Was told my paint on my boat would be taken care of because many other vexus boats had paint issues. After a few messages blowing smoke they quit contacting me. I would not buy a vexus or buy from this marine.

I did not originally purchase my boat from Mitchell at Montcalm Marine but I almost forgot I didn't after the amazing service that was provided to me when I took my boat in for my 20 hour service and some upgrades. They treated my boat and I as if I was just buying it. I met Mitchell and some of the guys at the Ultimate Outdoorsman Show this winter. We talked about some upgrades for my boat and some small issues I was concerned about. Mitchell made it very clear that he would now be the Dealer that I would call home. I was a little skeptical because it all sounded too good to be true. Well I'm going to be screaming from the rooftops how awesome of a dealer Montcalm Marine is! They exceeded my expectations on the timeframe it took to install the upgrades and do the motor service work. They were awesome in communicating everything with me. The upgraded wiring/charging system I had installed is top notch and Garrett did an amazing job with install. I am so impressed with this experience! I work with contractors all day everyday and it is very common for them to talk a big game and then leave you feeling unimpressed. Mitchell and the guys at Montcalm Marine really showed out and I can honestly say I will never feel the need to visit another dealer ever again!

Disappointed, appointment set,no communication, boat was there nearly a month. Just wasted time. Never touched it.Keep in mind staff advised I can drop it early if they could get to it. Day of appointment 7/11 never did anything and didn't advise why you broke the appointment, took it elsewhere

Drove an hour to get there the best hour drive I've ever had. excellent shrink wrap on my boat. courteous excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.

The guys at Montcalm we re great to deal with and will do whatever it takes to make sure you have a good buying experience. They also care about you after the sell which means a lot in the boating business. Don t hesitate to make the drive either. I drove over 7 hours to get my boat. Totally worth it!

I bought my Phoenix 819 pro from the team at Montcalm marine in May and everything was flawless! Given the times, and how hard things are to get, the team was more than accommodating to my follow up calls and made it happen as promised!This is my second boat I have bought from Montcalm and I would and do recommend them to anyone in the market. Not only do I consider them "my" boat dealer, but I can consider Mitchell a friend! Thanks to all of Montcalm marine.

I actually purchased a used boat from a private seller that was storing their boat at Montcalm Marine. Despite having no skin in the game other than the storage, the leadership at Montcalm aided with all my questions as well as other aspects of the sale. They bent over backwards to ensure everything was ok. I can only image if I actually bought a new boat from them. It is rare that you see such integrity in today s business. Well done and I HIGHLY recommend Montcalm Marine.

Buying my 2nd boat from Montcalm Marine and could not be happier with my experiences. They have gone above and beyond with helping me with every part of the process. Very experienced techs and friendly staff. I cant say enough on how happy I am with Montcalm Marine

I would recommend buying somewhere else. Last summer I got a decent deal on a Misty Harbour tritoon then it went downhill from their. My boat had several problems (pinched shift cable that wouldn't allow motor to go into reverse, wrong motor installed that caused the motor to cavitate, new motor then speedometer didn't work because it wasn't hooked up then the center toon leaked requiring replacement after all that the new engine would not run above 5000 rpm's). The boat was in and out of the shop for repairs and waiting on parts for 9 of the 11 months I owned it. I was so disappointed I offered Mitchell more money for a less expensive pontoon but he refused, he did offer to try to sell it but never received any offers. When I listed it I had tons of interest and sold it on my own. As things deteriated Mitchell quit returning my calls adding to my frustration. After waiting 8 months for a new toon to replace the leaky one they didn't even make it a priority to fix my boat fixing the boats in the shop before they started on mine. It was bad enough buying a problematic tritoon without having so little service after the sale. I think they would be okay if you didn't have issues with your boat

I went to pick up a new Vexxus with my father-in-law. Mitchel was awesome and I only heard good things from my FIL. Garret went over the boat and helped us where we had questions. From my understanding the purchase process that I was not there for was also easy. I would recommend them to any one looking for a water vehicle! Thank you Garret and Mitchel!

Purchased new boat this year. Boat was as expected and Mitchell was very helpful in getting boat set up How I wanted. He has been very pleasant to talk with. But, Very disappointed in responsiveness to inquiries both before and after the sale. Sometimes takes multiple calls to get an answer to questions and warranty issues.

Great Customer service! Got my vehicle in asap. They fixed one issue with my truck without having to replace the part. The parts they had to fix came in fast and my truck was done the next day. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

My boat was broke and no one had a clue what was wrong. Brought it to them this past spring, Mitchell and Phil helped me a ton and got it fixed. Credit to the mechanics too, but those two guys heard my concern and got me taken care of. Give them time and they'll make sure you are all set.

I went here today when I pulled into Stanton for work, two hours from home, and my truck started over heating. It had been going through coolant, and I neglected to have it fixed under more reasonable circumstances.I took my truck to them, and told them my situation, and they pulled it in quickly and looked it over.Bad water pump. They had to order the part though, and they did. But the truck wouldn't be done until the afternoon (5pm). They gave me a ride back to my job site at that point.Truck was done by 3pm. Cost $460 for waterpump replacement, thermostat, and coolant (and labor). Seemed in line with other places. They were friendly and relatively quick, considering the circumstances.
