I had the pleasure of working with Gloss Labs recently, and I must say they exceeded all my expectations from start to finish, Mike displayed a level of professionalism that is truly commendable. Mike was courteous attentive, and went above, and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the project was handled with precision the quality of the work is simply amazing attention to detail expertise and dedication to delivering top-notch results are evident in everything he did ,I was thoughtfully, impressed with the final outcome, which not only met, but surpass my requirements I highly recommend Gloss Lab to anyone in need of their services. Just took my 2019 Dodge Ram in to be ceramic coated. Wow it looks great. I don t think anyone but Mike would give you the service that he does. My inside and outside of truck looks and feels fantastic. Thank you Mike

Mike did a spectacular job on my 3rd gen Camaro that has only 19k miles and I am VERY picky about. My neighbor actually thought it had been repainted! Mike is very passionate about his work and does a great job. Can't say enough amazing things about gloss labs. I somehow drove my Chevy Traverse through some sort of white paint, and it got all over the passenger side of my car. Mike and his team worked tirelessly for 3 days on it and got it looking back to new. He never made me feel bad about the amount of work it took and put alot of care and thought into making sure the paint wasn't harmed. Would recommend this place through and through.

called to get my Newley purchased truck witch is a 2010 truck with tan interior the interior was in pretty bad shape as in stains and dog hair all from the previous owner. Mike got me in the same week I called gave me the price as soon as I dropped the truck of he was very honest as in this will take some Time and he was right he worked on the truck all day while giving me updates through out the day of what he was working on. he called me to inform me the truck was finished. when I got to the shop you would have thought he pulled the interior out of the truck and replaced with all new he got all the stains out of the carpet floor and even the head liner Wich was a complete shock to me I had thought there would be some thing that just would not come out but as stated I was proven wrong. Mike the owner is super nice and honest about everything he went way above and beyond and he treated my truck as if it was his own vehicle. this shows you get what you pay for sure he is a little more expensive then some of the guys that come to your house but I have never seen those guys take the care like Mike did. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking to get there vehicle cleaned and wanted it done well

Highly recommend Gloss labs in Southgate MI, Mike did an amazing job on my black 2500 work truck was amazed of the scratches and swirls he was able to get out and man does it look sexy AGAIN !! He also did a awesome job cleaning the interior super happy with it , Thanks Mike big time you do fantastic job Can t wait to have the bike coated this summer

It would be a shame to take your vehicle anywhere else. Mike has the patience and expertise to correct and protect any vehicle. Gloss labs has done three vehicles for me so far, and everyone is amazed at the shine when completed.

Gloss Labs did a fantastic job on my truck detail (inside & out) as well as tinting my front windows to match the factory tints in the rear. Truck looks amazing! This is my 2nd vehicle serviced by Gloss Labs and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Not a good experience. Waited over 2 weeks for my appointment date. Dropped BRAND NEW vehicle off at 10am. At 530 pm, vehicle still sitting in parking lot. At 6:45pm vehicle is still in parking lot. Confronting Mike he stated he got backed up and couldn't get to the vehicle as scheduled. Was unable to put BRAND NEW vehicle inside for the night also as promised and couldn't /wouldn't confirm he could get to the vehicle the next day. Retrieved my keys and asked that he call me the following day to reschedule. I explained I know these things happen but a phone call would have gone a long way. Shook his hand and departed with my vehicle. I left three voice messages over the following two days-no return call. It has been 2 weeks since. NOT COOL Mike! Went to Jahner Auto Detailing in Taylor, same price, same products and an awesome job with a one week follow up including a wash. Life happens Mike...and at my age I totally GET that, but a phone call when you realized you were backed up or a return call to a voice message would have been the professional thing to do. Best of luck moving forward!

Absolutely great experience! Brought a 2012 Fusion here that I bought for my son. The car was very dirty inside and out and when I picked it up the next day it looked like a brand new car. Mike will treat your car as if it is his own! He did a beautiful job on my car, inside and out with a ceramic coating. You have to wait to wash it after this application. I've driven in snow and everything else and my car still looks very clean. I normally stick with white cars because you see less scratches and such but, now I can confidently drive a dark colored vehicle! All questions are answered and he goes above and beyond explaining things. Great business!

I would normally clean my own car but the mess in my wife s Jeep was way beyond what I could do on my own. The mess combined with the broken glass was no problem for Mike. He did a fantastic job cleaning the entire Jeep and even arranging to have the window fixed. The Jeep looked better than the day we got it. Mike was super nice and maintained contact through the whole process. I also have a focus that needs the tint fixed and some paint chips repaired. Gloss Labs is owned by Mike, who has recently achieved his goal of owning his own business. He provides an array of motor vehicle cleaning & detailing services as well as window tinting. This includes interior cleaning and outer ceramic coatings. I ve seen him turn some vehicles that were in really rough shape into shiny spectacles that would easily catch your eye driving down the road.Gloss Labs offers excellent customer service, treating every customer as if they are the only one. Prices are very reasonable, and services offered range from a basic cleaning to a full makeover and protective coating. Mike is the kind of guy who takes great pride in his work, and it shows. He does things right and doesn t cut corners. Mike has stated to me that since he has opened this business, he hasn t felt like he has worked a single day. That is because Mike truly enjoys what he does. When he finishes a vehicle, the pride he has in his work is blatantly obvious. While his business is relatively new, Mike is very experienced. Took my wife s vehicle in for interior cleaning, Mike did an amazing job! He did more than I expected and unlike other detail shop who just coat the In side with armor-all and call it done, Mike definitely took his time and cleaned every square inch of the inside like new. Will definitely be going back!

I came to gloss labs with giant stubborn decals along 3 sides of my car that I wasn t sure was going to be able to be taken off. Mike and his team did an AMAZING job with not only taking them off but also waxing my car so there wasn t any trace of the decals. His shop is clean and he s not only very professional but also a very honest and great guy in general. He was also kind enough to send me home with one of his own gloss sauce auto cleaners that can be used for a variety of things! Can t recommend enough!

I ll start by saying WOW! I was extremely happy with my services and the price was outstanding. I had my 17 F150 super crew ceramic coated and the price was unbeatable. I had four quotes and Mike was not only the cheapest but also the most personable. I was extremely happy with his work and I also enjoyed receiving update pictures as the job was being completed. I also really like the fact that it s a one man shop! It s nice having one person complete the job start to finish. I will definitely be using Gloss Labs in the future! Mike is a reliable professional! He truly, sincerely cares about customer service. Without all the details, he really went the extra mile to make sure I felt taken care of. And I didn't even have a beef! You could just tell he feels like his job is not *only* just to take care of your car it's also to make you pleased with the experience in general. When you leave a business feeling like that and the work is *GREAT*, what else is there, right? The shop is clean and well-maintained and shows how he understands about how what matters in appearance is the details. Again, his work is top-notch.
