Great people and great service but the best part is that they called me the day after they put in a new alternator to check up on the vehicle to make sure everything was working fine. Would highly recommend this automotive shop to any and everyone.

Nate...you and Ferd are the only reasons why Linda & I do not find ourselves stranded along the roadside thumbing for a ride to get help following a breakdown. We just don't breakdown! It's as simple as that. Thank you for taking care of us and our Subaru Outback and Forester.

I called to inquire on tires for my F-150. They took time to explain multiple options and comparisons in my price range. I m extremely happy with the level of service and knowledge and will be using them to service my other vehicles as well. I recently moved to Sparta and was looking for a reputable shop for Maintenence, these are my people. I ended up getting continental HTs and had I known how nice they drive I would ve switched the old ones out 10,000 miles ago! Huge improvement in quality of ride. Hats off to Nate and Jake!

Honest and respectful people to work with. I have been using Sparta Tire and Auto for the last couple of years and have been happy with their work. I have tried the bigger businesses and have been disappointed. Even if you end up paying a little more to service your vehicle here, every penny is worth it! I would rather pay more and get top notch customer service, than be treated like just another number.

The Team at Sparta Tire have been taking care of my automotive repairs not just tires for the last 9 or 10 years. Always a friendly smile and hello when you walk in the door. They are quick and very fairly priced always breath a sigh of relief when I get that bill. They do outstanding work. Thank you to Ferd, Liz, Nate, and Jake and the rest of the team for keeping my vehicles on the road

After buying new tires, I was informed that several items on my truck needed repair or replacement. This wasn't surprising as it is 18 years old. The work was done in a timely manner. There was a problem with one of the new parts which malfunctioned. It was replaced and the new one works fine. These are very trustworthy and knowledgeable guys who won't try to sell you parts that you don't need.They are truly interested in doing their best for you.

They treated me very well after I bought tires off a website they didn't support, that was my fault for not checking.Just had my truck done all four ball joints in and out one day excellent service.

Very busy place and stood there for a few minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. A simple "hello" would have been nice. Or could it be that I was the only woman in the room?

They do much more than tires, I had them replace my headgaskets and they were very honest and good guys to work with, would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Sparta Tire did not take place at their shop, I was stranded on the road side after I came over the top of a hill and ran into a tree that had fallen down and was blocking the entire road. A gentleman, FRED Benham, pulled up in a truck and hauled out a chain saw and cut the tree apart so people would not damage their vehicles or have to make a risky turn around on a blind spot hill. He said he lived just down the road and offered for me to pull into his driveway so I could safely check over my vehicle. Then he went above and beyond - When Fred was done clearing the tree from the road he saw that I could not drive my vehicle because it had a large branch wedged and tangled into the exhaust - so he got down under my vehicle and broke free the branches. When he stood up I noticed his shirt said SPARTA TIRE!! He told me he worked there and that his wife called to tell him about the tree down blocking the road, so he took it upon himself to spend the time and effort to help all of us who drive down Indian Lakes road. FRED BENHAM YOU ARE THE KIND OF PEOPLE THAT MAKE OUR COMMUNITY GREAT!! Thank you !!!

Paid $1,200 to repair my balljoints. My wheels and steering wheel still shake. Very disappointed. Im now broke with a broken car. Still....

Absolutely terrible customer service! I called to ask if the could change a tire today, they couldn't no big deal, then I asked what they charged and the guy was an ass and told me every job was different. I told him the tire size...he was still unable to give me a price and hung up! I would suggest anywhere else, but here. Tks
