We didn t have a very good experience at Auto Zone . Gary didn t seem like he really wanted to help us find the correct part we were looking for. He was very distracted and distant when we asked him questions about the parts we were looking for. He was very unfriendly and probably needs more training in customer service. I m not sure if we will be back or not.

The key fob battery on my jeep died. Lesley was able to find me the right battery and switched it out for me within five minutes. They were very helpful!

The young man that helped me was very kind and courteous and was very helpful in finding the parts I needed. The store also looked amazing compared to some of the auto zones I've visited in the past. I would definitely check them out!

incompetent when coming to ordering parts and also doesn t call upon their arrival, when you do order from them, so be sure to stay on top of that and to have prior knowledge of exactly what you need. Otherwise you re looking to add another week minimum on top of your projected wait time

I just had to write this review about Ashton in the Sparta location. He went above and beyond helping me solve errors due to previous manager. He made sure I left the store happy and with everything that I needed. This young man has a bright future in management.

Horrible customer service. Parts people not wanting to help. Walked in, grab my part, and stood in line five times longer then finding my part. Horrible fire these people and find customer friendly people

9pm last night I was broken down in the AutoZone parking lot, broken serpentine belt. Bought the belt, and they closed for the night. I was outside struggling alone, with no light, and one of the employees came out with lights and tools, and helped me fix my truck without me asking. That guy deserves a bonus. 5/5

Looked up a few car parts one night. I thought they were kind of expensive in my book. But when I called to talk to an employee the next morning about a couple parts. The gentleman had great customer service and very knowledgeable. I will shop here again in the near future. Thank You.

What nice people! He took my keys, checked out my car while I stayed in the warm store, then showed me what was wrong. Bought a battery, he carried it out for me. Great service.

By far the best thing to ever happen to Sparta. Not only the store but the employees the most. They really have the can do attitude and they are always on top of your needs. Great job guys

Everything I go they are either shut down (closed doors) with no explanation or can't help with taking amazon returns. (More like they don't want to deal with it.) We won't be back.

This AutoZone is fairly new at just now open not too long ago on Sparta I stopped in there the first time and the staff was very helpful as me if they needed any help and everything and guided me to whatever I needed they was really nice which I love AutoZone anyhow but my experience was great
