Very kind & helpful. Ordered some batteries & the employee helped me out tremendously by loading up the new batteries & unloading the old ones I brought in. I was really appreciative of the service I received.

0 stars! You still haven't fixed the wheelchair accessible entry. We asked for them too years ago bc my boyfriends brother is wheelchair bound and fell out of his wheelchair bc it's not safe. It's too steep and needs to smooth the dip between concrete...anyone could actually trip on it also. It's bull how little people care about their customers but they want us to buy from them.

When I call to see if they have what I need, I want to know what I want to know....I don't want 10 minutes of not being told while other more expensive things are being told that's what I need. TERRIBLE customer service. I did NOT ask for your opinion and for my requests to be ignored.

Last week without any warning my brake pads quit, so I went to Napa in Sparta to get some pads last Sunday (5-25). They didn't have them so we ordered them to arrive on Tuesday. I went in on Tuesday and they said memorial day delayed them a further day. As I work during their open hours I couldn't pick them up until Saturday. Walked to the store on Saturday because my truck is no longer safe to drive... was told they were either not delivered or misplaced. Explained to them that I can't even drive my truck at this point- it's been a week. They upgraded me to premium pads for $2 more and told me they would be brought from the Plainfield store at 10am the next day. I walked in the next morning at 10 and they said Plainfield couldn't find them. No brake pads. Needless to say I won't be shopping there again. I gave an extra star because the staff are kind, but it is a business and they made me come in on 4 separate occasions without a result (unless you count my need for further parts as I had no other alternative than to drive my truck for the week as a result).

Went there looking for parts that I couldn't find at 3 Muskegon parts stores, and the guys at the Sparta NAPA had everything I was looking for for my old John Deere.
