At first I was skeptical. I took my car in for an estimate. I called a week later and they had forgot I was in. After jogging their memory I had an estimate in the hour. I took my car in for a Wed am appointment, by 10am Thursday it was done. I was told on the min 3days but as long as two weeks. It looks like new. I was super impressed by the quickness and outcome.

They did a good job on my colorado, squeezed me in quickly. We had some trouble finding my aftermarket wheel but we finally got it! When I picked my truck up I didn't notice until I got home, but I've got little white overspray dots on my hood, I had to reprogram all my tpms sensors to the truck, and I still have a check engine light that wasn't on before the accident. I would take it back but I can't afford to be without my truck again.

Did everything right..from start to finish.. asked me questions and answered mine with courtesy and kindness.. they contacted my insurance and worked quickly to get my jeep back to me repaired and clean.. would recommend them without hesitation to friends and family.. fantastic..

My vehicle was damaged from a hit and run on vacation. Rather terrible way to end our vacation. I got the repairs done and sent my car to ABRA for the body work and paint job. I was very impressed how fast they got my car in hours after I spoke with them. Had my vehicle worked on the same day. Dan was absolutely amazing, keeping me updated on the progress. They had my car a few days, had done an amazing job, my car looks even better than when I bought it. Not a single complaint, no issues whatsoever, just beautiful work done and done the right way. Hit a deer on a Saturday got my car towed over on Monday was told I'd get a call by Wednesday about my car. Well I called Thursday and was told my car was totaled and my engine seized cause the deer cracked my oil cooler along with other damages to it. They called me back later in the day said it might be a dead battery but motor was most likely shot. Well after getting it home fixed the oil cooler jumped the car and it ran perfectly fine. Overall not bad just seemed like didn't want to bother with it or let me know it was totaled until I reached out.Service: Body & Trim

ABRA was communicative, fast, kind, and most importantly they did a perfect job. My rear and front bumper were toast, my trunk too, they fixed it all up and repainted some things in just a few days. Even when I had to wait longer for my car I didn t recieve any attitude or disingenuous service. They always communicated to me what s up and the problems best mechanic place I ve been to in a while

Excellent service very caring and professional work I had body work done after hitting a deer, 2wks to fix thats quick and job well done, will definitely use Abra again in the future and highly recommend to anyone looking for service on their vehicle

We had a minor collision with our car and decided to bring it to this place based off a recommendation, and we were very happy that we did. They did a great job of keeping us updated regularly, answering any questions, etc. and we were very pleased with how the car looked when we got it back! We mainly talked Daniel, but even when it wasn't him, we never had to sit on hold very long to talk to anyone and everyone we talked to was friendly and helpful.

ABRA Sparta replaced my windshield and replaced a fender for a dent, both from storm damange. They offered to give me an estimate the very next day after I called, and had the parts ready to go for the repair in two business days! They were great at communicating status of the repairs, and even left the vehicle out for me after hours so I could come grab it on my own time. I hit a deer and my insurance company recommended this place. Since it was close to home I thought I d give it a try and help out local! Well, this was the best experience they always kept me in the loop in my repairs and offered me a loaner car since this was my only transportation. Even helped me keep our family holiday travel plans! Daniel was very honest and kept his promise on how easy the whole process was. We had a couple hiccups with parts being ordered but my car was back 3 days before estimated! We will always use Abra in Sparta for all hour body shop needs. Another job well done. I used them twice for bodywork. The work always came within the quoted budget. After striking a deer with my vehicle ABRA did a wonderful job putting it back together. They were able to get my vehicle in promptly and kept me informed of repair progress with frequent updates. Abra Auto Body did beyond what we ever expected, they helped with a previous issue from a previous repair with another auto shop, they found the issue and fix it right away. Even with the auto accident we went in for Abra was informative, polite, and respectful. Even helped us with our car rental. Daniel and the team at Abra are excellent to work with - they are courteous, professional and the turn around time is exactly as expected. They did expert body work.
