Very professional, easy to work with, and detailed. Rental car saved my jobs and wallet. They even cleaned it inside and out before giving it back. Plus, they let me know if another repair I need to make unrelated to the accident it was in for. They were able to submit an estimate to insurance company weeks before others I had called, too. I will recommend them every time.

Had my truck repaired here twice. Once this year and also a few years ago. They do great work and make the process as convenient as possible. Definately recommend to anyone in need of body or collision work. Barbara and Becca in the front are great as well.

Do not take your car here, besides they fish to run up your bill, they aren't friendly, customer service seems like an inconvenience to them. I spelled out my first and last name when I dropped my car and they got both of them wrong, I showed up to pick it up and the guy I dealt with when I dropped it off and had called me an hour prior, didn't know my name or what I was there to pick up, the front desk staff had to clarify before he'd get up from his desk and come out. The bumper they replaced looks good, not gonna lie. The issue is the 8 brand new scrapes and gouges on every singe panel along the passenger side. Rear bumper on the passenger side, rear passenger quarter panel, both passenger side doors and the front passenger quarter panel, also the front driver side quarter panel too. All of which were apparently "there when it was dropped off". I've been here twice and the work they do is good, not great but the extra bullsht just isn't worth it. Now after paying $1100, I have to find somewhere else to fix the gouges they caused. Save yourself the headache

Moran Automotive Service and Collision Center is the best! Staff is most courteous, professional, and caring. Collision repair to our car was completed ahead of time and car was received shiny and clean. Moran is dependable, very competent, and delivers quality service. I highly recommend Moran Automotive Service and Collision Center if you need auto repair.

I have been here several times for service, all have not been good HOWEVER ask for Chris in the service department. He makes sure you are taken care of in a timely manor and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Chris for your professional service to the customers, to me it s just as important as the work being performed. Happy New Years.

Dont take your car here. I took my vehicle to this shop for repairs on my SUV. This is the following issues I left with.1. Wrong bumper installed2. Right mirror blind spot detector doesn't work. ( it worked when I dropped it off) the option to turn it back on is no longer optional.3. Trim around wheel wells doesn't fit my vehicle, (gaps, bent, crooked, and is not aligned with the current trim)4. Paint chip on car by headlight.5. Tape residue left on window trim.6. Weather stripping hanging down from window. ( It wasn't installed at all) Water leak issue now - they want me to wait 6 days to bring it back.7. Left rear door sash doesn't fit my SUV.7. Engine light is still on.8. $9500.00 in damages but the job was rushed, incomplete and sloppy.*** don't take your car here***

They did an awesome job on my car!! Mike did a great job with communicating with me and giving me details about the progress of my car.. The staff was extremely nice to me at the shop. They also gave me a free loaner which I am truly grateful for. This shop is truly the best!!Before and after photos of my car.

Wish I had as good an experience as these other reviewers but mine was awful. After an accident on May 25th our insurance company made us bring the car here. After numerous phone calls, not being able to get parts, finally got the car back today (July 21st - almost 2 months). Upon pick up something was rattling loudly so turned around and brought it back. They said it was a loose bolt and fixed it. Later that night when our teen daughter was driving home alone at night the auto head lights didn t come on, something fell off under the car while she was driving and the car was pulling right. Had to go get her and return it again! We ve been very patient through this whole thing assuming the issues were out of their control. I wonder how long until we get it back and if it will ever be properly fixed??? I would not recommend. (Pictures show original damage and whatever fell off after we picked it up).

I chose them to do my collision repairs and it took 3 months plus to get it back, when i finally got my vehicle back it had items left in my car that didn't belong to me, an additional 200 miles put on my car and it still is not completely repaired. I would NEVER bring my car here.

Mike Paquette managed the collision repair of my side swiped Chevy Cruze. He kept me updated with the involved repair of the b-pillar, rocker pannel & (2) passenger doors. The repair & paint is of the highest quality. It is flawless! It is of show quality! Brought the car in for 2 key scratches on the RS of my 2022 Blazer. Progressive set up my appointment. Brought the car in and tried to show the woman at the counter (the one that sits to the left) the damages on my car She refused to get up and look at it with me I said ok and left. Got my car back about 1.5 weeks later and they missed a spot not surprised as no one wanted me to show them what I was in for - the fender on the complete other side was not set back in correctly and now had paint chipped off it -When I picked up my car, the same rude lady from when i dropped it off said i need your deductible she came back with my receipt and my key I asked where my car was and she said its out front you will find it HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THIS WOMAN- called progressive and made a complaint they had me bring my car back up to Moran I left my car here for another week so they can repair the damages that THEY DID. Picked my car back up for the 2nd time and they just popped the panel back in (still not symmetrical with the other side) and put touch-up paint on it. When I asked for the manager so I could talk to them I was told a manager was not in -- another guy came out and I showed him my issues and he said "Really you are worried about that" Well yea it is a 45k car that is brand new why would you leave it like that? Why would a collision center that is self-proclaimed the best use touch-up paint on a brand new 2022 blazer with 6k miles on it when THEY are the ones who did the damage? Currently working with Progressive to take my car to an actual shop where they will repair it correctly.Photos#1 + #2 - Reason i brought the car -- fixed right#3 - Spots they missed? Would not let me show them the 1st time i came in had to bring it back in#4 - the way they left my fender when they returned the car#5 - The way they repaired the fender bent it back down and used touch up pant#6 - Just bad paint job its gonna cause issues#7 - Shows the passenger side (which is clipped correctly LS of photo) and the Driver side where its not clipped in correctly the body line runs outward towards the bottom (RS of photo)

Had to have my vehicle repaired after being struck while parked on the curb. Buick Moran Collision did a fantastic job. My car looks brand new like it just came off the showroom floor. Had my vehicle repaired here after an accident. They completed the repairs when they said and were great about getting a loaner car for us. However, when I picked my car up it started weird. I immediately went in and told them something wasn t right. They came and looked at told me that s how it was supposed to start and that it must not have been starting correctly for the past two years that I had it. I was made to feel stupid for questioning it. They told me to just bring it back it I had any issues. Right after I left I realized the left turn signal didn t work. Then we realized the remote to start didn t work either. It was after closing so I planned to call them in the morning. The following morning none of the power sliding doors worked. They all had to be opened manually. And the car wouldn t even start. After multiple tries it finally started. I took it right in. They said the second battery was probably bad. They replaced that and said they fixed the turn signal as well. I checked the remote start and all the doors and made sure it started correctly before leaving. But neglected to check the turn signal. Right after I left I realized it still didn t work. I called them and they said it was replaced so to bring it back and they would find the issue. I took it to a different shop and they informed me the bulb was burnt out and never replaced. The other shop fixed it. I called Moran about it and they said all they could do was say sorry and they must have replaced the wrong bulb.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible customer service and unbelievable rude. No empathy or sympathy show by the scheduling agent Becca. She was condescending and also wouldn't let me speak to the manager. I wouldn t have even been as upset if she wasn't rude and showed a little compassion. Would not use this business at all, no accountability or problem solving skills. I hope it improves.

Did a great job repairing car. Only negative experience I had related to loaner car. Was told they may have one for me in a week, maybe sooner. I called a week later and they said they didn't have one. I was supposed to come in and claim one. So the communication was a problem. The lady apologized and and took my information for another loaner. Two weeks went by and never heard back. Ended up having to borrow a family members car because they never put me in a loaner.

I had such a great experience. Rick was very informative and ALWAYS kept me in the know with detailed updates on my car. I never had to call and check in on my own doing. I had collision work done on my front fender and the work is seamless. It looks brand new. I genuinely couldn t be more pleased with the work and the friendly customer service. This is the best auto related establishment that I have ever been to and dealt with! Very professional with literally little to no wait time, in the event that you have to leave your car they give you a loaner free of charge...I dealt with Barbara and Rick throughout my whole process they have been nothing but a breath of fresh air. The overall turn around time wasn t long for my repairs and my car looks amazing. They kept me updated throughout the whole process... 10/10 I definitely recommend, I am also insured through progressive if that helps anyone in their decision to work with them.Service: Body & Trim

My car received some hit and run damage that totaled nearly $4,300. This center was able to get my vehicle in quickly, provide me with a rental car to suit my needs as a working parent, and had the car completely fixed in two weeks. We are very happy with the service we received.

I had what I thought was a minimal run in with a stick, which turned into a lot of damage to my front end and a hole in my radiator. I had my car towed into Moran collision and I dealt with Jeff. From the very beginning they were very professional and so nice. They gave me a loaner car(which NO ONE else has ever offered) to drive while mine was being fixed. I got a brand new Acadia with 7 miles on it. Since I drive an Acadia my self that was so nice to know I'd be able to fit my kids seats in comfortably. It took about a week, but Jeff called me as soon as it was done and when I got there everything was perfect. My car was even detailed...and I have 2 small kids so we know it was a mess! I appreciate the great customer service at Moran collision and would recommend them to anyone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Body & Trim

Best collision center around. Phenomenal customer service, very communicative, and quality work. Car accidents are stressful enough, Moran in Southgate makes it so much less stressful. They provide you with a complimentary loaner vehicle while yours is in the shop, so you don't have to worry about how to get around. They keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle. They are a AAA collision center so if you have AAA insurance it is a bonus as they will work directly with your insurance so you don't have to. They work wonderful with other insurance companies as well. God forbid you get in a car accident, but if you do take your vehicle to Moran Buick GMC Collision center in Southgate, MI. Eric took great care of us and made a stressful time so much easier and comforting.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I had a small rust spot on the rear hatch of my Equinox that split the paint. The moment I walked in, Jeff immediately greeted me with a smile and eagerness to help. Not only did he get my vehicle in right away, but arranged for a loaner so I wouldn't miss work! The repair was done so well too! I can't find so much as a blemish or scuff anywhere! They even took the time to tidy up the floor mat. I couldn't more be pleased with the results. Highly recommended! Thank you for all your hard work, Jeff!

Aaron was absolutely amazing from start to finish with my car. Walking into the body shop I was completely stressed about my car, and I left feeling confident and reassured.
