I contacted the shop in regards to transmission issues with my vehicle.They were able to expedite a diagnosis of my transmission issues and give me a quote quickly.The quote was very fair compared to a previous.David and maria provided me with excellent communication about the time the repairs would be done.And they were done in a very timely fashion which was important. Because it is my primary vehicle.Upon.Completion David indicated an actual lower price than was Quoted.I cannot say how much I appreciate them.Turning a bad experience with a breakdown into a good one with their shop.When I picked up my vehicles they even assisted me with a minor muffler repair at no cost.Once again I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism and highly recommend.

OUTSTANDING WORK AND CREWMe and my wife were almost stranded in Michigan on our vacation because our fuel module went bad on us without warning. They not only got our vehicle in on short noticed but they fixed it THAT day AND drove to pick me up from our hotel to show me the car works and took me back so I could pay an amazingly low price for the whole situation.Great Prices! Great crew! Great people!Go here before going anywhere else if you ever need car assistance!

Great place to go! Very knowledgeable and super helpful. My transmission started having problems and they did great finding out what was wrong and getting my car done in a good amount of time. Definitely recommend.

So grateful for Dave (and Maria)! Friendly, honest, incredibly communicative and straightforward, fairly priced, and faster than promised. My van broke down on the highway and I called around for transmission help. Most were booked up and didn't ask what had happened. I called Dave and he gave me a transmission quote instantly, but also asked what the symptoms were and gave me more info on other scenarios. He was right, it was a much cheaper fix, and he even fixed an age-old glove box issue that other shops said they couldn't do without breaking it and ordering a whole new one. His tow company was easy to work with and he fixed the van a day faster than expected (would have been faster if I hadn't added the glove box request).I absolutely love this place and will be back for routine stuff. This is the kind of staff and operation I'd be relieved to buy a used vehicle from, if they do that (I havent asked).Keep up the good work, guys, you're what every community needs!

Great shop. The manager was a pleasure to deal with; he did not try pushing more expensive options on me, in fact the opposite. Had my truck in and out in a little over 1 business day. If I ever have any other transmission issues on any of my vehicles, I won't hesitate to bring them here.

I found my mechanics! Last year my vehicle got serviced through AAMCO for the first time and they did such a great job! Now this year it's my brakes so I'm going back to the same place where they still have the best service, prices and good people working behind that counter. When you find the right place you always want to stick with them. I highly recommended this place if you need your vehicle serviced.Service: Brakes

Dave and Maria are the easiest people to deal with. They are personable and very honest with what you need for your vehicle and up front about pricing. this place is the BEST!!! dave went out of his way to get a company to reimburse me for towing costs after selling a faulty part and this morning i showed up without calling first bc my check engine light came on and i m leaving for a 16 hour road trip today!! they squeezed me in and got my car fixed up and ready by 12pm!!!!!!!!! they are the best and i appreciate them so much - everyone who works there is so nice and friendly it makes the whole experience that much betterServices: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

My Car drives like it is brand new. Moreover, the Manager kept his promise to return my car on the day he estimated. Lastly, he alerted me that my rear passenger tire was 12 pounds low. This is very important to me because I planned to drive to Ann Arbor, that same day. If I could give them more than 5 stars , then I would.

I would like to share my honest experience about AAMCO located on 10mile in Warren Michigan. I am 18 years old and know nothing about cars and I am also a female. One day my car was leaking some fluids and the next day it could barely move. My warranty company (CARS) suggested that I go to an AAMCO. So I did. I met a man name Dave and he told me my warranty was straight crap and they are no paying for anything because i went over my mileage. To make a long story short, Dave told me he can check to see the exact problem and he will give me a price. My transmission, wheel barrens and a whole bunch of things were bad. He rebuilt my transmission and he also fixed the other problems for 2,800. That may sound like a lot of money but he actually gave me a deal. Not only is my car running super good he gave me a one year warranty on everything he has touched. About a month later i hit a big pot whole and damaged some things on my car Dave fixed it for FREE. I love their shop I love the mechanic Rick he's really nice and have no problem answering the 1,000 questions I always have when I go. GO HERE it's definitely worth it. ASK FOR DAVE. This place is professional, reasonable, reliable, and the best .

Took my truck to two separate places on a Monday morning, one being a Chevy dealership. Was told by both that they could not even look at it for a week. Found AAMCO on line and they got me in as soon as I could get there. After they inspection revealed that the transmission needed to be replaced I was told they could get the new one and have my truck back to me in 4-5 days. And I didn t get the truck to them until noon on Monday. I received a call on Tuesday morning around 8:30. To their surprise and mine the trans was able to be delivered Monday afternoon and my truck was finished in less than 24 hours instead of the potential 2-3 weeks at a actual dealership. I hope to have no other problems with my vehicle, but if I do I will be taking it to AAMCO.Service: Transmission

Brought in my car and they said it would take one day to get an estimate. It took a little over two and I feel like they do not want to do the work so they're overpricing me to just to collect the $90 service charge. Not a great experience at all

Dave at AAMCO did everything right from the get-go. Extremely happy with my experience. He replied to my voicemail before any other shop, and I immediately trusted him. I called about an issue with my 2010 VW golf and he had already narrowed it down to a few likely issues before seeing the car. He provided a very reasonable price for the diagnosis process and as soon as he found out that his suspicions were right , he called me with a very reasonable price. It was not a transmission issue. It was an obscure wiring issue unique to the model, a difficult car to work on and a very reasonable price, so I know that he is must be honest. Car was done in half a day.Dave also went further to add a temporary fix to a hazardous body issue on a completely separate part of the car free of charge, and recommended that I go to a body shop. He advised on what aspect of body repair was really necessary for my safety. I never even asked!Recommend this shop to anyone.

I highly recommend the AAMCO in Warren, Michigan. Dave and his staff are not only knowledgeable, hardworking and get the job done, but they are also down-to-earth and genuine people. I purchased a vehicle from Dave and I couldn t be happier with my car and the work he put into it. I appreciate him, his wife, Ricky and all of the staff because they are honest, dedicated and reliable. I will definitely be coming back! I just love these guys!!!

Dave Kopnitsky & Mechanics saved my daughters life today.I've been taking our family vehicles to Aamco for the last ten years. ( I absolutely adore his wife) They are honest, professional , caring and their reasonable pricing for repairs are just what we need in this covid economical challenging time.. I would highly recommend them. Especially if your contemplating buying a used car. Their low cost evaluation will give you a itemized list for needed repairs BEFORE you purchase the car.My youngest daughter just purchased her first car, but had concern of a (sometimesy) knocking sound when she stopped. I insisted we take it to Dave and his great crew of mechanics.. The. evalution showed her entire undercarriage was rusted and rotted out.I implore that everyone please have your car checked out before purchasing.
