I sent my daughter for an oil change, that was due the oil change charge was $75 dollars and up sold her on fuel injection clean for a total of $145.00 . when she called for me to pay I got a sticker shock for a routine oil change they totally took advantage of her, I m extremely disappointed Shame on you guys who gave her the most expensive oil change not discussing the cost when the sign advertising $24,99 for a routine oil change she came in for I expected a 40 bill . Watch out for the up selling and price gouging be careful if they know you do not know what you re doing ..they will sell you on anything.

I have been getting my oil changes here for about two years now! The two people I TRUST HERE ARE Charlie and Joe! These two are very accommodating friendly and knowledgeable in their work! These two do not try to sell you services you do not need! The staff here works well together as a Team! They are very business like in performing your car care needs!

This place is expensive, or not honest?Tried to charge me $85 for an oil change on my blazer. Shut my hood, no thanks !! Thats another $20 compared to my past receipts from Chevy dealer and Pdq oil change in Wyandotte. This place was open on Sunday so I figured I'd check them out. Never again!

I ve been going here since I moved downriver. I moved further down but still drive to this one because of the service and the familiar faces! Shout out to Aaron! He is one person I know who will take care of me and tell me what I need done asap or if it can wait. As a woman I truly appreciate that. The team did fine changing my oil. Too many of these oil change shops give you a checklist of all the things they supposedly checked. Nobody checked my blinkers or headlights nobody looked at my wipers nobody checked my interior cabin filter. They changed my oil and topped off my washer fluid. You did not check brake fluid power steering fluid... Either do the work or take all these checklists off your receipt because you're not actually doing any this work.

I ve been coming here for quite awhile with all my cars. They were initially very friendly. I went in April to get an oil change, they said I needed to do a coolant flush, I trusted them, a couple weeks later my car overheated. I called they said it can t be their fault. I filled my coolant again forward to a couple days ago, Almost blew my my motor on my nearly brand new 60,000 mile 2017 Lincoln MKX. They again said it isn t their fault, nothing happened until after they flushed my coolant. They do not want to help pay for the damages. Horrible horrible owners. Do not go here and get fooled they will break your cars and not take responsibility. I wish I was writing a good review.

Used to like this place. Never tried to sell me anything extra. They convinced me to get a flush because of shavings in my oil and told me I can't trust the oil life on my car. I was 12000 over my oil change and my transmission fluid needed to be cleaned every 35k miles. Ford says 150k. I was not over 12k miles, I had 4%left on my oil life.I was just frustrated how they made me feel and felt like I was treated that way be cause im a female and they just saw $$$.

Rico is the G.O.A.T. !!! Not only did he lube up my rear suspension offering to do it on my behalf, but But he also did AA great job of doing a check out of my AC service and a full oil change and new air filter And quickly.I went ahead and tipped him 20 bucks for his efforts!!!! He was polite professional knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in layman's terms in addition to being lightning fast I love Rico you really is the greatest of all time at least as far as well change spots go I will be back and look forward to it

Very nice professional atmosphere! Charlie and his staff are great at making sure you get the best treatment!!! They are not pushy in trying to get u to buy things u don't need! If u request to see your old oil filter before it's thrown away, they are more than happy to show u that they are doing their job in replacing your old one with a new one. I recommended them to all my co-workers.Keep up the good work!

Very fast and efficient. Most places have one or two guys working and it takes forever to get your oil change. This place had five or six guys all working on two cars at a time. They did a great job and fast. They were very friendly and offered water or coffee and the whole time they made friendly conversation with us. And they were very good priced I'll be using them from now on while I'm in this Area.

I visited Pennzoil today and have never taken a car for an oil change before LOL, but the men here were very helpful and guided me through the whole process, answering all my silly questions. I did not have cash on me, otherwise I would have tipped them. Very good service and had me in and out very quickly. I will definitely be going back to them from now on!

Service is pretty good. People are nice. But my 2018 Equinox oil change was 90 bucks. Seems excessive with no filter change. Won't be back. Don't see coupons enough. You were great for my old used car but way too much for the new one.

The guys there were Amazing. Quick professional job. I would highly recommend. The guys didn't make me feel any kind of pressure to "get this done" or "Have that done". Definitely found my new oil change spot...plus the one guy was super cute ;)

Not friendly at ALL! Tried to upsell me! Changed my oil, took the radiator cap off while hot. Now air in the system. It s overheating last night was stuck on 75 in Detroit. I am a senior. They will not help me because I wrote this review! Got a hold or problem solvers. They will contact me. Now BBB and write a review please consider before going here!Service: Oil change

I've been taking all 4 of my vehicles to these guys for about two years now. Every experience has been great. They do not try and upsell which I really appreciate,. They answer questions and even spent 15 minutes looking for a radiator leak in my van the last time I was in - and they found it. No charge. They even give treats to my Beagle when I take her in with me. Top notch service every time.Update 9/22/18: I have to change my 5 start rating. When my son took his Challenger there for an oil change they talked him into some high performance oil for his lease car and his oil change was $70. I was pissed they did that too him. They took advantage of him plain and simple. I mentioned it the next time he needed an oil change and I went with him and they just shrugged it off.I still go there because I know cars and when I am being BS'd and they are nice guys. It's just a shame they have taken to these tactics for some people.

On multiple occasions this facility did not secure my drain plug, costing me $$ in oil before my repair shops told me it was just a loose drain plug. This kind of basic failure could cost someone an engine.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went here today and all the workers were very kind and understanding. My car wouldn t start due to my starter and they all chipped in to get it started which I appreciate so much I was already stressed out but they were quick to help without batting an eye. Aaron or Jesse ( I m not sure which one was mostly talking to me and trying to jump my car at first ) was kind and talked me through the whole process and kept me informed about information I knew nothing about. Will definitely be coming back again thank you!

Went in for a oil change and radiator flush and the guy broke the neck on my radiator. Now I know it was a accident but my problem is that yes they are covering the price of a new one(which THEY broke) but now I have to pay for the labor at a shop when I didn't break it...how is that right?! I didn't break it and it wasn't broke when I came in. Something is wrong about that!!

Fast, friendly service. Tech ran engine flush while oil was draining, for no extra charge. Can't beat a $25 oil change, especially when you know your getting a quality product like Pennzoil. Will definitely be a return customer.

I have nothing bad to say at all to say about this placeThey take good care of their guest. Me being a woman and not knowing not much about cars. I was afraid something waa gling wrong with my van and they said everything was fine. They even filled all my car things up under hood no charge. Even recommend a mechanic if needed! So polite I felt the hospitality!!Great place

The previous oil change that was done on my vehicle was by this shop. I went to get a current oil change at the Southgate Pennzoil shop I have been going to for years. This time they could not get the drain plug out, they told me it would not loosen or tighten and to take it to a auto repair shop to get it re tapped, then bring the receipt back to them and they would cover it. I took it to my mechanic and the plug was cross threaded at a angle and could not be taken out then re tapped because the tack welds were broke inside the oil pan fitting that the plug threads into so they had to replace the oil pan. I took the receipt back to Southgate Pennzoil and was told now that there is nothing they could do about it and would not cover it. I will make sure to let everyone I know not to take there vehicle here for anything!!Service: Oil change

This has been my favorite oil change place for a long while. They are quick, usually pretty thorough and friendly. On rare occasion they can feel a little sales pitchy, but that is the exception rather than the rule. I personally do not get work besides oil changes done at these places thanks to a bad, and expensive, experiencs with my fellas truck. So I can not speak to their mechanical prowess beyond oil changes. There was ONE guy there for a minute (I dont know if he's still there) that made some remarks to me and wouldnt leave me alone in regards to my relationship status. I have since taken to only getting oil changes with my fella with me to avoid this. Sad, but it works.
