All I can say is that this is the best O'Reilly's in town they always have the parts you need and if they don't they can definitely most help you find them. Big shout-out to Brad and Ector. These guys know their stuff while taking care of us also finding parts and even stocking shelves they managed to do it all

One of my favorite auto parts stores. They always have the best prices overall. The selection may be a little less than other stores but the prices make up for it. The staff is nice and helpful as well which is a plus. I also love how they are Conveniently located close to harbor freight so I can grab any quick tools on my way home. Overall I would suggest shopping here if you are looking for car parts.

I can always count on the service members to assist me with friendly service. Berry was fantastic and helpful today with assisting me to replace a light bulb in my Ford Explorer. I had initially gone to your competition and they refused to assist me. I came right down the street and had no issues. Thank you again Berry for helping this no car knowledge woman out with my head light!

I had a dead battery and went here to have it tested. The manager came out to test and after telling me how rotten her last customer was, she immediately got rude with me, to the point I wanted to leave. When I pointed this out, she became more indignant and told me to leave! I had a dead battery! Had to walk to store next door and get a jump to leave. All this with my grandson in the car. What an absolutely horrible person she was.

Called to confirm they had part needed. They confirmed yes. I show up and neither the two (man and woman) can find the part. They weren t even sure what they were looking for. The man was more interested in eating his McDonald s cheeseburger. Unprofessional and lack of Auto knowledge

The worst place to ever buy something and try to return it and get your money backwhen you're unsatisfied with your purchase I bought a power inverter and I was told by the person that sold it to me that works at O'Reilly's on eureka that I could return it if I was unsatisfied with my purchase but then when I chose to return it the GM of the store denied my return the product that I bought was 150 watt power inverter and did not work out of the box. And to add insult to injury the GM which is a blonde haired blue-eyed girl that works at the eureka O'Reilly's was very rude and distasteful and I will never purchase anything from O'Reilly's ever again your company probably policies are horrible I just bought this thing three days ago when I pulled it out of the box and it didn't work and I couldn't get my money back and I was met with the rude store manager

Very helpful. There's usually at least one truly knowledgeable customer service rep at any O'Reilly who can help you out of a jam.The only problem I have with them (and similar stores) is the price of tools: Good God Almighty!

The staff is friendly and approachable. They know what they are doing and will bend over backwards to find the parts you are looking for. Remember though, they are only human, they do have feelings and they do make mistakes. Don't be discouraged if you had a bad visit in the past. They recently got new and better staff. The morning crew during the week is amazing and can find anything you need. The one part time guy in the morning during the week will install bulbs, batteries, wipers, and anything that can be installed quickly in any weather condition. He will also engage in conversation and is very knowledgeable about cars in general.

Very rude employees. Ronald could use a good dose of customer service. Grabbed the money out of my husband's hands and threw the receipt. Terrible experience and won't be back.

Specially The Manager Bradley, he helped my Boyfriend find the Exact lug nuts and Bolts precisely to a fit -( cut and trimmed the bolts to a perfect fit) I highly recommend this store. We never have a problem coming to this store or getting what we need.

Great customer service! The staff was very polite and great attitudes and very understanding! Jacob listen to my concern helped me try to figure out the problem when the other store failed to meet my customer satisfaction :/ Not only did they help me with my problem they also told me to come back if the problem continues and get a refund! I'm so thankful :) 5++++ stars :)

My father and I have been going here for years, great staff, parts are always in stock or ordered within a day, and the store is clean and organized. I get all my parts here for all the wild and old cars I work on.

Had a electrical issue last night and took my car there this morning. The woman who helped me did a great job. She brought out a machine that hooked up to my battery and told her what was wrong. Thankfully, it was just my battery and not my alternator or starter. She recommend a little bit of a stronger battery because I have a custom sound system. Battery is in and car is running great.

Excellent customer service! I called to ask if they could pull and replace the battery in my son's car. They told me that they do not do that, but they let me borrow tools and let me wash up in their bathroom.

Last week I needed 2 new batteries for my key fob. Brenden, the Assistant Manager is a true asset to this company!He helped me out and is very knowledgeable about my vehicle, telling me things about it my salesman didn t share with me, lol all for a remote key fob!Kudos to O Reilly s HR department. Best. HIRE. ( ... and no, I m not his Mom!)
