Good selection. Helpful staff. Sometimes harder-to-find items can be found here. The customer service is really what makes the visit worth coming to. The staff tend to be knowledgeable and able to help with a variety of questions for a variety of issues.

Great store with great service. I pass on the big box stores most of the time as prices are similar and no comparison on service. Really best service in the area.

Great customer service, had everything I needed to complete an emergency gas issue. The guy I talked too took time to help me piece together what I needed and looked up parts to make sure they were rated for what I needed.

Went too buy a special light bulb that on line costs 45.00 for my Ott liter light . Was very happy too find it here for 6.00 they saved me alot of money.. They sell items that you are not able too find elsewhere.

Absolutely great! Went in with my family hoping to find some plumbing parts for a small repair and everyone was super helpful and nice. Store has just about all major things you could need including awesome grills.

The best everything that small town hardware are known for. If you are a regular you are greeted by name and can catch up on what's going on in the community. When you are describing a what cha- ma- call- it or do-hickey they will find it and make sure it's the correct one, they even ask if you have everything you need to go with. I do like the online ordering and curbside pickup that is being offered or even home delivery. Great selection, great products and great people.

At Rogers Ace Hardware they usually give * * * * * service. RANDY helped me replace a bicycle innertube thank goodness. They're not cheap, but I figure are more about top service ...incl. staying well-staffed.

I was so impressed by the helpfulness of the employees here! I was stressed out trying to help my parents with a home project, and they helped me find everything I was looking for. If I lived in the area I would make sure to give them all of my business. Thank you so much!

Friendly and helpful staff, called to check if an item was in stock and was able to pick it up shortly after. Even had help loading, everyone who works at Sparta Ace is amazing.

Convenient but overpriced. Their building is nice and organized with a wide variety of items but I find their hours are not well suited to fit my needs. They tend to be closed or closing every time I need to go in.

I really like having an ACE Hardware in my town. They stock a lot more items, and have plenty of helpful staff to help you find it, same as the former owners. ACE Hardware also has a great website for searching, and when you find what you want, the site can show you their stock on shelf. If it's not in stock, order it shipped to the store for pickup with no shipping! Of course you can have it delivered to your home too, just like the big sellers, but I prefer to spend my money locally. I'm happy to rate them 5 stars, they've earned it from me.

Small town feel, great service, good assortment of things you're likely to need to complete a project. Big box stores are cheaper but the convenience factor is fantastic. Well kept, convenient, and friendly.

Nice store that's well organized and you don't have to go searching for anything because within a minute of walking in it seems like there has always been a team member there asking if they can help you find anything. Employees are all super helpful and friendly.

I love this location with a passion. The guys here are always always polite to me and very helpful with any questions I may have. They even ask if I need any help if I'm just wondering aimlessly like I like to do. Lol

Great service! I had a plumbing project and one of the staff understood what I wanted to do and fixed me up with everything I needed and even cut a short length of pipe to order.
