looks brand new! Thank you guys for the awesome job!

I went to several body shops prior to finding Auto Body which I chose because of great reviews. They lived up to their reviews. I had good vibes from the time I walked in. They were very professional and nice people to deal with. Jay kept me in the loop with my car repairs and got my car done in a very timely fashion. The work was excellent and my car looks new again. Above and beyond service. Proper prep and treatment of my custom fiberglass good for my 1999 Trans Am. They NAILED the paint match, unreal how close it is to the headlamps, doors and fenders.Tempted to have them do my entire car now.Go with them, they have a perfect 5.0 rating for a reason.Minor defect on the mirror they did, re-shot it pro bono and had it ready 2 days later. Absolutely no imperfections on the hood or mirrors they did for me. Prices not as high as you'd expect for the top-quality they provide. Great shop would absolutely use again.Took photos outside, and in garage lighting for comparison.Service: Painting

First time accident, they broke everything down for me. What to do, where to go, what my options were. They helped me have the best possible outcome for a bad situation. My experience here was everything I could hope for from an auto body technician. Always was kept in the loop about the progress of my vehicle and how everything was working. I cannot say enough good things about Auto Body Service Centers. If I could give more stars I would. They were amazing from start to finish each time I used them! I have recommended multiple people to them and everyone has also been beyond happy with the service provided. This is my go to place!

My car needed body work and Jeff and Zane did an awesome job. My car came back to me like it just came from the dealer.They even detailed it! There aren t enough Stars to give for the Amazing service I received at the Auto Body Service Center. Jay is pretty darn knowledgeable in the repair process of crunched cars ! And his team???, my car looked better than when I bought it new! Their attention to detail is outstanding! Not only did the damage area get repaired, they washed the outside, and cleaned the inside too! Woohoo! Even though I was in no rush to get my car back, Jay & his team worked quickly to repair and return my car to me in a timely manner. Jay was in contact with my insurance company and was able to get all the transactions processed effectively.. On a proud note, they respect our Armed Service men & women and have a beautiful piece of wall art in their lobby. Kudos to the Auto Body Service Center of Sterling Heights HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Due to accidents with two of our cars at the same time (Deer), we decided to go to Auto Body Service Centers because in the past they have been very fast and thorough with our repairs.They work directly with my insurance company, so, I don't have to worry about checks going back and forth, they get paid directly.We will continue to come here for our repairs, but hopefully not for a little while.

Auto Body Service Centers by FAR exceeded my expectations! They provide superior customer service and skill in auto repair. They showed the highest level of professionalism and care. I was blown away with how they were able to make the whole process as easy as possible for me, from providing a ride for me to even taking my rental car back to the company for me when I went to pick my car up! My car looks even better then it had before I had damage done to my car! Thank you so much to Jeff and Jay and the rest of the folks there for all of your helpfulness and patience with all of my questions. I HIGHLY recommend your business to everyone and know you won't disappoint.

Excellent repair to front end damage to my Toyota RAV4 due to an accident. The body and paint work was top notch with great attention to detail. Jay kept me well informed throughout the process. My vehicle was delivered fully detailed both inside and out and looked as good as it did when I drove it out of the dealership three years ago. Jay answered all of my questions and took the time to explain all of the required repairs (with pictures of the damage), safety device calibrations, and recommended paint care to me when I picked up my vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience was amazing! From the moment I took my car in for an estimate, I experienced pure professionalism. Jay explained the process and went above and beyond to help me with my insurance claim. He also made sure that I had a rental vehicle to drive while it was being fixed. I took my vehicle to Auto Body for collision repair they did an amazing job and handled the small things like the rental car pick up and return. Just wanted to share my excellent experience with Auto body services. I was in a bad accident back in feburary. The experience was flawless. Jay took care of everything!!! He when above and beyond arranging for my car rental, that was ready and waiting for me after dropping off my truck. They kept informed every step of the way and delivered my truck to my home when it was completed. I would hightly this company if you need body work on your vehicle. We have been to the Auto Body Service Center to fix our cars, both me and my husband, for the past couple of years. I would definitely recommend it! Jay is amazing, he is always available to answer any questions and made arrangements for our rental cars while our cars were getting fixed. Professional, great customer service and communication. Their work is excellent and thorough, and we were satisfied with the results every time. We chose a family business and would continue to use their services in the future. Five stars!

Best collision shop around. Took my parents car in after an accident. Jay was very professional and helpful. He did an appraisal and got the necessary parts ordered right away. The car was done very quickly and the work was amazing. Jay and his team really did a phenomenal job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs body work. Have had two vehicles serviced here and would highly recommend. Brian and Jay and the rest of the team are knowledgeable, accommodating, and innovative. My first experience with Auto Body Service Center occurred this winter when a piece of trim frost wedged off of me vehicle. After inspection the guys ordered the part and had it primed and painted and ready to go BEFORE I had to drop it off so that the time my wife and I would be without a vehicle was minimal. We also got a discount for paying cash. They did an excellent job on the repair.Our second interaction was also outstanding. We had an unfortunate incident during the winter and needed to repair our vehicle we were leasing so that we could turn it in. It was my first time leasing and I had no idea how the return process would work, especially given that we had to have it repaired. The guys at Auto Body walked me through this process and put me at ease with how much they knew in regard to the types of repairs the dealers would deem as acceptable and what they would look for and not look for . Our post-lease vehicle inspection passed with no questions asked. These guys were absolutely outstanding. I would take my vehicles here over and over again.Extremely trustworthy place of business. They will take excellent care of you and your vehicle.

Jay, and the rest of the crew at Auto-Body Service Centers in Sterling Heights we re amazing. Had some body work done on my front end after a parking lot hit and run. When I picked up my car I was in love with it all over again. It was spotless inside and out. It looked like the first day I drove it off the lot. Their work speaks for itself, but the customer service made it even more enjoyable. The staff was personable and made the process of quote through pick up easy and seem-less.
