I recently had the pleasure of working with Miguel and Nicole from Southgate Lincoln Dealership, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I stepped foot into the dealership, Miguel s friendly and welcoming demeanor put me at ease.Miguel s knowledge about the Corsair Reserve was truly impressive. He patiently answered all my questions, taking the time to explain every feature and detail of the vehicle. His expertise made me feel confident in my decision to purchase the Corsair Reserve.But it wasn t just Miguel s knowledge that impressed me; it was also his patience. He never rushed me or made me feel pressured to make a decision. Instead, he took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I found the perfect car for me.And let s not forget about Nicole, the Financial Manager who prepared all the paperwork and guided me through the closing process. Nicole s attention to detail and thoroughness were truly commendable. I didn't have the best experience, the car was beautiful and a fair price but from the start I had issues, the car has a chemical smell and they insisted it was cigar smoke, I even took it to auto zone when test driving just so they could validate the smell. If it was smoke what employee is smoking in potentially someone else car? Then the door needed to be fixed, this car has set in the dealership for 3 months but yet it took a potential buyer to figure out that something was off with the key fob, this is a as is car that someone would have been stuck with fixing on their own had I not caught the mistake. Also it was priced in a excellent condition for a not so excellent car. Finally after Iwaited weeks for the door to get fixed I was offered a sorry you can wait till May for the part or just don't purchase it. Very poor customer service, poor speed to execution, poor business management. I would not recommend, my time was wasted.

I have left two messages for service to call me back with no return call. Amazing how when you want to buy a car you get fast call back, but service is not so good. This makes me not ever want to buy a car here. Customer service is so important!!! Southgate Lincoln return your calls!!!

Southgate Lincoln, Continues to go OVER and BEYOND in earning my business and my trust, as a customer for life. The general manager, Elizabeth, is extremely accommodating. Nicole, the finance manager, is attentive. Jim, the sales person, was knowledgeable and personable!! This is my second Lincoln lease and the second time, I ve leased with with Southgate Lincoln.

I normally would not make any noise about things. However today my experience with @southgate Lincoln was terrible and unacceptable. So my door handles have been a issue for months, so finally they come in. I spoke with someone to schedule my appointment and she ask me if I need a loaner and I said yes can you make sure that one is available. So I get there this morning to drop my car off. Complete the paperwork and the lady who was helping me was very sweet. However the man she asked about getting the keys for my loaner was very rude. He goes we don t have a loaner. I state well when I scheduled the appointment they knew I needed one, no one called and stated that changed. So he goes we can get you a rental , I go have to be at work this is a big inconvenience I work in a school we start at 8:30, he didn t seem to care. So @Enterprise rental in Taylor pulls up with this truck. I was in disbelief that they would actually bring this vehicle for me to drive. I pay a price to ride in Luxury ain t no way in hell I m driving a car with dirty seats ,cigarette burns and smells of smoke and clearly had not been cleaned. The fact that they would think it is ok for them to even bring me this car was had me beyond heated. I asked them to bring my car because I m not driving this car no one should be driving this truck. Southgate Lincoln really dropped the ball today this was not the experience for someone who pays for a high quality vehicle. The general manager did call back and apologize I appreciate that. However today s service was terrible.

I am very disappointed and frustrated with my experience here. The first time I went in two men walked passed me and never acknowledged me or offered assistance. Finally someone came out in the lobby and got me a salesman to help me. The second time I stopped in I was greeted but my salesman wasn t there so someone else helped me, he was great. However now neither have responded to me, I can t get any questions answered and I m forced to go to a dealership farther away to purchase my vehicle.

I have always taken my Lincoln MKC to the Southgate Lincoln for all my service needs until I went in for a oil change, was told I needed new brakes and a new tire, the service technician told me not to worry about the tire because it was covered by my warranty so I approved the oil change and the new tire. I never thought to check my receipt when they were done because I never had a problem before but a week later my tire needed air, I stopped by a tire shop and asked them to put air in the tire and the technician there advised me that the tire was bad. I told him I just had a new tire put on, he showed me the tire and it was not a new tire, after that I stopped going to Southgate Lincoln because I felt that I didn t receive the service I wanted and therefore I DON T SPEND MY MONEY WHEN I RECEIVE THAT TYPE OF SERVICE.

My new go to Lincoln dealership. Service was the best I've received from a Lincoln dealer. I needed service on my vehicle and they offered to pick my vehicle up and leave me a loaner. They returned my car in a timely manner and clean. Thank you!

Excellent service. Your next new or pre-owned Lincoln needs to come from Southgate Lincoln! We will be back! Southgate Lincoln is still doing an excellent job!UPDATE: Had some service work done on rear suspension on CPO MKZ and had an EXCELLENT experience. Loaner vehicle while work was completed, fast service, extremely good customer service from all at Southgate Lincoln. Dealership manager and service manager even went above and beyond to get issue resolved. This is how car buying should be!UPDATE 2021: We are not on 3 vehicles from Southgate Lincoln and are still exceptionally pleased with the experience we get each time. Great dealer, good people- and beautiful showroom with the updated remodel!

I meant to write this review awhile back. The customer service here is horrendous. Ive taken my Lincoln Navigator here a few times. Every time has been a nightmare. Ill start off by saying nobody answers the phone or calls back. Whether it be the GM Elizabeth or a service advisor. Ill give a few examples of how bad this dealership is. This is just a few. I got an oil change. At the time of the oil change the paperwork stated they found a leak. Did they fix the leak? No. Did the advisor tell me I had a leak? No. I looked over the paperwork and noticed it myself. Then spoke with Elizabeth who said, "I had to come back to get that issue fixed." I asked her why it wasnt fixed. She said, they must have missed it before stating it was completed. Just an excuse. Here is another example that was never dealt with. Every time Ive taken my car in, I have told them, do not wash it. Every single time they have. This past time, they actually scratched it. I left numerous messages with the service advisor. Once she finally called me back. Nothing she could do. Then connected me to Elizabeth whom never called me back. Someone else eventually got involved. Who didn't know anything. They just kept passing me to different people since nobody knew how to handle the situation or there job. Long story short. I paid for it to be fixed myself. These are a few examples. I have more. Bottom line is I would recommend never to go to this dealership. Im honestly shocked they are still open. Im sure they will close soon with this unacceptable customer service and poor management.

Arrived mid week in the a.m. without an appointment needing an oil change and tire rotation. Southgate Lincoln accommodated me and I did not have to wait very long. Everyone was very friendly and received my car wash too! Thankyou!

When the "check engine" light came on in our 2020 Corsair I took it to Southgate Lincoln even though the car was running perfectly. Although it was a holiday weekend I got an appointment to bring it in the next day. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and was offered a loaner. The repair turned out to be very minor and the car was returned to me within a couple hours. They even washed it before returning it. We were very pleased with the very prompt and professional service.

I lease a Lincoln Nautilus and really appreciate the pick up and delivery benefits. It is so convenient to get a loaner. Thank you Southgate Lincoln.To upgrade: I traded in the Nautilus for a 2022 Corsair. I decided to stay with Southgate Lincoln because I got the most for the trade in and my salesman, Jim Dreher, worked to find me exactly what I was looking for. Still five stars.Service department also gets ! They have concierge services that will pick up and drop the car at home, and provide a loaner car. This recent oil change cost me nothing because I had points available from the previous one. Can t beat that.I had a small accident in 2024. The Collision department was extremely helpful and handled the entire repair, coordinating with my insurance company. The repair was done quickly and I was amazed at the results. Thank you so much!

I have been leasing cars from Southgate Lincoln for many, many years and the service has always been first rate. I just purchased my first lease today and Richard Klaiss made the experience both simple and easy. He is always pleasant and takes the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend Southgate Lincoln to anyone looking for a new car and would especially recommend Richard.

I purchased a 2016 Volvo XC60 on 8/10/2023. Although the purchase was AS IS ,you'd still expect the service team to have the basic knowledge all to prepare the vehicle to be functional & more so SAFE for SALE. The tailgate was not operating properly before leaving the lot, but I was informed by two salespeople that it was the Key fob that had a bad battery. After a couple of days, I got into my vehicle, and it would not start. I had to JUMP START MY CAR every time it wanted to drive it. Come to find out the battery was the wrong type of battery for my VolveXC60. The battery should have been an AGM. They put a basic battery in a luxury vehicle with an INTRICATE Electrical System that requires a special type of battery to fully support the vehicle's system. The windows, tailgate, & all the voice commands were not functioning.The battery also expanded and was leaking. This came to my attention when my fiancee noticed a sulfur smell coming from under the hood and through the vents. I called the dealership today and spoke with my salesperson to see if the battery could be replaced because we are not talking about an AS IS issue. This was neglectful & a safety issue. I was referred to the manager, and after informing him of the issue, the only thing that he would do was install a battery if I purchased it myself. We are talking about a multi-million dollar dealership that can not spend an extra $300 to satisfy a customer who just spent $16000 with them. People may see this as a non-issue, but the battery could have exploded and caused injury to myself and the people I love. I did have my battery replaced by someone I have trusted for over 20 years, and they are Muffler Man in Westland. I am very disappointed the way I was treated and will not be doing business with Southgate Lincoln again.

Standing Ovation for the Finance Manager Nicole Brusher...Product Specialist Jim Dresher & Miguel Chavez!!!! Exceptional Customer Service. All 3 of them went Above & Beyond from the Initial Phone conversation to the Dealership to the moment that I received the keys and drove off the lot. There were no tricky sales tactics used...no hidden agendas. They were knowledgeable, friendly, honest and down-right amazing! Thank you so much for the RED BOW experience too!!!! All Smiles!!!!!

Only 4 stars because they did not clean and detail the used vehicle we bought as they said they would. Had to clean it myself the next day. Windows had a hazy film on them, back seat had something sticky on the driver side, and center console needed a wow down. Also did not give us the floor mats, but I bought all weather mats anyway. They did top of the gas tank after we asked if they planned on doing it, but you'd think they would have done that anyway without question.Other than that was pretty quick and painless. Sales lady didn't have to do much besides let us take the test drive thenturned us over to the finance person and she was great to work with as well.

We just purchased a vehicle from this dealership (4/14/22) and we had an awesome experience! Shannon our sales rep was super friendly and helpful. She even sped up the process which allowed us to drive off with the vehicle and plates the same day. Everyone was friendly and worked with us. In fact a mechanic found that a switch needed to be replaced and they fixed it the same day. Furthermore our bank spoke highly of them and their service. We recommend them! Ask for Shannon Grover.

Alexis was incredible to work with! She was patient, kind and dedicated to helping us find our perfect car. We appreciated her willingness to stay late to accommodate our schedule and promptly responding to our questions along the journey. The sales manager also went above and beyond to help us secure an excellent finance rate lower than our own credit union! Very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend!
